Ferra listened as Avyn spoke, so there were other living Teigu in Night Raid other than Avyn? Interesting. She found it even more interesting and slightly confusing when Avyn told her about introducing her to the rest. Wasn't she basically a prisoner at this point? Why would she offer to introduce her to the rest? Shrugging, Ferra spoke up "Uh...Sure. Why not. Might be kinda fun." She told her.


She glanced over at Torr momentarily and he shrugged, he had no clue why they were being so friendly to intruders either. Just a little bit prior they were debating on killing them, and now suddenly they were being treated like friends.

Ciri giggled, "Just because you haven't properly met doesn't mean he can't like you. Humans call it 'love at first sight'. Kinda silly, but its been proven." She replied. She nodded at Mari's question, "Yep! That means you're happy and that means you like someone or something." She told her happily.

Sera yawned and snuggled close to Spice, wrapping her arm around her. "I'm not too tired, besides I wanna stay up and talk to you a bit longer." She told her, smiling warmly. At the mention of her wounds she looked down at her arm, she was right, the hot springs must have helped. Plus, she also wasn't sore anymore and she hadn't taken a painkiller Issac gave her in a while. "You're right. I feel much better, I forgot I was injured for a bit until you brought it up, the hot springs really helped a lot. Thanks for taking me." She told her happily, holding up and kissing her on the cheek before laying back down beside her.

Rin stared off to the side with a pout on her face, much like a child that was getting told off by their parents, while Issac talked to her. Everything he said made sense to her, and she hated the fact that he seemed so similar to her and that what he said was so true. What annoyed her the most was he was repeating what she told herself on a constant basis. That she was the weak and odd one out of the group, even in her village she was really only spoken to because of her Teigu, and even then it was someone that got hurt asking her to heal them.


Though, she wasn't prideful, he was wrong there. She had nothing about herself to be proud of, without her Teigu she was just an ordinary and utterly useless person, so why should she be proud? Without her Teigu she'd most likely be long dead by now due to her own stupidity, if anything she was glad to have it. That was really the only reason she lashed out at him about it, she was scared he would actually break it and then she would be her usual useless self one hundred percent of the time.


She honestly started to cry at that point. "The only reason I act this way is so people won't think I'm entirely stupid. I'd rather them dislike me for being rude than being the idiot I am." She told him, "And the only reason I lashed out at you is because without my staff I'd be completely useless. I can't fight without it, I'm completely stupid, and I get lost trying to find the freaking Capital of all things. The only time people are usually nice to me is if they want something."


She meant everything she had said, and at this point was full on crying. Why was he still trying to be nice to her? It didn't make sense to her at all. Why did she tell him all of that? That made just as little sense as him being nice.

"Love at first sight?" She repeated after Ciri in a mumbled tone, "What is love?" Mari asked once more whilst pondering over the new vocabulary that had just learned so suddenly. "Do you like anyone Ciri? Is love fun?" Looking over at the couple Santios and Alice, she pointed at them as they kissed, "Is that love?" She questioned.

Noel let out a little gasp of surprise as Zenith pulled her back into his body. "Mix of communications?" She asked, tilting her head back into his shoulder. "I'm willing to be your test dummy, as long as it doesn't involve putting dresses on." She said with a smirk.


Fujio watched the two girls talk, a small smile on his face. Seeing that Ciri hasn't been sent back yet, things must be going well. Thank god she hasn't done anything stupid. He thought, relaxing a bit.

Ciri giggled as Mari asked more questions, it was honestly fun teaching the puppet girl stuff about life, even if Ciri's views on such weren't distinctly tottally accurate. She thought for a minute when she asked her if she had anyone she liked, it almost seemed like a rhetorical question, of course she did, but not exactly in the way Mari meant. "Of course I do! Fujio-kun is like a brother to me, so of course I like him." She told her, she then glanced over to Alice and Santios when she presented her next question. "Pretty much exactly, yep." She told her, nodding in agreement. "Though it's not always so..visual." She added, half tempted to tell them to get a room.

Zenith smirked back and said with a hint of warmth mixed in with his embarrassment "Yes a mix don't make me explain in full detail it's too much hassle and i won't ask you to wear one just yet even though i think you would look good in one, and not because of your figure or your pretty face or rack but you're the kind of women that glows no matter what i really mean that".


Issac sighed and kissed rin's forehead feeling kinda bad then took a napkin out and began to wipe rin's tears and said gently" Have more faith in yourself what happened back then then sucks don't get me wrong but this is now you can change your future, people's view of you i'll be first to treat you different and if that means fighting with you sometimes i'm perfectly fine with that, you're not alone any more so i sure as heck don't want to hear that stuff coming out your mouth if you do i will find all kinds of ways to mess with you". Isaac went silent but for the first time in a long time a blazing wind that smashes away the darkness could be felt even if that person tried to hide.


Spice gently wrapped one around sera's mid back and the other on her head and said" I needed the break as well even though a part of me was hesitant, you know i just remembered there's a huge food section, if i remember right there's lots of different teigu there i feel it would be a good way for you to understand the world i come from even more".

"Oh!" From Ciri's example, Mari completely misunderstood the word "like" once more, "I like Sin!" She spoke cheerfully, sure that Fujio could most likely hear as she passed before continuing, this time her voice a bit softer, "I also like Avyn, and Ciri, and Arden too!" The tone of her voice matched the expression she showed, cheerful yet oblivious.

Rin tensed slightly when Issac kissed her forehead and started wiping her face. She'd expected him to laugh, not show sympathy. She listened to what he said intently, and honestly it made her feel better. No one had ever really offered to help her like this before, most of the time they didn't really care as long as they were alright. Sure, a few people had genuinely been grateful before, but that was rare and far between.


Sniffing and wiping her eyes on her sleeve she looked up at him, "Do..do you mean it? You'll be my friend and help me? Even after I was so mean to you?" She asked him. He was right, although it'd be hard to change how she was, now was a chance to act differently and get people to like her.

Sera smiled, "I'm glad you didn't hesitate, if you did we might not of ever been able to be together like this." She told her. She really was glad she could finally be together with Spice and that they had time to themselves, getting injured seemed to of been the best thing that could've happened to her. In her opinion, at-least. Although, she would've preferred not getting injured, the results that came after were well worth it.


She then answered her on the topic of the fair, "That'd be awesome. I'd love to learn more about you and where you came from before we met." She told her "I bet you were quite the little troublemaker if today was any indication." She added teasingly.

Ciri looked over at Fujio as Mari shouted that she like Sin, silently hoping she mixed up the meanings, at least for his sake. Besides, it was clear Arden liked Sin anyway. "I like you too Mari, you're nice and kind." She told her happily. "But, I meant Fujio liked you in a different way. Alice and Santios' kind of like." She added in a more serious tone upon seeing subtlilty was lost on Mari and that she was more of a straightforward kind of learner.

Fujio's eyes widened when Mari said that she liked Sin. Oh no, surely she doesn't like like him. He thought, crossing his fingers and prayed that she didn't mean it like that. Fortunately she didn't as her statement was followed up by a few more people. "Thank goodness..." He muttered, and let out a sigh of relief. Besides, those two wouldn't work out in the first place seeing how Sin and Arden act around each other. He was in the clear for now...

Avyn quickly look at Mari when the mermaid hears her name.


"Oh! We should start with them over there!" Avyn says to Ferra and Torr. "Come on lets go to Bunny!" This is also a great time for Avyn to introduce herself to Mari also.


Without a supervisor to ground Avyn, the Teigu likes to do whatever she likes. Of course, she is conscious of her actions but her deeper level of understanding or awareness of consequence are pretty primitive. Well, that is what Katsukou observed and told his parents long ago.


"Ciri, and hello!" Avyn calls out loudly to Cirillia and Mari. "I'm introducing our new friend around!"

Looking back over at Alice and Santios' relationship, Mari finally understood what the difference between the two 'likes' were. "Ohhh.." Mari realized with a calm smile expression until it finally hit her like a brick of how Fujio liked her in which her cheeks flushed a bright red, "WHAAAA!?" Going back to her shy exterior as she crouched down, holding the mannequin head in front of her in a way where she could hide her face. Despite Avyn who came running over with the littler girl, Mari still kept her "hiding" position.

When everyone started heading out, Sin swooped in over to Santios for a moment. Discretely asking him "Come with me." he looked up to Santios. His eyes didn't seem to show anything so it was hard to tell what he felt at the time. After that Sin rushed ahead, looking back to everyone "Just keep heading to the Capital, me and Santios are taking a detour." stepping aside and adjusting the straps to his backpack he glared at Santios, waiting for him to catch up.

What if he wanted to talk about what he told Alice? But there was no way Sin would know, right? He kooks over at Alice, and kisses her head one more time before jogging over to Sin. After he caught up, he repositions the bags that he was carrying.

Ellie continued to stay dead most of the time, the snow covering her eyes. She couldn't believe that poor Tremki thought that he had killed her, and though it made her feel guilty, it was kinda cute too. She tried to pull it off as long as she could, but lost it when Tremki began to poke her. She began to giggle like a child and wrapped her arms around his legs, attempting to pull him down into the snow.


Fujio's eyes widened at the sight of Mari going into some scared position. Oh no, Ciri said something stupid! He thought, and began to walk over to them. However before he could make it, Avyn beat him and began to talk to them. This ruined everything! He couldn't talk with Mari in front of Avyn, she'd probably scream out what he was saying!


Noel blushed slightly and smiled. "Thank you Zenith. Maybe if we go on a date, I'll wear a dress for you..." She said, almost immediately regretting what she said. But the boy had been treating her so well, he deserved what he wanted.

Alexis stayed relatively silent the entire time they walked towards the old base, listening to everyone else talk. She didn't really know any of them well enough to strike up a conversation, but she was determined to get to know them all at the new base. Eventually, she noticed Santios leaving with Sin. She had a few questions to ask him herself, and figured that Sin was simply asking his. She took this as an opportunity to finally talk to Alice seeing as she hadn't really had a chance to talk to her normally since she woke up.


"Hey." She told her walking up beside her, smiling as she did. "I'm glad to see you feeling better, I was worried about you for a while you know."

Zenith grinned and whispered in a sexy smoky voice right by noel's ear" Well i definitely want to go on a date with you and i don't care if others think what's that boy doing with her, i belong to you and am your treasure just as much as you are mine doesn't matter if we're on land or the sea as long as i'm by your side pretty much everywhere is a date or a new experience" Zenith affectionately nuzzles noel and then pulls back a little to see where the mood would take them next.


Spice laughed gently at the tease thinking back to when she was a young dragon and said in a kinda sad voice" I wasn't really allowed to do much for a good few hundred years off the top of my head and even after when i grew up being the second oldest of my clan i was often forced to go to marriage meetings of course i turned them down one after the other politely but i peed off a lot of people in both mine and the phoenix clan even if they are still alive i don't think they will forgive me".


Spice almost bit her lip but then sighed and regained her composure and said"Sorry about that it's just i remember what it was like back then and that's one of the many reasons i left the clan". Spice then pulled sera even closer and playfully nuzzled her noise and kisses her forehead and said" I don't remember all of my past but i do remember that my clan the motira were born not far from here, maybe i should go home and say hi but i got to admit they are a scary bunch apart from a few are you sure you want to meet them"?





Isaac smirked and playfully flicked rin's head and gave a look to say come on your seriously asking me that after all that, he then leaned in and whispered in a playful tease" by the way your lips are a little salting if you do become mine at some point that won't do, also no more crying in the middle of the street it makes me look bad and i only want to to bad stuff if it leads to good stuff".

Mari kept shaking her head from embarrassment as Ciri tried to comfort the girl until she stated that Fujio not wanting to be as 'intense' as the couple, which somewhat relieved her. Peeking up from her head(<-- that sounds weird) she realized that more people had come and Ferra had asked for her name, Mari softly spoke, trying to recover from her previous "trauma" or whatever you'd call it. "Mari, my names Mari. N-nice to meet you." Still staying in her crouched position, "Oh, I'm sorry for paralyzing her friend, that was the only way that I knew to calm him down." Speaking with sincerity in her voice as she apologized for earlier events, looking rather innocent and sheepish, especially with her current position.

Sera listened intently as Spice told her some of her past, although she'd honestly truely expected more things about her getting into trouble or fights or such, she still listened and found it interesting regardless knowing full well it'd be impossible for her to tell her everything interesting about her long life in one night. Once she finished speaking she returned Spices' kiss with a hug before speaking herself, "Not allowed to do much for a few hundred years? Jeez I thought my parents were bad when I was little." She told her, laughing softly. "And of course I'd love to meet your family, I'm sure they can't be that bad. After all, they're your family." She added.


"So...did any of the potential marriage candidates look any good?" She asked her, grinning.

Rin rubbed her forehead when he thumped her and her cheeks flushed light pink when he mentioned her lips tasting salty when he kissed her prior and about her becoming his. Though, she had stopped crying fully at this point. "Moving just a bit too fast there bud. But.." She began, and at that point she did something completely out of character and hugged him, "Thank you, it feels..nice..to have a genuine friend. Even if he did break my door to get to me." She continued.

Ciri sighed, relieved that Mari had calmed down. Though, with Avyn, Ferra, and Torr now so close it would be impossible for her to talk to her more about Fujio until they left. Though, they did help calm her down before Fujio died of a heart attack, so there's that. "C'mon guys, we can talk while we walk, we don't needa fall behind the rest." She told them, struggling and eventually pulling Mari into a standing posistion. She gently pulled her along and made sure the rest were following, she kept a slow pace so they stayed a decent bit behind the rest, but as long as they weren't at a complete stop she figured it was good enough for her.


"Nice to meet you Mari, cool doll too." She told her, pointing to the puppet thing she was carrying. "And don't worry, he'll be fine. He's tough, a few cuts and some poison won't keep him down forever." She told her, patting Torr on the back. "Are you a Teigu too?" She asked Mari, tilting her head slightly. She didn't exactly look fully human, so it was safe to assume she was.

Alice smiled as Santios placed a kiss upon her forehead and waved him goodbye. She was a little sad that Santios had to go with Sin, but her loneliness was soon cut short when Alexis decided to walk with her. She realized this was the first time that they were going to have a normal, happy conversation in a long time. "Yes, it's wonderful to have him back. It's put me in such a better mood." She said happily, a bright smile on her face. "And he came at the perfect time..."





Fujio finally calmed down when he saw that Mari was up and at it again, his fists returning to normal. It seems that Ciri quickly fixed her mistake, and now the only thing standing in his way was Avyn and the others. Once they leave I'll go up myself and talk to her... He thought, smiling slightly.


Noel turned around so that she was facing Zenith. She slowly forced him back into the nearest wall and pressed her body against his. "I'm your treasure? Does that mean you like my booty?" She said with a grin, pressing her hands against his chest and putting her forehead to his.

Zenith played along and said" Does booty mean i'm treated better as treasure if so then why not, after all even treasure can be greedy when it has a will of it's own, so are you sure your ready for such booty"? Zenith sneakily put one hand on noel's back and the other on her bum and gave it a cheeky go and the moved his hand to her hip.


Spice laughed gently and said"I really hope you know what your getting your self into dad's a pretty easy going guy but mum and my aunt well, let's just say don't call them old what ever you do this is a warning you'll regret in more ways that an one as some of the guys that have pushed their luck have found out the hard way".

As Ciri pulled her up and began gently pulling her along, Mari followed along behind the small girl who seemed more mature than she did despite the vast difference in height. This would be a great example by 'Don't Judge a Book by Its Cover'. As Ferra complimented her puppet head* Mari couldn't help but let out a smile, at least she didn't need to hate her guts since that would do bad for her innocent reputation anyhow. Mari happily follow while getting pulled, her attention not really on the terrain or where they were going but on the little glowing dots** that floated around every so often which eventually caused her to trip in the end. Oh no..

Fujio didn't know why, but he couldn't take his eyes off of the perfect Mari. He felt a little guilty and weird about staring at her, but he couldn't help it. Though they've barley talked he felt a connection with her, like she is the one for him. Perhaps it was a good thing he had been watching her as he reacted almost immediately when she tripped, sprinting forward a few steps and wrapping his arms around her waist to catch her. I caught her! Score! He thought, pulling her up gently and not letting go yet. He felt like it wasn't the time to let her go. "Are you ok?"

Anticipating the impact of the fall since they were on a slope, Mari had squeezed her eye shut and hugged the head around her chest. This is one long fall.. Not coming to realize that Fujio had actually caught her in the few short moments up until he asked her if she was okay, soon feeling the warmth of his hands around her waist which made her open her eyes in surprise, turning her head slightly as she was only a few inches from Fuji's face. "Y-y-yes, I'm okay, t-thank you." Stuttering due to the distance between their faces and also from her newly discovered information, her ears and cheeks getting warm with red blush.

Fujio blushed as well when he saw how close their faces were, but it also gave him a wonderful view of the miracle that was Mari. Never before have I been so close to beauty. He thought, his blushing face growing a warm smile. "I'm glad you weren't hurt. I don't know what I would've done if something happened to you." He said, not yet letting her go. He planned to hold her like this for as long as possible. Besides, who wouldn't want to hold such a pretty thing. "I'm Fujio, if you didn't know."

Alexis nodded, she was glad Alice was happy and that they could finally talk in a much happier setting. "I'm glad you're happier, like I said I was really worried about you for a while there. I was afraid you'd do something silly like attack the guards alone or something." She told her, sighing. "But, you didn't. So there's that. How's your hand? Does it still hurt?" She asked.

Ciri was about to move to catch Mari when Fujio rushed to the scene. Giggling as they spoke she gave him a subtle thumbs up before acting as if she hadn't done anything. "Just don't fall too far behind you two, have a nice chat." She told them, giggling softly and continuing her journey with Ferra, Torr, and Avyn. "So, Avyn. Wanna introduce these guys to the rest?" She asked her.


Ferra and Torr remained silent, both at the scene of Fujio and Mari, and at Ciri's question. Sure, they wanted to meet the rest of their captors, but they were currently being treated and carted around like toys.
