Well, you never know until you try, though. I covered almost the complete d20 range with my rolls today (and I'm convinced the only reason my sanity save wasn't a 1 is because of my halfling's Lucky trait that would have let me reroll :P), so there's no reason why your previously bad luck shouldn't change and give you a good roll, either :)

I've basically been hated by the roller since the beginning. so, like. I'm not going to try and beat a 20. The only time the roller actually gives me good rolls is when I don't roll seriously. it was proven 3 times, counting now too.

Well, admittedly beating a 20 isn't likely, but that goes for everyone. All I'm saying is there's no reason your luck can't change, so even if it isn't today, I'm sure you'll get good rolls eventually. But I can understand feeling down, both from an unlucky streak of rolls and other factors, so I won't push the matter further.

The trick is to embrace the 1s. Trust me. Its something I must do frequently. You can ask Sherwood. He is well aware the horrid way the dice treat me.
 
often it's about what you are rolling for I have seen stories where characters are amazing at rolling somethings usually something very silly and terrible at everything else.

I've noticed the cooler im trying to look when doing something, the higher the likelihood of me rolling a 1.
 
I don't think I've ever gotten an actual 20 before this.(ignoring rolls where modifiers pushed it over 20) Especially in the actual IC. Idk. I'm not used to something that's supposed to be completely random to favor low rolls _this_ much.
.. I miss Discord bot rollers

I wouldn't fret too much about it. The rarer a 20 is, its all the more exciting when it does happens.
