Probably best if you made one up, Tempest is more about historical preservation through material possession so to have any last words of prayer for him would be tricky

Technically Saiama would be Xai's counter as she is the goddess of creation and he is destruction... BUT Troyk is also in a rage so I doubt he cares about accuracy XD

Technically. But he is in a rage and is a worshipper of Tempest. He would ofcourse hold Tempest above the other gods. And see the easel created by Tempest to be superior to Saiama's paints.
