Makishiru cast the two people around him angry looks. "What are you doing! The N-Police (NPC Authorities) will be alerted for sure. Besides arena participants are protected from outside influence until the end of the match to make sure that there isn't any cheating."

Turning to the fake boss again, he asked,
"If you're a player, are you being forced into this role? Are you in danger?" The three snake heads nodded vigorously, then growled. The N-Police had arrived. Pulling out his Katana, Makishiru attempted to defend the boss behind him. Yet the N-Police were technically immortal objects. There was nothing they could do as the N-Police touched a transport crystal to Makishiru and the two around him. Immediately they warped just outside of the arena.

Turning to Sakura, he said,
"We need to get more information. Somebody who knows secrets about this game. I think there's a unique like that. A game master? Yes. We're entering into the next Colosseum battle. We need to find a game master."

Lumiere watched the two interact, blinking a couple of times as the behavior ensued between the two. Not having to ponder standing around in the Town of Beginnings because he had originally planned to use the teleport pad, his feet would soon lead him from the other two rather abruptly. He didn't say goodbye or anything of the sort. When push came to shove, for the moment, he didn't feel the need. People bump into each other in video games such as this all the time, party once, enter a friend's list and never contact them again. Not that Korala had ever been on his friends list, because previously there was only two people who he would have ever trusted to get his back - people whom he hadn't spoken to in years.

At this point, though, why would he need anyone to get his back? Surely, he had transcended the point of having to truly worry about anything in the game; coupled with his styles, Lumiere knew that there was rare to none who could take him, even if their level was much larger. Sometimes, it wasn't about strength, but how people fought - something many didn't recognize often. As his feet led him away from the two, he would move toward the middle-south side of the city, walking West first. If the marketplace was toward the Eastern-most part of the city, this was necessary. If the other two followed him, that shit was completely on them. Either way, he wasn't about to cry about it - obviously.

When he got to the huge arches that hung around the pad, Lumiere waited for the mob to clear out. The pad, at the moment, was swamped out - but this only happened in intervals. Naturally, anyone who stepped on it would port out, and the same happened to the mob before him. When they disintegrated into the coding of the game and experienced an extremely short loading screen, Lumiere stepped onto the pad with a small number of others who were undoubtedly traveling to their own destinations. The option screen would pop up, giving him a list of where to go. Right before he selected from this collection of town names, though, he would look up to see at who was around. Higher level players meant that they were going to attend an event in the Colosseum Town that was sleighed to be released on the current day.

The dark haired girl's avatar swiped the air, engaging the translucent menu, flipping casually through her contacts. Eyes scanning for a few SAO survivors that she may recognize in the menu, her eyes found Makishiru. Though they hadn't been friends, they were some what acquaintances. She had finished her business in town, and therefore had time to waste. Quite a few newbies wandered around aimlessly, smiling she remembered that just a few years ago, that had been her in Sword art Online. The white tinted menu popped up again, this time with a notification, blocking her range of sight. Focusing onto the blurry head title she read it. The Colosseum Town? That was something she needed to see. According to this notification, the actual Colosseum would disappear at the end of the day. Pushing past the crowds, Inori ran on the path, eventually hitting the Town within a few gaming minutes. Stepping in, she could hear a man shouting, along with a group of NPC police. "What happened?"

Serves you right. She couldn't believe what just happened. While sitting in the stands of the arena, three players jumped over the railing trying to interrupt an ongoing match. And you really thought there'd be no consequences for that? Are you really that dumb? Even so, the players were onto something. Ever since the start of the match, something about it struck her as odd. The monster wasn't following any set pattern, and what's even more strange, is it was acting with a sense of apprehension. Which is unusual.

"Here Ruffles,"
Samantha cooed. Dropping like a stone from up above, the falcon slowed and rested gently on her out-stretched forearm. "You saw the three people that tried jumping into the match right? Could you keep an eye on them for me please?" Nodding, the bird flapped its wings and took off high into the sky; heading in the direction where the NPC-Police should have thrown them out. "Receptacle," she murmured standing up. As if by magic, a golden target appeared on the Colosseum floor, graciously marking where her arrows were set to land. With four of them notched and bowstring taut, Samantha let the projectiles go, showering the ground between contestants and boss with a rain of frigid bolts.

Yup, something is definitely fishy here. This just might be an interesting year after all.

The notice finally came.

"Colosseum Town?" Apparently it was a one day event. Getting through all the trials that the GM put up would get you an incredibly valuable prize, as well as a lot of exp. Pan really wanted to go check it out, put this laying low to a halt. But would he be safe? Would people recognize him for his valuable item?

Pan opened his inventory and got out his Star Potion.

No, it wouldn't matter if they recognize him. He would just make an "investment" to assure victory.

"I've only got 30 minutes... If I can win within 30 minutes, I'm golden. I'll probably get so much exp afterwards than no bandit will even bother picking on me..."

He opened up his messages and began typing one to Silver.

To: SilverKeon302 - Subject: Detour I'm taking a small detour to Colosseum town. With what I'm planning, I might not even need to go into hiding. If all goes accordingly, I'll gift back the items you gave me, but I'm still going to hold on to them for plan B.

-Pan

Pan got up and broke into a jog in the opposite direction.

"I hope this will work..."

After he had finally reached the entrance of he Floor 1 Dungeon, he noticed that Pan had sent him an update message. Curious about how Pan was doing, he decided to go ahead and read it.

From: PanifestDestiny - Subject:Detour I'm taking a small detour to Colosseum town. With what I'm planning, I might not even need to go into hiding. If all goes accordingly, I'll gift back the items you gave me, but I'm still going to hold on to them for plan B.

-Pan

Staring at the message in disbelief, he sighed. 'Next time I try to give a rookie who is being chased by bandits and greedy merchants, if he says he'll use the items as he sees fit, I'm just going to-' His thoughts were cut short when he noticed that some players had been walking out of the dungeon and were talking about a duo of other players interrupting a match at the Colosseum, where the N-Police had to get involved.

'Where they rookies who didn't know how to play? No, then they would been taken out by the players that were in the match instead of the N-police coming in...Veteran players who wanted to annoy other players? No, they wouldn't waste their time with that....' He thought, having a bad feeling in his gut, and remembering that was the exact place that Pan was headed to, it alarmed him that it might be related to what happened back in the beginner town when people were able to damage each other in safe-zones.

He walked up to the players and bought a spare Teleport Crystal they had to the Colosseum for 115,000. As he walked a bit away from the group of players, he smiled at their happiness at how much money they now had. He looked away and used the Teleport Crystal, feeling the sensation of being teleported was like getting high without losing brain cells, even though he never had gotten high before, he still imagined it like so in his own mind.

Upon arriving there, he immediately asked around about the players that had interrupted the match, and saw several people give him decent descriptions of them. Once he gotten a gist of what they looked like, he looked around and noticed a bird that seemed to follow two players that fit the description. 'Got to be a familar, if you had a fast one like a bird of even a wolf, you could track other players without even needing the Tracking Skill.....It must belong to a Veteran player.' He realized, afterwards he bought and equipped a regular grey robe from a nearby NPC merchant for 340 gold, after using his Negotiation Skill first of coarse.

'If they notice me following the players as well and attack me blindly, then I'll know they are just a regular veteran player, but if they notice me and hesitate, then I'll know that they are either a very high level player....or possibly another Unique.' He thought as he remembered that with Wolf's Cloak, you could disguise your armor as a grey robe, making other players unable to tell what kind of armor you are wearing, if any. Although the only place you could GET one, was if you took down an annoying, but weak Field Boss that only spawned randomly once a month on the 34th Floor, in a village several days of traveling from the floor's main city.

He had only met one other Unique since earning his Unique. The Unique that the player had, allowed him to fly with his boots. They had gotten on the wrong foot when the player had demanded that he drop all his items or else be killed. After fighting for about an hour back and fourth, the player rushed at him out of frustration, but he jumped on the players back. Realizing this, the player went AWAL and he jumped off before the player crashed into a tree, at 15% health, causing him to indirectly suicide. That was when he was Level 34, and the only time he had encountered a player with a Unique knowingly.

He stopped reminiscing, and started following the two players allowing both them and the bird to at least notice him being there.

"I told you, I'm not taking any less than 900,000 gold for it." The man on the other side of the table shook his head and raised his glass of beer to his mouth. "It's a rare item and I'm not giving it anyway for just anything. If you want it, you'll pay for it." Opal sat back, pulled one leg over the other, and pulled her muffler back up. Her fingernails tapped impatiently against the wooden table. A female waitress came back with another glass to replace her empty one. It was filled with her favorite drink, apple juice. "I don't have time for your bullshit." She uncrossed her legs and sat up, downing the cold juice and standing up. Her petite frame stomping to the restroom. She was never one to sit and wait anyway. After four glasses of juice some much needed reliving was bound to take place.

Her eyes squinted at the bright sky as she exited the building. She stood there for a minute, readjusting. Swiping a hand in the air her menu popped up, she sent a message to all 70+ people that were on her friends list, it read "Mate chopper (Rare) Level 53. Prices beginning at 897,000 Gold and up." Most of the people on the list were only there for her constant state of selling good objects that most people needed or wanted, though her prices weren't always the more reasonable. Opal eventually made her way to a close by blacksmith, "Davy?" She called, and a man entered from the back, "Opal!" His deep voice rang. "What do you need?" She gave him a large smile, "A sword with a complete steel hilt with small crystals embedded in the grip. For a customer." The man rubbed his scruffy chin. "I guess, but it'll take a few days or a week before it's ready." She nodded, "I'll be back in nine days then."

She opened up her menu and sat a reminder, a sudden message popped up, opening it she stared. "Colosseum." Was all it read. She sighed, closing it. "Alright Davy, I'll be back soon." She waved a hand and left the blacksmith shop.

Noticing no one around, Lumiere's fingers ran over the option for Colosseum City, pressing the name to illuminate it. Then, he pressed select and his view of the Town of Beginnings would freeze, before changing. The visuals dripped out as if he was experiencing an acid trip, something a couple of tabs could reconstruct with ease after sitting on the dose for thirty minutes to an hour. Before he knew it, the young man had made it to his destination, without paying a dime. Not that he cared so much about sparing the money, for the most part there was rarely anything he needed aside from food and drink. After all, VRMMORPG's such as Advent Online still employ such behavior for people's in-game character to maintain stamina, much like real life.

Stepping off the pad that was located in under his feet, the Katana-wielder took easy notice of the spectacle taking place, and cared not to handle it. The young man currently needed to sign his name into the event, always in hopes of finding a rare. And as far as the monster had went, it wasn't his business. Really, so long as the monster wasn't trying to kill him or stop his forward progress, Lumiere had no interest to solve such menial trials. Such was his way of life. The only exception of this existed in the form of player-killers, whom he disposed of regardless of the circumstances. On sight, at all times. If a player kills another in front of Lumiere, then Lumiere dispatches his offensive arsenal and eliminates his prey. A rather basic equation, resulting in a simple solution.

When he approached the sign-in log, surrounded by people who were thinking along the same terms as he, Lumiere heard a familiar voice ring through the air. It belonged to a man named Makishiru, a user whom Lumiere had constantly bumped heads with in the original Sword Art Online. They fought on the same side on a couple of occasions, usually to accomplish side missions in dungeons that no one else was able to accomplish. Otherwise, the two men virtually kept clear of one another, because Makishiru looked down upon Lumiere's murderous ways while the young man found Makishiru to be rather childish in ideology. Some people were compatible, while some others were complete opposite in personality and this was a classic example.

However, when push came to shove, Makishiru and Lumiere knew that they withheld the ability to trust one another's skills enough to be able to fight side-by-side, blindly.

When his turn came up to sign-in, Lumiere bent over slightly and entered his character's username into the log. Upon doing so, a prompt arose asking for confirmation as to whether or not the avatar checking in was actually is. This came in the form of a username and password. So, Lumiere entered his in quickly and his statistics rose up as a result.

Is this information correct?

**Please note, the Colosseum event has a system where minions automatically change to match their opponent's level. **

[ Yes ] - [ No ]

Looking at the information of the statistics, Lumiere's nose crunched up a bit. Really? Even the damn game knew who he was? Selecting the 'yes' option, Lumiere successfully checked in without any further problems. Turning around to face the group of people behind him who saw his stats on the screen, the young man noticed the looks of horror, bewilderment and excitement all in one. Some in this group had to have been player killers - but Lumiere's nickname was something well-known at all ends of the Seed, like a nursery rhyme a child is told over and over again.

The group seemed to just... Move out of his path on their own, as he progressively moved onward from that point. Well, the ones who happened to see his character information. The others, of course, had no idea who he was, so he would have to slightly shove away some of the people who walked into him while maneuvering around the rest of the bodies in a sea of faceless avatars. Until he got an upfront view of what Makishiru had gotten himself into, Lumiere did not stop walking. When he was happy with the spot he got, his hands would raise up to the back of his coat and lift the hood over his head.

"Seeya then little fledgling" Korala waved Grace away almost as soon as when Lumiere left, casually following behind him. It wasn't intentional but there was only one teleport gate. It was fair to assume that he was going to the Colosseum too. While walking, Korala contemplated friending Lumiere, only because she heard about his game-breaking unique. She was jealous actually, why wasn't she given the same unique? The things she could abuse with 2x stats, it would had been lovely. She bit her tongue in spite, although she had nothing against Lumiere himself. He was just a lucky bloke and friending someone that lucky seemed like a good idea. She decided to give him a request for the next time they would interact.

"Teleport Colosseum City." She announced to the gate.Warping was a normal experience now, the feeling was dull and didn't matter much to Korala at this point. After it finished loading, her vision readjusted to the new setting as she stepped away from the gate. Again while it wasn't intentional, she followed Lumiere to the sign-in log, her eyes shifting to a scene regarding the N-police. She raised her eye at the odd player who tried to fight back, not someone she had met or known, but the event did seem a bit interesting.

Watching Lumiere turn around to the crowd's faces and her look of indifference, Korala went and entered her username and password into the log as standard protocol, confirming that it was actually her. She turned around to the crowd, hoping for some recognition, although people's reaction at her's stats left a little more to be desired compared to Lumiere's. She wasn't surprised, she didn't have a nickname after all nor did she interact much with the community. Still it was a shame some of these people didn't realize they were in the presence of a combat god. Maybe she should go out to fight more players instead of dungeon bosses that exceed her level?

She quickly exited from the crowd of people who were polite enough to make room for a lvl 91. Before she would enter the Colosseum however, Korala went to open up the leaderboards. It was something she did often. Her eyes scanned as she noticed her ranking in certain areas did go up, smirking when seeing that none of them went down. It was disappointing that she wasn't too well known, even when she's one of the high placers on the leaderboards. She decided that it was about time to be a little more proactive in the community, considering that leveling was slowing down significantly.

Pan sighed and prepared himself for the challenge ahead.

"30 minutes or I'm screwed." He kept telling himself. The Star potion was his only hope of farming for EXP and most importantly, getting the end reward.

He decided to eavesdrop on some other players to see if there were any other details he could pick up about the Colosseum. The biggest thing he kept hearing was rumors of a "battle royale" for the players who got the farthest, regardless of level. That is rather unfair for lower players, but as long as he had the powerful regen of the Star Potion he'd be ok.

But what if it ran out before then?

Now THAT would be bad. He'd be lucky if he stayed in for a good 10 minutes, and even then he'd have to use his styles and unique accordingly. Pan would definitely be a higher level from the monsters defeated, but not nearly close enough to take on the level 80s and 90s.

It occurred to Pan that it'd be best to buy some better gear with all of the gold obtained. He goes to an NPC merchant and browses their selection:

Items Bought! 1x Buccaneer's Chainmail [+8 Def] (Level 4 Armor) -350 Gold

1x Night Cutter [+12 Atk] (Level 5 Battleaxe) -500 Gold

SELL: Previous Level Gear (+200 Gold)

Remaining Gold - 2900

Nervous as he was, Pan went over with the other players, ready to begin.

Noticing that one of the famous players he had heard about, Lumiere The Unwavering, had not only signed up for the Colosseum, but also a Unique, he knew that Pan had no chance against him. Even with Pan using the Star potion, at level 2, his parameters were pathetic compared to a Level 70 player, let alone a level 70 player with a Unique that supposedly doubles all the users stats all the time.

Even if by some chance Pan had a Unique as well, it still wouldn't have helped, Lumiere would run circles around Pan, while waiting for the Star Potion to run out. Seeing that his Style's cooldown had finished, he made a copy of himself to follow and, if noticed, persuade Lumiere to forfeit the match in the case that they had been matched together.

If they wasn't the case, then his copy would simply apologize and pretend he had mistaken Lumiere as someone else. Afterwards, the copy would find a safe place, and report via their thoughts back to him, while he would continue to follow the two players in case one of them had an Unique as well. 'In the case that my copy gets taken out before he reports back, I'll assume that I'm not on Lumiere's good side, and that I'll need to get involved so that Pan doesn't wastes his Star Potion, or gets killed before he can use it without me cheating.' He thought to himself, as he sent a message to Pan.

To: PanifestDestiny Hey, I am near the Colosseum, but kinda busy at the moment. I'll explain later, but try to use that superman potion sparingly cause some bigshots have joined in the matches and I don't have the time to see who they are paired up against, hope your alright, and good luck!

After he sent the message and his copy started following Lumiere, he continued following the two players to investigate some more.

Zan watched the multi-tailed lady walk by then he muttered to himself "Well... oh yeah gotta find a hammer" as he trotted off to the nearest vendor and bought the lowest level war hammer he could find.

Item get!! War hammer level 1 -150 gold Gold left:850

Zan smiled as he swung the hammer through the air almost hitting a passerby "
Sorry!!" as he bowed and walked over to the gate and receiving a message.

Event!! Coliseum would you like to join?
Event!! Coliseum

No

He then muttered to himself "Hmm... well it would be a good way to test out this hammer... why not" as he Tapped yes and was ported to the arena. He sat down and looked over his armor "Rusty chain mail... good start though... these guys look really high level..." as he looked around. He started twirling his two handed hammer on his back while he waited. As he got tired of waiting he looked through the guild tab and saw a guild he liked.

Guild Join Request:Guardian's Guild I agree with your mindset Please let me join?

He then sat and waited for a response or his turn in the arena.

Though he didn't enjoy making a raucous, Makishiru observed that their only chance of finding a game master was to call out. Yet before he did so, he thought again. Perhaps if they opened the info terminal and searched the players in the area, they could locate a game master.

Before Makishiru could enact his plan, he received a guild join repuest from a player named Zan. Accepting it without a second thought, he began the search.

Surprisignly, a game master showed up fairly early. Perhaps this was destiny. Upon finding this, he approached Silver Keon and extended a hand in greeting.

Well, not much seemed to be going on in the world of Makishiru. He found his game master, but things were going awfully slow. Lumiere pondered hopping into the Colosseum himself and taking out the monster, but ultimately decided that his attention was best spent elsewhere. When he got a reminder from the game that the player versus enemy portion of the Colosseum was starting up sooner than the player versus player, Lumiere drafted up a plan to make it through the tournament without having to do much work at all.

Lumiere wasn't lazy, he preferred not to fight so much. He just wanted the items at the end of it all, so if he recruited someone who would be able to do a decent portion of the work on their own, then Lumiere could be able to take it easy. Fortunately enough, he had an old friend who was probably waiting on him to bring up the topic in conversation all ready. Scrolling through his friend's list, he eventually found the name of the player he was looking for and pulled up the message draft screen.

Let's party up. We could take anybody here and split the prize in half.

It'll be just like old days.

- Luca

When his fingers were finished dragging along the optional keyboard that was attached, Lumiere hit send and exited out of the Colosseum sign-in list, information every player was able to look through. He looked over to his friends list once more, and sent Korala a party invitation. Upon finishing this, Lumiere would decide to turn from the first Colosseum, where the action was taking place, and began walking toward the opposite side of the city. On that side, was the player versus enemy Colosseum, which was set up almost identically - but players fought minions in each battle as opposed to other players.

Korala blinked when she saw the message from Lumiere, who signed his message as 'Luca'. She pondered the suggestion for a moment, it seemed fun, and had no problem with it. She didn't need all prize to herself, hell she was pretty much set at this point. The only thing she needed was an expansion patch for the game for lvl 90s like her. Korala smirked when she read "Just like old days" The fuck this guy talking about, he mean like old days when she did all the dangerous work? She pressed on the reply button.
This is unfair, hm?

-xoxo

Of course she knew that Lumiere knew and was teasing.

Korala thought it was a good time to send him a friend request now, opening up her friendlist and pressing her finger on the '+' button. After entering in 'Lumiere', the system rejected her request, claiming that Lumiere was indeed already on her friendlist. Korala blinked another couple times, going through her friendlist and deleting every name that did not matter to her until a handful and Lumiere's was left. This took about 3 minute, clearing around 50-70 names, most whom were inactive people she partied with once or twice for fun.

Her eyes drawn to an alert notification on the corner, opening it up to see a party request from Lumiere. She pressed yes, it didn't matter to her really. Since they were in a party, Korala was able to find Lumiere's exact coords, walking off to go see him. He wasn't exactly hard to miss in the crowd with his trench coat of his. She went and tapped him on the shoulder,"You sure you're not just trying to leech off of me?" She stared at him with an all-knowing look.

Ayah, what a pain. With the materialization of NPC-Police all around her, Samantha had to think quickly lest she wanted to end up thrown out of the arena. Okay, okay. Think fast, think fast. [Edit]System>Server>Locations>Floor One>Colosseum City>Event>Registration>Sign-ups>Add Glacierro [/Edit]

As soon as this was complete, she smiled at the resulting disappearance of every last officer. Now for those two. The rain of arrows ceased as the archer ran up to the railing and jumped over while readying the bow again, all in one swift motion. Keeping aim at the two irate contestants, Samantha inched her way over to the three-headed snake, until she was directly in front of the monster with back turned. "What the hell are you doing?? Why aren't the NPC-Police stopping you!? You know you can't hurt us if you're not registered you stupid idiot! Someone get her the hell out of here!" It was one of the boys jumping up and down, swinging his sword and threatening violence if the area wasn't vacated in ten seconds. Sounds good.

A sapphire aura extended from Samantha and the bow as she pulled back on the string to kick off a certain skill's motion. Though it had a lengthy charge time of ten seconds, if it could actually be pulled off, the results were devastating.

One..two..

Little by little, blue particles started to swarm around.

three..four..

Forming a loose spiral, they congregated around the arrow's tip.

five..six..

Both fighters stood defiant, still waiting for a count of ten before charging.

seven..eight..

Samantha activated Air-Style.

nine..ten..

Once
Mountain Splitter activated, all hell broke loose.

A mass of pressured air blew out from behind Samantha, sending the previously motionlessness three headed monster crashing into an arena wall behind. Unbeknownst to the two, Glacierro had registered just moments before jumping in, so they still stood firm, waiting for arrow to pass right through. It did, but not as they expected. Even though the shot was aimed at the numb-skull mouthing off just minutes earlier, air-style gave the skill's pierce an interesting side-effect: the cutting winds formed by the spinning bolt, would maim anyone unfortunate enough to be caught in its deadly vortex.

Samantha slowly dropped her bow and looked up into the sky as 3 streams of data flowed up towards it.
Some people can be so stupi -- Aw SHOOT! There were three streams of data floating off. Looking behind her, Glacierro noticed the Snake monster was no longer there. God Damnit! All you did was smash into a wall! UURRRGGHH!

[You have completed a Trial and earned 7,000 exp]

"Damnit! Damnit! Damnit! You can KEEP your exp," Samantha screamed. It was then a gasp could be heard from the crowd. Though they didn't seem to be focused on the archer or what she said; but the arrow still spinning like a madman lodged into the stadium wall.

After he sent the friend request, he put two fingers up to the side of his forehead and told his copy that part 1 of plan B was completed, Upon his copy reporting that Lumiere had been simply going through his menu, he got annoyed.

'What is that guy doing? Checking his inventory? Forming a party? Checking his stats? Equipping something my copy couldn't notice? Messaging Someone?' He thought, while he clenched his fists in frustration. He closed his eyes, and quickly calmed himself down, as he never did seem to do well when he wasn't calm.

Once he had calmed down, he returned his thoughts back to his copy, and told it to back off of Lumiere, seeing as if Makishiru tried to attack him, he would need his copy in the case that Makishiru had an Unique. Instead the copy was to return back to him ASAP, to make sure he wouldn't be killed if he was to be attacked.

Inori/Ina~

  • Name: Inori Honda (Ina)

    Age: 17

    In game Occupation: Performer

Looking around at the other players, the small dark haired girl decided to join in on the fun, entering herself in the PvP part of the Colosseum event. Swiping again, she looked through her notifications before finding the recent one she had received about the one day event. Using her finger, she would fill out the needed information such as name and current level to accurately find an equal leveled opponent. Hitting the accept button, she joined the line of other participants. Sending a request to Makishiru it read:

Guardians guild Ina would like to join your guild.

Within a few minutes of sending the request, Inori had been teleported to the Colosseum. Looking ahead, she saw the small white tinted clock at had started counting down from 59 seconds. Two other players were there, smirking slightly she pulled out her dual swords, lowering her waist with one sword raised at face level, while the other sword was raised at body level.

A loud electronic beep rang through the stadium, signalling the start of the match. The two players seemed to team up her, launching at her avatar, and taking turns trying to hit her. Dodging, she managed to stab one of them in the rib cage, lowering his HP to the red zone. Whipping a hook kick and side kick combination, he disappeared in a shower of pixels. Turning onto the second player, a gruff man that towered over her, managed to land a few blows that hardly made a dent in her HP. Stabbing him, and spinning, she vaulted over him, landing a few more quick combos before he turned around swinging his sword, nearly slicing the small girl in the chest. Blocking with one sword, she used the other sword to stab him again, causing him to join his friend as he too, burst into polygons. Breathing hard, she looked up, the match had taken a total of seven minutes.

"Hm.... Well, I'm pretty sure I've invited you to do most of the hard work."

Lumiere hadn't looked over, back or around to see that Korala was around, he knew who touched him by the voice that ensued. Currently, his eyes had been fixated on quite a mysterious figure - one who was currently fighting in the PVE Colosseum that was immediately before them. The crowd hadn't been as big as the PVP competition, obviously, but Lumiere hated people anyway. What did it matter? Seeing as the last three finalist individuals or parties from both the PVE and PVP competitions would fight the same monster for their prize, did it really matter which route they took?

Unknown_Man.png

The man's face, who was inside of the ring, was completely hidden behind a white mask which only showed the color of his eyes. Something Lumiere couldn't make out, with consideration of how far away he was standing. The man was draped in a black cloak, which covered his standing outline from neck to toe. In front of the mysterious player, one rather large looking odd take on the ogre would materialize in the air, before dropping down onto the tile of the Colosseum floor.

Lumiere's expression remained hardened as he watched the fight before him ensue.

The ogre attacked first, using its legs to launch itself at the opponent with it's fists outstretched behind it's head. The plan was obviously to smash it down on top of the player's head, but the mysterious man all ready knew that. He rolled between the troll's legs right as it landed, turning around quickly to face it's back before the masked man removed a small dagger from his side and the bag of it's leg three times. This would appropriately halt the monster's attack scheme that required high mobility.

Realizing that damage had been inflicted upon it, the ogre let out a roar. The mysterious player began running toward the giant minion, eventually launching his dagger straight at it's face. The knife would plunge into the ogre's forehead, sticking into the flesh and bone it pierced through. The dagger, which was sticking out, seemed like a toothpick in comparison to it's size. Frustrated, the ogre waited for the player to get closer. As the masked man attempted to use another one of his throwing daggers to strike, rolling through the ogre's legs after he or she got close enough, the ogre didn't just stand around and wonder what happened; no, it immediately sat down, putting all of it's weight into the back of the mysterious player and killing him or her in the process.

Lumiere's eyes widened slightly, before he brought a hand up to cover his mouth. Then, he shut his eyes and began laughing. What a ridiculous way to lose.

Makishiru watched as the game master he had addressed sent him a friend request right away. That was a little strange. Especially since he received two notifications when he did this. Yet the first notification was simply a guild request from a player named Ina. He would have to check up on these new members eventually. Perhaps set up a guild hall.

The second notification was in fact the friend request from SilverKeon302. As he read the added message, he squinted and looked up to the player. What could be so important? Was he already coming to the same conclusions?

Nodding, Makishiru looked back to Sakura. Then, with another nod toward her, he said,
"She stays with me." Then waved his hand forward, indicating SilverKeon to lead the way to a more secluded area of his choosing.

Seeing as that the player named 'Makishiru' had agreed to talk privately, although the other player was to come also, he quickly checked his mini-map to see how close his copy was. Noticing his copy had a clear view, and had kept a decent distance in case Makishiru tried to jump him, he was smiling on the inside.

He checked his style while he was at it, and was annoyed at that his copy won't last much longer. Sighing, he covered his face with the hood of the grey robe, and he walked to an alleyway that was a decent away from all the players as the two players followed him. Once they had arrived there, he checked his mini-map again to make sure his copy had kept up, that it did.

He stopped and turned to Makishiru, deciding to take the blunt approach. "So, you have a Unique to, or did you just find something that was too interesting to not interrupt a pvp match?" He said to Makishiru, as straightforward as he could. Afterwards he looked at the other player, and simply stayed silent.

'She doesn't look to strong, but then again neither do I if you look at it in that aspect. Maybe she was the one with the unique, and she was protecting the guy, or they were friends...either way, it was obvious that Makishiru didn't want to split up from her...' He thought, as he turned back to Makishiru, to see the player's response to his question.

Rayth got so bored he started staring into space and drooled on himself while thinking of food. When he was finished with his episode of boredom he went into the guild chat and sent the message <Soooo bored waiting for my turn, Anyone got anything else to do.>. he was so impatient that he didn't put what he was waiting for his turn for. He started pacing back and forth on the stands swing his hammer to the left and to the right to get used to the weight. he then sat down again and went through the server news. when he was done he charged off to find something to do.

He kept twirling his hammer while walking down the street looking down each alleyway to find something to cure his boredom. He Looked into a certain alleyway and saw the multi-tailed girl he saw before and two other guys talking. He wanted to get to know some people on this game so he walked down waving and said "Hi do guys have anything interesting to do?". He twirled his hammer as he walked.

Makishiru cast a troubled smile. This player was observant, but why?
"Actually both. But that's also why I searched you out. It says that you're have a Game Master unique, right?"

At that moment, a player made an attempt to socialize with them. Looking back, he answered,
"You could always try joining the next PvP colosseum battle. You'll probably see me there."

The player seemed a little odd to be waltzing up to random strangers. Yet it was just a game after all… right? Then he turned back to SilverKeon302. Hopefully he didn't mind the presence of this new player. It's not like he was discussing anything overly secret anyway.

Pan watched as the player in the ring was annihilated by the monster facing him.

This is going to be tough. He keeps in mind Silver's message sent to him, to use the star potion sparingly. This means he's going to have to use pure skill in order to get far in the competition. He'll save the potion for other players, ones of much higher level than his own.

It'd be his only hope.

(I'm sorry if I'll be writing shorter posts than usual, I just don't really know what else to say or do because I'm just waiting :P If someone's character has a conversation with me, that'd be great, but if not, whatever happens, happens.)
