Act 1

Regina rolled her eyes.  "Yes, because a birdhouse is going to save us from possession by the lord of death," she muttered.  She wanted to say, If you'd rather take up space than take care of your grandson, I suppose you could carry things and act as a meat shield, but she didn't.  Instead, she said, "Miz Blanchard, if that's where you feel you need to be, I won't stop you.  But of those present, Miss Swan and I are the best-equipped for nipping this in the bud." A thought occurred to her.  "Though, we may need the imp and the boob fairy for this."

Snow rolled her eyes at Regina's words. "Oh yes, please tell us how you really feel." She bit back before shaking her head and sighing. "As much as it pains me to say this, you may be right. It certainly wouldn't hurt to have thier help." She shifted in place, her hands moving to her sides. For everyone's sake, she would do her best not to rise Regina's bait so easily and focus on making sure the town and people she cared about were safe.

"Being human is a mess." Faro agrees, awkwardly rubbing the back of his neck. "And I've only been dealing with it for this curse, so I'm afraid I'm probably worse at this than you." He's not had any encounters as a human before. And any as mer tend to be less serious. "Anyway, I'm sure you won't lose me as a friend, and if anyone messes anything up it will probably be me, considering I'm completely inexperienced in everything human. We really shouldn't worry though. Just enjoy ourselves."

Hayes crept up closer to the apartment after the blonde woman entered. He leaned up against the door and tried to listen in. Hayes couldn't hear anything and stood back from the door. His focused his magic and enhanced his hearing. Now, he was able to pick up the words 'Hades' and 'Lord of Death'. Hayes grinned dangerously when he picked up the word 'hospital'. Hades was in town and he was in the hospital. That had potential. Hayes quickly retreated from his position by the door and headed for the hospital.

Once he arrived, Hayes walked up the secretary's desk. He smiled kindly at the nurse and leaned forward.

"Hey there." Hayes drawled pouring on some charm. "Can you tell me who was recently admitted? A friend of mine was brought in earlier."

"Dragon hunters?" Eragon asks, voice loud and clearly horrified. What sort of place is she from where dragons are hunted? It's been over 1000 years since dragons and humans were at war and now dragons are practically sacred. What sort of backwards place can she be living in where this isn't the case?

He rests his head in his hands. This isn't anything to do with him, they're clearly different dragons in Berk to the ones he's been giving people to hatch, so why does he still feel responsible? He's pretty much taken the safety of all dragons as his job, and even if these are different dragons, he should still protect them.

He draws energy from the trees. It only takes a second, he's better at it now, and then he can feel himself buzzing with energy. There's no visible difference when he raises his head to look at Astrid again, and although resting his head in his hands for a few seconds probably wasn't the most normal thing to do, he continues as if it was.

"Where exactly on her wing is it? Can you show me?" He needs to see the injury, to know how bad it is and exactly where on her wing it is. Hopefully Astrid will trust him enough to show him. He has to focus to keep hold of the magic but as long as it's only for a couple of minutes he should be fine.

Astrid couldn't help but smile just a little to hear someone as appalled as she was at the thought of dragon hunters. She couldn't shake the feeling that Eragon knew more about dragons then he was letting on. However so long as he didn't seen hostile towards her or her dragon Astrid didn't feel the need to pry.

The blonde viking lifted a brow when Eragon asked about Stormfly's wound. She wasn't sure what more could be done to help her dragon, but maybe he knew something she didn't. Pushing herself to her feet Astrid turned towards Stormfly. "Hold out your wing girl." She instructed gently. Stormfly didn't hesitate to listen, holding out her injured wing. Astrid moved to stand by the splint she'd put on the break. "Right here." She said gently placing a hand on the splint.

Eragon looks at the splint for a second before holding his hand out to it. "Waíse heill." He says quietly, and the bright light from his Gedway Insignia on his hand is unmistakeable as being a dragon rider. At least to anyone who knows about them it is. He doesn't really care though. The only danger to him is Rumplestiltskin and he already knows. And anyway, dragons safety is more important than his own preferences.

As an afterthought he realises Stormfly might be able to get him to Alagaësia now. He doesn't know where Berk is, or if Stormfly can travel between realms as easily as Saphira, but if she can then maybe he can get a lift. He knows if he gets to Alagaësia where Saphira must be then their bond will sort itself out.

After getting all of the gossip about the latest patients, Hayes's attention was finally caught by one story. Archie Hopper. Apparently he was brought in mumbling about Hades and possession. Hayes easily managed to bypass the nurse's station and reached his room. He didn't bother knocking on the door, instead he let himself in. Hayes walked over to stand over the bed and looked down at the slightly pale man.

"I know who you really are and we just might be able to help each other, Hades." Hayes said casually.

Emma sighed listening to Regina and Snow ramble on with each other, "well I'm glad to hear that you two have settled things." She spoke sarcasm clear in her voice, "now how about we just put our differences aside for now and deal with the situation at hand. Then when we stop the Apocalypse you both can go back to being enemies and what not."

Rumplestiltskin

"My memories did not include Regina locking you away." Rumplestiltskin grit his teeth.

@Zaryn

Fin Dovah

"Alright." Fendrake said. "Do you want me to teleport you? If so, what would you prefer, your friend's place or mine?"

@Chello

Archie Hopper

"Is that so, Horseman?" 'Archie' leaned forward with interest. "Go on."

Henry Mills

Henry sat down on the couch, fuming at what Regina said. "You'll never learn, will you Mom? Will you, Regina?" Henry yelled. "And no, I will not sit back while my parents are saving everybody. I will not be a useless lump. If you really believe in what you're doing, work hard, take nothing personally and if something blocks one route, find another. I am taking another route now. I'm going to the hospital!"

Henry burst out of the door running. When he got to ground level, he ran outside and hollered, "Taxi!"

A taxi stopped and Henry got in. "Take me to the hospital."

The taxi drove off.

"My friend's place please, I could use a good night's rest. We can pick up where we left off tomorrow," Loki responded. "Thank you for everything today, thank you for giving me a chance."

@Riuma

Emma couldn't even get a word out before Henry stormed off, "well one thing is for sure he is persistent, I suppose he gets that from me." Emma sighed, "alright well we have to go after him. We can't let him go alone, who knows what could happen." She told them opening the door, "unless you all want to keep arguing."

"Henry!" Regina tried to stop her son, but he was gone.  She leveled a glare at Emma which was somehow both magma and ice.  "Thank you  very much, Miss Swan.  Once again, your timing and tact could not be better."

Belle

She stared at him a minute, her face fallen. "If Regina didn't tell you that I was there that means she kept me there as leverage..." Belle looked to the ground, shaking her head slightly. "Why am I always just the shiny toy to be passed around?" She whispered, more taking to herself than to him.

Snow White

Snow didn't deign to give either of them a response. They'd not even started and were already at each others throats. If they were to get to Henry and Archie in time, they needed to move now. Grabbing her coat, she shifted past Emma and out of the apartment, heading outside and waiting by Emma's Car. At least she'd gotten to have a few bites of dinner, the last thing she needed was to have rumbling stomach during all of this.

Regina followed Emma and Snow to the wind-up toy Emma drove.  Her fingers flexed, and she forced herself to take slow, even breaths.  "Okay, Miss Swan, what exactly did Doctor Hopper say?  Any information is useful."

Jay smiled at Faro.  "Back in the Old Country I was more like anthropomorphic representation of an elemental force, so I think you do this better than I."

He showed Faro up to his little apartment and shut the door.  "Do you want to watch a movie?  Is that what people do when they're dating?  Also, are we dating, now?"

"If you want to be." Faro replies with a shrug and a slight smirk. "And I have no clue what people do when dating. Swimming with dolphins or in coral reefs is my idea of a good time, but we've already done one of those and I haven't really seen any dolphins around. But yeah, a film sounds alright." He doesn't have a clue what to watch, but a film of some kind sounds okay. Just depends what Jay has he guesses.

Jay smiled, feeling a pleasantly unfamiliar emotion shiver through him.  "I...would like that," he said.  "Very much."

He turned and began looking through his modest video collection.  It was actually quite impressive how detailed the Curse was.  "Casablanca?" He asked.

"Not sure what that is but yeah." Faro says. He thinks it's some kind of drama or something but he isn't really sure. He taps the bandage on his wrist gently, wincing slightly at the pain but continuing drumming on it regardless. He wants to take the bandage off but he doesn't trust it to stay clean. Not like he can trust Ingo.

Jay put the movie in and settled onto the couch next to Faro.  His hand reached out to the mer's, fingers lacing with his, and set the movie playing.

Faro watches the film, unable to decide what he should do. He's used to other mer, who are far shyer than him and pretty meek. He knows where he stands with them, but it's harder with Jack, who's just as bad as he is. Arguably worse. The human activities aren't helping either, because whilst he did do human things during the curse, he's still far more connected to his life in the sea. He's just confused. Confused by everything. Especially this film, because he's so wrapped up in his thoughts that he's missing random parts that are probably important. He must have fell asleep, or moved without realising whilst thinking, because now he's closer to Jay and his leg has tangled itself with the others.

"Not much really, he just rambled on about Hades wanting souls and that's all he said before he passed out." Emma responded as she opened her car door, "first thing's first we head to the hospital and talk with Archie and of course stop Henry before he does something to put him in harms way." She added sliding in, "so are you guys coming or what we don't have all day. Unless Regina you'd prefer to smoke us there."

Henry Mills

The taxi driver was swerving and speeding on the road. He rolled the windows down and yelled, "WOOOO HOOOO! WEEEE!" He threw an empty wine bottle out of the window.

"Barbarbarbara haddafeeeeew leemoanaids, maaan." The taxi driver chuckled, narrowly avoiding crashing into a car as he did. "OHHHMIHAGSEGHIFFY! You waaaaaahhhhuh duhrive?"

Angry drivers were honking their horns wildly. The sound got louder and louder. Henry heard a crash, then everything went black.

Henry looked around. He was placed in the same room as Archie. Henry heard talking, but couldn't pick up on all of it. "... has ... broken ankle ... lots ... bruises ... scrapes. Might ... trouble hearing. ... that's it."

Rumplestiltskin

Rumplestiltskin frowned. "You are much more than a shiny toy, Belle. To be honest with you, I don't have the words to make you feel better, but I do have the arms to give you a hug, ears to listen to whatever you want to talk about, and I have a heart - a heart that's aching to see you smile again. You're one of the best things that's ever happened to me. I love you, and I don't want to lose you, because my life has been better since the day I found you."

@Zaryn

Fin Dovah

Fendrake smiled. "I did not give you a chance. Every moment of your life is a chance. You chose to take it." Clouds started to surround Loki. "Remember, what we call failure is not the falling down but the staying down."

"Sweet dreams!" Clouds enveloped Loki and Loki found himself at his friend's place.

Regina snorted.  "Might as well help you save on batteries," she said, referring to Emma's little car.  She summoned her power, spun it around the three of them, created a link to the hospital, and *fwoof!*

As the scarlet smoke vanished, the hospital came into focus.  "Now let's find Henry," she said, and strode towards the building.

Jay looked down at Faro as he stirred.  "We'll have to watch this again," he said with a chuckle.  Somehow, framing their relationship in terms he could research and understand, soothed the knot of vipers coiling in his gut.

Loki

As soon as Loki was teleported to Faro's place he walked to the other bedroom and got ready to sleep, today was certainly a long day to say the least. Loki never thought he could be something more than just a trickster, that now he actually had a chance to prove he can be so much more. He laid down on the bed trying to sleep.

Emma Swan

As soon as they arrived at the hospital the doctor came to them and explained what happened with Henry, "what!" Emma responded, "is he alright? Can we go and see him?" She asked.

The news of Henry's condition nearly made Regina's heart stop.  Then, she immediately snapped back to full throttle.  She pushed past the hospital staff, roaring, "WHERE IS MY SON!?"

Hayes leaned down next to Archie's ear as if he was quietly praying for his well being as Henry was brought in. He felt an unpleasant feeling roll in his stomach for a moment, but pushed it away.

"You want to control this town Hades and having an ally on your side would definitely help." Hayes whispered. "I want Regina Mills, so that I may have my heart returned. You help me with that and I'll help you with possessing all the people of this town that you want."

"Hey Regina take it easy, we will go and see Henry." Emma responded, "I am just as concerned for him as you are. Now let's go and see him this thing with Archie can wait." She added and asked one of the nurses to direct them to Henry's room, when they arrived there Emma's heart broke. "Oh kid, what happened?" Emma asked.

Before she could get Henry's answer her ears picked up on what else was going on in the room, "but hold that thought kid." She spoke before turning to Archie, "Archie what's..Who are you talking to? Who is this?"
