Juliette Rozenberg appears to be your everyday looking human girl with only difference being is that she has round-pointed ears hidden behind her silky white hair with unnatural golden sideburns. Pale white skin where her blushes are present as if her skin is translucent. She has Heterochromia, purple on her right and yellow to her left.
Powers/Abilities:
Magic bolts- Magical lightning bolts drawing from the energy of the body itself. Witches have the power to morph magical abilities into many spells and hexes to their advantage. Magic bolts are one of the basic powers that witches use. A red lightning bolt zaps out of the user's hands or finger tips to inflict real lightning bolts at will. The only cost being physical fatigue from the witch. This ability can be enhanced with techniques if taught by another magic user. Instead of a single bolt it can be extended to shoot continuously, if mastered can be used to drain magic from another magic source. Juliette can only perform basic lightning bolts only.
Night vision- As a half witch she can see in the dark but can be blinded temporarily if exposed to bright light without warning.
Personality (Basic):
Polite, curious and down-right honest when it comes down one describing Juliette. One of the most easier to approach students in the academy thanks to her rather calm demeanor. She seems to keep a persona of appearing confident and wiser as an appeal to others hence the fancier clothing, despite constant maintaining of her personality, her awkward side slips within the character's cracks. Awkward facial and verbal responses are the common examples.
Short Backstory (Optional):
While Juliette's biological parents are never found, she was adopted by two kind elderly couples, Mr. Rozenberg and Mrs. Rozenberg. It was a dark and stormy night when the old couple heard wailing through what can only be an infant's cry. There, the husband found a child, wrapped in rag cloth laying on an old wooden basket made of twigs. He looked back into his whom was as surprised as her husband holds a freezing child in his arms. There they made a decision that will change the rest of their lives forever. Juliette was lucky to be living with such a household in the middle of a farmland.
Born with the powers beyond the human's abilities could only dream. Discovering her powers at such a young age, her foster parents knew she cannot live among the societies of man without discrimination and fear. Raising her with best of both of their abilities, they could only keep her curious for so long. It's only a matter of time before she finds out that she is nothing like her loving parents.

Unfortunately, that power [electrokinesis] is something he's always struggled to grasp, and not because of its strength [his abilities are potent]. Honestly, he'd have preferred crystallokinesis -- or even geokinesis. But no, he had to be cursed with the ability to manipulate electronic charge. He hates physics too so he doesn't like researching about it either.

Andreas cares a lot about his appearance, which shows. He has toffee-coloured skin and dark curly hair that reaches the base of his neck. At 5'10 [173cm], he has a toned and athletic, albeit narrow build. He has hooded brown eyes, thick brows, and an overall soft [rather than chiselled] face, despite it still having definition.
He wears relatively smart clothes, too. Think plain shirts [usually monochrome] and blouses with sweaters and trousers. He doesn't usually wear jeans to school. Though he's sporty, he doesn't like wearing tracksuits around the school.
PERSONALITY:
Andreas is confident and extroverted, though not necessarily friendly [to everyone]. He’s ambitious, logical, and willing to take risks. He’s honest and trustworthy [mostly], with a strong sense of justice. Also, he’s able to laugh at himself [if not already in an off mood] and works decently under pressure.
However, he hates it when people are SUPER sensitive since he values facts over feelings. In fact, he may show sarcasm and/or possible irritation if someone’s ‘too soft’. Being a diligent student, he’s prone to jealousy if someone’s rewarded for things he’s worked harder for. He can also be arrogant, of course, and judgmental.
BACKSTORY:
Andreas is an only child with an expansive outer family from a two-parent household in a poor area. Despite being popular in elementary and middle school, he lost some status in high school [though he’s still one of the best runners]. Since his mother didn't trust his neighbourhood much, he had to find other means of gaining admiration and freedom -- some of which weren't on the moral side. In fact, he'd got groomed into a gang with some lucrative 'job' that had enticed his young mind. This gang was crooked, tempting deprived youths who seemed like they'd develop powers -- before exploiting those powers for terrible deeds. Andreas had realised his powers a little earlier than most, too. From then, he knew he'd have to hide them from his religious family.
Upon gaining his AP results, Andreas eventually pushed past the peer pressure and dropped out of the gang [after a beating or two, of course] before he turned 19. However, before he could start the job he'd been accepted into, he found an unusual letter laying by his front door. It was a letter from that school Andreas had heard rumours about as a kid. Until then, he'd thought it was a place for the wealthy and privileged, but the hearsay had been wrong. He trusted the friend that offered to help him go. Reluctantly, Andreas moved out of his home, en route to the Academy of Mystics.
