There were a few children there, some cat, some dog, and Lars. The only human-wolf child. The other kids rejected him and treated him terribly, because he didn't like to talk so he didn't go outside often. His time inside he learned to sing and hum, educated himself in a bit of math, and ate. One day he wandered off into the forbidden parts of the forests. Although his parent's strictly told him not to go there, He did. He found a small puddle of pink/purple-ish water and drank some of it, out of thirst. He kept on drinking until there was almost none left. He got back up and decided to head back, singing. Birds flew behind him with pink eyes, as his throat slightly glowed purple. He discovered his new power after 2 minutes after he had stopped singing. He decided to leave the village and head to The Academy Of Mystics.

Short Backstory (Optional): Dani was born into a big family and was treated as the oldest even though she was the middle child along with Dawnelle. she had three sisters, (Amaya, Dawnelle, and April) and one brother (Dylan). One day when everyone had finished eating dinner the children were sent to their rooms but she was told to stay in the kitchen. A moment she will never forget... Her mother got down on her knees and took off a silver cross necklace that she hadn't taken off since she was a girl no older than Dani who was nine. She didn't know how to feel about having it now..Especially HER of all of her siblings She was the most clumsy and troublesome child and her mother chose her... Dani's mom then hugged her tightly, nearly forcing the air out of her then sent her off. By midnight her parents had been dead, all her siblings made it out alive thanks to the awareness of their brother but in the events that led to their death, her brother and sisters saw it was Dani who killed their parents so Dylan told her to leave them be while he took care of the rest of his sisters and no matter how much the others wanted her to stay, they couldn't disagree because they all saw the exact same thing. With that Dani spent eight years of her life by herself until she mysteriously got a letter, an invite of sorts to a school for people like her, and for the sake of living, she gladly accepted.

While seeming calm and composed at first glance. There is a fire brewing behind his eyes. Whether it is as gentle as a campfire or as volatile as an inferno depends on who he interacts with.

Short Backstory (Optional): Johnny Cool was born as Jon Shahir. The mixed son of two religious zealots. Raised in a cult dedicated to what they believed to be a guardian spirit. His life was expected to be both pious and within the confines of the cult complex. Wanting more than that, Jon secretly dreamed of seeing the world. His opportunity for escape came when the 'Guardian Spirit' worshiped by the cult called out to him. Leading Jon to its altar, the spirit asked for a drop of blood. Offering Jon a chance to see the world beyond the walls that held him. The young man obliged the spirit by biting his own finger. Everything went sideways from there. It was revealed that the being thought to be a spirit was actually an Efreeti, a Djinn of Flames. Freed by Jons offering, the Efreeti went about burning everything down. When Jons parents found out what he had done, he was executed by the cults laws. However what nobody expected was for Jons body to arise and set fire to all present. Now an undead warlock under the same Efreeti he freed. 'Johnny Cool' was born...

  He can shapeshift into a number of things (People + Animals), one being a thin black cat. But he tries not to do it often since he gets stuck like that for a while. Plus it's embarrassing when people fuss over him in an animal form and he can't do much about it. He can still speak, complain, but it doesn't sound very serious when he's running around as a small kitty. Val only uses it to travel, getting into small spaces, or for a nice lazy cat nap.
  He's also a suspiciously flexible individual, keen senses and incredibly fast reflexes. Nimble and quick on his feet when he needs to be.
  Position: Student.
  Personality:
  He's an odd, yet very sullen looking boy who speaks to others strangely. Val may ask odd questions and touch and pick up items he doesn't understand. He's easily distracted, skittish and much like a cat if you move things back and forth it will draw his attention. He will become transfixed and grab at things that do not stop moving. Doesn't understand sarcasm or figures of speech most of the time. Nor does he understand modern texting lingo. As a vampire he is surprisingly not bloodthirsty. He's a very controlled and dainty drinker, yet he does not like to be seen dining. He will do it privately, and become rather upset if caught in the act.
  However his peculiar personality is not to be mistaken for stupidity, as the male is surprisingly intelligent. Just different. Very deadpan behaviour.
  
  He likes catnip, night-time, fog, candles, coffins, the moon, crystals, fruity smells, fancy daggers, historical architecture, oil paints, rock collecting, tarot card readings and taxidermy.
  He dislikes dogs, as he is afraid of anyone or anything canine related, haircuts, bright lights, churches, moths, laser pointers, abstract painting, birthdays, children, fire, figures of speech as it confuses him, fireworks and the beach.

  He was a farmer's boy before he was bitten. Over the course of a winter month, Valentine would occasionally wake and hear strange noises from the barn. In the morning, cattle would be found dead, drained of their blood. Val began to take note of the deaths to try and estimate what night this entity would return for another animal. The next time he awoke to those familiar sounds, he took a knife with him to confront it. Val found the vampire feeding on a lamb in the darkness of the barn. The boy naively chased it out and into the forest, fuelled by determination to slay it.
  Things got complicated and it didn't really turn out that way.
  
  Appearance: Val is tall and lanky at 6'1, a hollow face with sharp features. His hair and eyes are very dark brown, almost black. When mad or upset, his hair will grow at alarming speed, requiring it to be cut. Hair that has been cut off reduces to ash. Usually the length stays trimmed to the length of his knees.

  Powers/Abilities: Blood Manipulation. She can use her own blood and form it into knives, swords, shapes, any type of weapon. Being able to control blood she is also able to stop someone's wound from bleeding.
  Position: Student
  Personality: She comes across as kind and sweet at first to lure someone in, but it won't take long to curl her fingers into someone's mind. Tear down their self esteem and build them up again how she likes them. She's a very toxic person to be involved with, as she won't hesitate to criticize or belittle someone for their appearance or personality. She knows what is best, and if someone disagrees they are wrong and stupid. Lucilla loves people that are meek, impressionable, or already likeminded and strong like herself. Likes to have little followers. Lucilla does have her moments where she is genuinely sweet and kind, but they are rare. She shows sympathy to heartbreak and relationship issues only. Does not react well to being told 'no', stubbornness, or being called 'Luci'. Risk-taking and impulsive.
  
  Short Backstory: She fell in love with the wrong guy. A vampire, to be exact. Brainwashed by the concept of true love she asked him turn her so they could stay together forever. By the time she woke he was gone. Lucilla was left to hunt and fend for herself, learn the ways of vampirism alone. It made her cold and unforgiving. She'd use her feminine charm to lure in her victims, when they'd disagree or refuse her something she would get rid of them. When she had nobody to live off of, she'd turn to pickings from farms. Worked great for a while, until one night she was caught while feeding. She fled back into the forest, yet was followed.
  Lucilla had all the opportunity to kill the male, yet decided something else entirely. Something twisted, advantageous, very beneficial for her.
  
  Appearance (Picture or Description): She's very tall and thin, standing at a surprising 5'9 almost 5'10. Tall, considering she is female. Her silver hair is long and thick, reaching down to her waist. It is usually untamed and wild. She has long lashes, large eyes, dark lipstick and pointy loud heels. She is mostly seen in black dresses, with a split down one leg. Fur coats or shrugs, clothing of elegance and glamour. Loves materialistic items.

Short Backstory (Optional):
Eliza had never had much trouble growing up and lived a normal life among regular humans and as far as she knew, she was one of them. She could be labeled as one of the "Popular kids." The person everyone knew even if they never talked to her. Once she was told the truth about what she was and the things she was capable of she wasn't shocked or scared. In fact, she was happy! Eliza had a kind of magic that was rare and she wanted to tell and show her friends. Her parents told her not to but never gave a reason no matter how hard she pushed for one so she did something that she'd regret for the rest of her life. She showed off her magical abilities by doing the one trick she almost instantly mastered, Creation. She made whatever they wanted but got caught by a teacher using her magic. She took it upon herself to take her out of the school and her parents were forced to move. Unfortunately, news of the young sorceress spread, and no one allowed her or the family to live for too long without being pestered or shamed.
A few years later, a lady made a school for people who possessed magical properties and the outcasts of the world to learn and grow with others like them. She was accepted into this school, namely, "CCFA." She only attended for four months before she was offered to go to a newer one, "The academy of Mystics." She graduated from this school and went on to college to begin her first job which is now helping out the headmaster in whatever is needed.

Unfortunately, news of the young sorceress spread, and no one allowed her or the family to live for too long without being pestered or shamed.
A few years later, a lady made a school for people who possessed magical properties and the outcasts of the world to learn and grow with others like them. She was accepted into this school, namely, "CCFA." She only attended for four months before she was offered to go to a newer one, "The academy of Mystics." She graduated from this school and went on to college to begin her first job which is now helping out the headmaster in whatever is needed.
