Cordelia watched as the barrier surrounded them. She knew kai just wanted vengeance..he'll she was sure she did as well. But she wasn't going to stray from her morals yet.

"Kia...we should just take everyone else around us and leave. maybe go back into the school. The teachers are there and we don't want anyone else to get hurt. "

She frowned and grabbed his arm pulling gently.

"I want to avenge Orpheus just as much as you. ..But I think he would have wanted all of us to get out of here safely. .."

(I to as soon as I. Wake up and go until I can't anymore. But all our time zones are different so it gets difficult!)​

Kai ran out of magic as he fainted. The form took to much energy out of Kai as he was knocked out. Kai fell into Cordelia's arms.@Verdas@MorticiansDaughter

Crux's eyes returned to their red color, and he waved in the direction Erebus had been before he disappeared.

Videl looks at the direction Erebus went with a mixture of fear, confusion, and sadness. "That... That was my father." She says loud enough for everyone to hear. She puts her sword back into it's sheathe, the temperature of the area around her cooling down. @MorticiansDaughter @Kai123 @Daimao

The barrier faded as kai was knocked out not moving. He seemed to look slightly different his hair had black tips. As he played in Cordelia arms his body seemed cold. It was like he was dead.

Cordelia glared at erebus as he disappeared. Holding onto kai tightly so she didn't drop him, though his weight with her legs being as weak as they were didn't help. She collapsed to the grass again and had kai on her lap. She looked at crux and videl. "We should get back inside. Kia needs to lay down properly and it will be better there."

She let herself go back to her serpentine form making it easier to carry him. She wasn't going to let one more friend die today. She looked at crux as she headed towards the building.

"Also I'd like to speak to you privately later of that's alright?"

As Keira perched on the building she narrowed her eyes as the fight ended. The Angel boy. .he was interesting. She needed to seek him out later and get know him better. Perhaps he could be the one to help her. But for now she just stood up and in the span of a second she was there but..then she was not. Instead in her place was a willowy shape that rolled with the breeze and that glowed like the ocean on a sunny day.​

Anyone, no matter how strong, would feel intense, excruciating pain from this as Orpheus' immense power gathered and harnessed through thousands of years, flowed into them. It was glowing brightly as Orpheus' body slowly faded away as his existence was being sucked away by Cordelia through the symbol. @MorticiansDaughter

Cordelia had to hokd onto kai tightly as she felt the sudden pain rip through her. Her tail coiled around her tightly as she whimpered and clutched herself with one free hand. Tears stung her eyes making it difficult to see Orpheus disappear at the same time. She looked at the mark and how it seeped into her body, wondering if this was a good idea in the first place.​

Kai body was unable to move, as his face got pale. He was breathing unnaturally, un able to even think straight. He slightly open his left eye as the right begun to bleed. This was meaning hatred is going threw his mind his moka is ready to be awoken.

'Hey, Cordelia do you hear me?' Orpheus asks her in her head. Thanks to the mark he was able to keep his conscious and merge with Cordelia (if that is fine with you @MorticiansDaughter). He could not feel, touch, or even move for that matter, but he heard Cordelia's every thought and could see through her eyes, and talk almost telepathically. @Daimao @Kai123

CordeLia looked down at kai and though the pain still spread through her she focused on him.

"Kai? I'm geating you inside you just need to stick I out ok? Just dont black out ok?"

She looked at the others but continured on towarfs the building, muscles spasaming every now and then. But she stopped when she thought she heard Orpheus.

"Orpheus?.."

She looked around herself but she knew he was gone. She had watched him die.

Orpheus calls again "It seems you can hear me. If you want to talk, just think the words in your head." He could not help but think it was comical how everyone thought he was dead and gone forever.


Videl turns to Cordelia when she says Orpheus' name. "Isn't that the name of the guy that just died?" She asks, curious why she called out. "You're not going crazy are you?" She asks with concern. @MorticiansDaughter

Kai's left eye was slowly closing as his life force begins to end slowly. All of a sudden as time was seeming to end for kai his magic shot up like a bullet. Iak had gave kai some of his magic as a vessel to live longer. Kai put his right hand on his right eye as he grunted in pain. The bleeding eye was acheing as it dripped. Kai noticed what was happening and wondered where was Erebus." C-Cordelia did you knock me out?" He said with a confused look on his face.
