Kai then got up stretching and yawns. He scratches his chin as he looks around he layed against the wall weak. He wondered why he was so weak. "W-what happened to me."

Kai gripped his throat as he was choking. He tried to cough it out but it wouldn't budge. A minute went by as a crow came out. It had a weird symbol on its eye as it flew around landing on his shoulder. Trying to catch his breathe Kai looked at such a bird and sighed looking at it seriously. "So he is alive...." Kai says with a troubled tone in his voice." I need to get to training then!" Kai says completely forgetting the others. @MorticiansDaughter @Daimao

Cordelia sighed with a slight aggravated tone to it.

"Just keep in mind this is my body and I'd like to keep it intact thank you"

Cordelia winced at videl question. She hadn't thought of her family since leaving, mainly because she knew what a burden she had become.

"No no. ..my parents are very much Human. Two legs, tan skin and black hair. I'm simply the products of a cruel joke played by the God's "

When she heard kai talking she sighed in relief then looked at crux.

"Well that's A good sign. ."

But it's when he seemed to start choking she started top worry again, ready to help him if need be. When the bird flew from his mouth she arched brow and leaned away.

"I would be lying if I said that wasn't just a little disturbing. ."​

"Yeah it was kind of disturbing to me too, but this bird doesn't mean anything good." He says looking at the hawk while talking to Cordelia. " By the way who's this chick?" He says looking at Videl not knowing what to call her. "Didn't she help you guys against Erebus??" He ask Cordelia, with a not so very friendly tone in his voice. Remembering of what happened he remembered being unable to move for half of the time. 'Why was I like that? What happened to me when I was in that world...?' Kai ask himself in his haid wondering what happened to him. " I won't stop you from calling back ups but I must be going no the race against time is now in my favor I shall say." Ichigo says with a determined voice. "How do you know for sure that Kai would be stupid enough to follow you and fight you after all those years?!" He ask with confused look on his face. " You would be amazed on what his fighting instinct is like. He rushes in to fights but then realizes the outcome in the middle of the fight." Ichigo says bluntly. @MorticiansDaughter @Daimao

 

[Verdas]

Videl looks at Cordelia with amazement. "So you were born this way without the heritage of your parents' powers or race?" She asks, unable to believe what she had just heard.


"Don't worry. Any damage you recieve will be transferred to me, so all pain and injuries will heal if you switch with me again." Orpheus stays silent after this, seeing Cordelia's past memories and her recent bloodlust. "Bingo..." He suddenly says, forgetting that his thoughts are connected to Cordelia's, seeing an opportunity to use her bloodlust to change her soft heart. @MorticiansDaughter @Kai123

(Corruption!!!)

Cordelia rubbed the back of her neck shyly, not really sure what to say. Truthfully she didnt like it to much but ignored it.

"Its not all that amazing...really..just an anomaly.."

She caught bits of what Orpheus had been saying and tilted her head.

"What are you talking about now? Did you figure something out?"

(Oh dear, sorry for the short post..still waking up so my creativity is a little low)​

[Verdas]

Orpheus chuckles. "No, no. I got to see bits of your past, though. Pretty interesting village you grew up in." He says, only half lying. He then considers killing Videl by taking over Cordelia's body while she's sleeping but since he doesn't even though this constantly smiling girl's full strength, and judging by how powerful he father was, decides against it as a bad idea. He then considers Kai as a replacement for his old body, since he was very weak at his current state and could be killed easily, but realizes a fault. There was Crux, who would probably stop him if he tried to kill Kai. He was very irritated at his current lack of options. His only option for the time being was to try and use Cordelia's bloodlust to his advantage, which he felt rather bad for even considering the idea. @MorticiansDaughter @Kai123 @Daimao

Cordelia felt a little violated in those terms but she knew she couldnt help it at this point.

"Thank you I guess...im not to sure how to feel knowing that your finding so much about me by just digging into my consciousness. I have my secrets that I try to protect but I guess you will find them out sooner or later"

She sighed and rubbed her arm. She just hoped she could trust him in her mind and knowing her whole life.

(Yea it kinda sucks when im trying to get a good reply out but cant seem to get anything! @Verdas and then we gotta wait for @Daimao and @Kai123 to get on which I hope they do today.)​

 

[Verdas]

Orpheus then accidentally moved Cordelia's tongue without meaning to, making a low hissing sound and immediately stops. "Oh, sorry. Didn't mean to... It's just a habit of mine." He says apologetically. Perhaps his powers were a bit too great for someone like Cordelia... Even though his powers were transferred to her, technically, they were still his. He became silent again as he thought this through. @MorticiansDaughter @Kai123 @Daimao (Kai and Dai are gonna have a lot of notifications.)

(I did have a lot of notifications. 23 to be exact. But not all of them were from you guys)


Crux watched the conversation between Cordelia and Videl silently. The new girl, Videl seemed interesting enough.


'Keep an eye on the new girl.'


Crux nodded, before walking over to Cordelia, poking her.


"Miss Cordelia, didn't you want to tell me something?" he asked her.

Cordelia flinched a bit when Crux poked her, looking at him with an almost confused expression.

"O-oh..yes I did actually want to talk to you about something."

She but her tongue gently and turned more to face him.

"I find hissing at people rude so I avoid doing it..usually I only do it if I feel threatened. Just something I thought you should know about me."

She looked at Videl and at Kai, she wanted this to be private so she gently took Kai from Crux and placed him on the grass.

"Videl if he starts having a problem just let me know..its only going to be a minute"

She gently took Crux's arm and led him a few feet away.

"Earlier..one of your heads offered me something so long as it was within his power. And I think I would like to discuss it with you?"

She didnt try to sound desperate but she could use a little boost to help protect everyone, her eyes locked with his as she awaited a response.​

Crux nodded. "That must have been Alpharius. He's nice like that," he said with a smile. "So what would you like to discuss?"

[Verdas]

"Oh, sure." Replies Videl and sits down next to Kai, stretching her legs as she did so. Kai was the one who grabbed her by the throat and tossed her aside. She then looked at Kai, wanting to pay him back with the same treatment but since he seemed to be friends with Cordelia, decides not to.


Orpheus stays silent, acknowledging this but not showing it. It was almost like he wasn't there anymore though he was carefully listening to her conversation with Crux. @MorticiansDaughter

Cordelia pursed her lips and pondered her thoughts for a moment.

"What is within his power limit? Id like to know so when I make a decision I know that I can be carried through properly."

She wondered what Orpheus was thinking about all this and hoped he wouldnt disagree..but it was still her body so she could do what she liked. She was truthfully surprised by how quiet he was being now. She couldnt tell if it was out of respect or simply just had nothing to say at the moment.​

Crux paused in thought for a moment. "Basically, Alpharius is a fulfiller of dreams and desires," Crux explained, spinning in a circle. "So pretty much, as long as you aren't wishing for something like world peace, immortality, or supreme power, he can do anything!"

Cordelia nodded and poked her cheek with her pointer finger.

"Ill have to keep that in mind then.."

She took Crux's hand in hers and gave him a small smile.

"Thank you for this opportunity though Crux..its opening up possibilities for me that I didnt have before"

When she looked at him she focused a few moments on his piercings and tilted her head, wanting to reach out and touch them but kept herself from doing so.

"What are these anyways? They remind me of things our elders have but only the elders were aloud to have them..much like my tribal art.."​

Kai looks at videl as he gives her a serious face. " You want to hurt me don't you I can see it in your eyes that you want to hurt me. Don't try me I'll tell you now. I didn't mean to hurt you I was out of it." He says to video with a cold tone in his voice. He looks at Cordelia he senses Orpheus magic as he sighs in relief. ' Oi Oak let be able to talk to opherus.' He ask iak in slightly join.@Verdas @MorticiansDaughter @Daimao

Crux cocked his head to the side, lightly tugging on the chain hanging from his face. "This?" He asked. "It's..." he paused. "Actually, I don't remember. I received it upon my birth," Crux told her.

Cordelia eyes widened a bit.

"Theres very lucky of you..in my village it was a symbol of wisdom and leadership and only some could receive them at a certain age. Its very curious..but I think they are nice looking."

She gently touched the chain then drew her hand back, trying not to invade his personal space to much.

"Sorry..sometimes I get caught up in things. This new world is amazing and theres so much I have yet to learn here or understand.."

She thought back to the way Videl tried to greet her and Cordelia was confused by it. She wished to know more about this place.​

Crux smiled. "It's okay," he said. "There's not much that I understand here either."

Cordelia tilted her head.

"But how? You seem to do so much better here than I am..then again its just hard to tell right off hand. Im afraid to leave this campus now that im here...the streets are just to..hard to get around on. Im sure thats a little ridiculous though right?"

She looked back at Kai and the others, even remembering some of the other people she had run into and wondered how it is they were able to get around so easy.

"If you had a choice and were in my position...what would you ask for?"​

Crux looked Cordelia in the eyes, a very serious look on his face. "I am a hydra. We are inherently vicious and feared creatures. We devour living creatures. You don't want to know what I would ask for," Crux said sadly, before his serious look disappeared, replaced with his normal, happy look. "You should just wish for something you really want. Like, something that you've always wanted but never been able to have," he said with a smile.

Cordelia chuckled and shook her head, vicious or not she knew him as she knows him now and he has been nothing other than kind.

"Truthfully? I would ask for normality..to be done with this. I could return home and put all of this behind me. But this is how I was made and was born into..its me and in a sense I cant hate that part. I would have almost come all this way for such a simple answer...and Crux for what its worth I dont see you in that way. You and like some of the others I met here im thankful to have met at all..vicious or no."

She gave him a smile that she hoped he would take as sincere though she was never used to giving big smiles like that.

Leira appeared suddenly next to Kai, crouching and looking down at him with her head tilted a bit. Her piercing red eyes looking at him and her pale lips pursed.

"Glad to see you didnt die..I must say that bird trick was very intriguing. Can you walk? I can help you if you like"

She moved her hair behind her ear and glanced up at Videl.

"Im sure there are places here we can go can we not?"​

Crux smiled back at Cordelia. "I'm glad that you think of me that way," he said.


'Oh, get a room you two.'


'what?'


'Nothing.'

Cordelia nodded and looked at him as he seemed to be thinking.

"You doing ok? You werent hurt at all were you? I have some things in my bag that might help"

Sh looked in her bag when she got a sudden headache, it was splitting and caused her to hold her head in pain. She whimpered quietly and her eyes widened. This had to be her bodies way of reacting to Orpheus and it was almost the same pain she had felt at first when he entered but not as intense. Her tail coiled as she clenched her teeth, her fangs drawing blood form her lip.​

Orpheus finally spoke, noticing the pain Cordelia is in. "Don't worry, you won't die from a simple headache." He checks the time of the day through Cordelia's eyes. He stared at Crux. He already had multiple different personalities within him. "This pain is natural. It will go away eventually. Permanently if I manage to get a body..." @MorticiansDaughter
