((I don't know what is going on, so imma just do what she do

xD ))

Astrien nimbly walked along the green grass, the grass blades tickling her underbelly. Her nose was picking up the deliciously familiar scent of deer. She knew she was out of her territory, in the Walidis, but it was her best shot at getting food. There. At the end of a long corridor of winded trees and bushes, was a buck. He was clearly lost, its head snapping around. Astrien aproached as quietly as she could, her yellow eyes trained on every muscle moving. Once she was right at the tree line, she crouched down low. She was on her haunches, ready to pounce. The buck looked behind it, giving her the perfect shot. Astrien lunged foreword, snapping her jaws around its fragile neck. The buck screamed, jumping around to try and free itself from her grasp. But he was no match for her. His small body soon fell to the floor, and Astrien let go. Huffin, she grabbed the scruff of its neck and dragged it away slowly.

She began hearing a few voices. Her ears twitched, and her curiosity just took the best out of her. She began following her ears to the source of the voices. The buck was leaving a small trail of blood where she went. Peeking inside a cave, she spotted a few wolves. One one the floor, and two around it. Slowly taking a step back, her paw crunched a twig, a loud noise echoing around her. She froze in her place, her grip on the buck tightening. Shit.

"Don't try to get him to speak , just let him rest , from the ordeal he went through i would say he needs it" she says walking towards Amoux
 
His ears perked up as they heard it, twitching from the sudden noise. The wolf's fur was covered in blood as so the puddle below the head. Schatten soon regained the ability to move , as he also had a sudden burst of energy as he awoke. He scrambled to his shaking paws and hopped to turn face the wolves.
 



Astrien peeked more inside. Her front paws and head were in the cave. She set the buck next to her gently, watching curiously. What had happened? Or, better yet, who had done this? Was it either of them?

"Take it easy now Schatten." Amoux said. He could smell an unknown wolf near them and turned his head to see a wolf standing not far from them. He could tell she was from Shadow pack, her scent gave it away. He turned his head to focus on Schatten once again. "We mean you no harm."
 



Astrien tugged the deer along with her. Red blood smudged her muzzle and down to her chest from killing the little deer. She stood near them, but far enough were they woud have to take a step to lunge at her.

"What happened?"

She asked quietly, her eyes scanning over the wolf. Blood stains were on the floor near its head. It looked nasty.

Amoux looked at the newcomer and then back again at Schatten. "I'm not sure." he said a bit uneasy.
 



She set the buck down, stepping over it protectively.

"Maybe he was attacked?"

She supposed, speaking mostly to herself. Or maybe he just got in trouble. Or both. Her tongue darted out of her mouth, licking the blood off her snout and what she could reach of her muzzle.

"Wait- Yes , I was attacked! actually...no..."


He shot down his own words as soon as they left.


"I attacked an Alpha...But that is about it..."
 



Astrien was confused. How did he not know?

"Did you lose your memory?"

She asked, tearing a chunk off the buck and tossing it towards him. It was little, but at least something. She was givig it from her own meat.

"Why did you attack an Alpha in the first place? He could have easiy killed you."

Linara looked at Astrien "Astrien what did i say about freshly caught prey in Night's Delight" she asked annoyed keeping an eye on Astrien


(My wolf is also from the Shadow pack just as an update to you @Supermegabrenda2 )

Astrien looked at Linara.

"No one needs to know."

She said slowly, almost mockingly as she moved her gaze back to the injured wolf.

"You didn't beat the Alpha, did you?"

She asked, her mood just completely changing.

Linara rolled her eyes walking back to Amoux and sitting down next to him shaking her head at Astrien in disbelief
 
"He is currently rotting on the ground to match his rotten personality." He nodded.


The smile slightly faded.
 



"...That makes you Alpha."

She whispered, glancing down at the floor as she frowned.

"You want to take the title?"

She asked, looking back up at him.

"It's a ot of responsability, kid."

"hmmm...no."he answered. "It doesn't sound fun..."


"I thought it was only he beta that was supposed to take the title...who was the beta for the pack?"
 



"I'm.... Not sure, actually."

She said, scratching behind her ear with her back paw.

"You feeling alright?"

She asked, sitting back comfortably. Astrien didn't feel as threatened now.

Her ears perked up, and he raised her head towards him. Did she just hear correctly? Voices?

"What voices?"

She asked slowly, her ear twitching
