The two females in the cave quickly pinned Eris to the ground. One at her throat the other holding her lower body. The second looked down at her "what are you doing here? How dare you bring that around our pups!" She growled angrily talking about Tavi.


Tavi whimpering looked to Eris, he got on the other side of Eris barking and growling at the two trying to get them off her.


The second female swatted tavi, with her paw, right into Asher who was rudely awoken by this and quickly picked Tavi up by his throat slamming him against the cave wall.
 
Eris looked up at the two females, not wanting to injure them she just gives small whimpers struggling. Flinching when she sees that that had struck Tavi, growling low and showing her teeth at them. Looking up and seeing Asher throw Tavi to the wall. She gave out a loud whimper, pleading them to stop hurting Tavi. "No, no, no don't hurt him. Please," she whimpered, the only reason she had brought the pup with her was to protect him from the alpha as well.
 
"who decided to....!!!" Asher looked down sniffing what he just threw. "Who knocked a pup into while I was sleeping?" He asked angrily.


The first female release Eris returning to the pups.


The second backing up against the wall whimpering


"If you ever....do that to a pup again....your job is to care for them! I will tear your throat out and but before that I will make you watch as your own pups are torn to shreds right in front of you!" Asher laid back down growling angrily, he hated being woken up unless it was an emergency.


Tavi coughed and gagged for a moment then walked back to Eris. Leaning down he started to lick the wounds on her face cleaning them. Once he finished he went around to her side and curled up at her belly resting his head on her side. "Eris....I love you" he said quietly.
 
Once the weight was off of her, she got up quickly and nudged Tavi in the head a bit to hard. Lowering her head and sniffing him all around to make sure he was okay. She looked down at him and gave his ears a few gentle licks. She exhales a soft breath and pressed her head closer to him, giving the three Shadow Pack wolves a few defensive growls as she picked Tavi back up by the scruff and ran out of the Shadow pack camp. Slowing to a trot when they got quite a bit of distance between them. Lowering her head she dropped Tavi. Snarling hard to herself and shaking her head fur out, "I'm sorry Tavi, I thought they might protect us if the Alpha came by," not knowing yet that he was dead. "Are you alright?" She mumbles laying down and nudging him gently in the cheek. Her tail thumps on the ground in aggravation.
 
Tavi rubbed his face against her cheek whimpering, his head hurting some from being hit by her. "I'm fine Eris, but the male in the den didn't say we had to leave and we did just rush into their den..." Tavi wagging his tail circled around her for a moment and then sat down in front of her wagging his tail happily. "Eris he was startled by what happened, didn't you say you helped a wolf after he was attacked?" He nudged her cheek whimpering, then started to clean her ears.
 
He howled again, straining the last of his energy. The howl was loud , strained, short, and semi-high pitched.


He finally fell. exhausted , he fell onto his side as the vision darkened. he collapsed onto his side as it became harder to breath. His fur was drenched in blood.
 
She looked up at him, folding her ears down a little bit and rubbing her head against him, "I suppose so.." she murmured yawning softly from all the running and all the events that had happened. "He'll figure out what happened when he wakes up, maybe he'll want to come find us then. Now, I just want to lay down and rest," she says. Putting her head down to her paws and curling up. She closed her eyes tucking her paws under her and curling her tail around her. Her wounds ached on her head but knew they would heal over, possibly leaving scars on their place.
 
"sleep sounds nice" Tavi yawned and shook his head before laying down next to her. Snuggling into her coat. He rested his head on her tail "sleep well Eris" he said before he had fallen asleep.
 
She slept for a while, her breathing soft and quiet as she curled tighter into a ball. After a few hours she began to stir, inhaling deeply and opening her eyes. She stretched oh her limbs and lifted her head up. Exhaling a soft breath and standing up, she gave her legs and back a stretch before looking around the forest. Thinking of a place to hide and thinking up a plan for the future while Tavi slept.
 
Asher standing right behind Eris, he had been there since the two of them had fallen asleep. Despite his size and weight, not a blade of grass was bent or a twig broken. "Eris....is the pup okay?" He asked sitting down, trying to keep his voice down so he wouldn't wake Tavi.


Tavi stirring some in his sleep, shivering, feeling cold after she got up.
 
Jumping Eris turned quickly to face Asher, her fur had spiked up in case it was a wolf that would hurt her or Tavi, though she relaxed a little when she recognized him. She nodded her head and looked down to Tavi. Shifting close to him and sitting down wrapping the pup up in her tail and pulling him close to in order to share warmth with him. "He should be okay," she mumbles looking up at Asher. She lowered her head and rubbed the dried blood of her muzzle. Wincing slightly when the wounds we touched.
 
Asher stepped closer to her placing her paw gently in his mouth pulling it from her face. "Don't touch it, it'll get infected" he warned as he started to sniff her for other injuries. "Who put those marks on your face?" He asked, leaning down he sniffed the pup, his tail wagging. "I didn't think you had any pups, either way you care for him now" sitting down he looked her in the eyes studying them. "Did one of the females in the den do this to you?"


Tavi started kick slightly while he was sleeping, dreaming of chasing a rabbit.
 
She looked at him and nodded putting her paw back down. She shook her head and looked down to Tavi, "He's not mine, but we've always had a bit of a bond. He's the only member in my pack that truly does care about me," she mumbles. Smiling softly down to the pup who got caught in a dream. She glanced up to him and lowered her ears partly, "My Alpha did.. He wasn't to happy that I was missing and when I told him what happened he attacked me, nothing bad though," she murmurs yawning softly. Shaking her head fur out to wake herself up.
 
Asher crouched down "put the pup on my back, you two can stay with me, it's safer that way" Asher nudged her side to get her to hurry up. He sighed looking down. "It's obvious the bond between you two, but who knows how it will go when he becomes of age" teasing her a little bit. "I won't be showing you our secretes until the rest of the pack trusts you, nor can I assist you in his care until that time has come, but I can give you shelter and safety"
 
She looked up at Asher and nodded her head. Picking Tavi up gently by the scruff and placing him on the back of the white wolf. "I understand," she murmurs, "Though I shouldn't be staying in your camp to long, I'd like to find a cave or land mark on the island for him to live in. Anything to keep him safe," she murmured. Looking at Tavi with soft eyes before blinking and looking away at the ground.
 
Asher led the two of them back to the main den. Slowly laying down he angled his body letting Tavi slide down his side, moving his tail to where Tavi would land so it would be soft and he wouldn't wake up. "You are welcome here while I am pack leader, but if that is what you want I know of an empty den near the lake that is heavily patrolled by the sentinels" Asher curled up leaving room for Eris. "Tell me what you need and I will help you"
 
She looks up at him and nodding her thanks to him, laying down about two paw steps away. Looking at the Tavi and Asher laying together. She yawned again softly, resting her head down on her paws. "Thank you for letting us stay here," she mumbles softly. Her paws sprawl out while she shifts to her side. Closing her eyes and letting out soft breath. Feeling sleep wash over her again.
 
He awoke with another jolt, his eye opened quickly as he became conscious.


It was late, everything was dark, it was slightly chilly. The opened wounds made the cold worse as he was still in pain. Schatten slowly climbed to his paws and started again through the forest. The limping was almost constant.


He thought back to his actions, wondering why he fought.


He wanted to protect his new friends, he never wanted harm to ever get to them.


Yet , he blew it... He fought against their Alpha, probably disbanding them from the pack.


Now the two of them are probably lost, confused souls like he once was. The poor pup is probably starving, or already killed by another wolf.


they were right to run...


During his absent minded-ness he failed to recognize a small down-ward slope. he was near the river now, he could see it through the trees just before stumbling and rolling down the small hill. at the end of the hill, a tree stood peacefully and silently. He slammed into the tree. impacting the side, his rib cage broke. He whimpered and cried out in pain as his breathing grew more painful and more difficult.


Leaned against the tree, he lay, breathing heavily, letting out small whimpers.

Asher wasn't far behind Tavi and the others, falling asleep.


(Time skip!!! Up up and away!!)


The next morning Asher was just out side of the main den. All the pups from the pack crawling all over him and biting him. "You little..." howling quietly as they all played. Tavi had joined in the play fighting. Asher occasionally acting as if he were trying to crawl away from them and acting hurt. His tail wagging as he gently put a pup in his mouth giving her a light toss off him so she wouldn't get hurt "please don't, you are all too much...I can't take it"

Amoux dicided to run after the wolf, he and Linara had helped yesterday. He had to find him, he had to be sure. After a bit of running he found him laying against a tree by the river. "No." He muttered. He ran down next to him and looked at his wounds. "Are you alright Schatten?" He said.

When Amoux realized he was unconscious he slightly panicked. He had to get him to Nights Delight. He lifted him up on his back and slowly ran to their destination. He tried his best to do the same as Linara had done previously. He cleaned his wounds and placed to flower buds on it. He hoped it was enough and that the injuries were only minor. He sat down beside him and waited for him to wake up.
 
The minor injuries (I.E. the scratches and bites from the fight) started healing correctly. But the lungs were filled with blood. Gurgling noises were heard in conjunction with the slight breathing. Blood flowed out of his mouth like drool.


The ear twitched slightly, the fur was covered in blood.
 
Amoux took a step back in surprise. His injuries were much worse than he had expected. He laid his ears back. He began to slightly panic, he knew close nothing about healing. He looked around trying to find something that could help. He tried making him swallow the flower buds not knowing if it would actually work. While he waited he licked Schattens pelt clean from blood.
 
Yawning, she thought it be best if she started to head back, her patrol was more then over 3 hours ago, but she had stayed out there, just as an extra eye. Ears half back she let the others know she was heading back, and on her way she was. Her paws felt heavy but she paid no mind to it, as she entered camp. She easily spotted Asher by the main den, and like always the jungle gym to the pups. She smiled slightly and twitched her tail as a greeting to him as she neared, the sign on tiredness was no were to be found as she hid it quit well. "Morning Asher." She said as she came into hear distance, somewhat around 6 to 7 feet.


((Its like 4 am were I am an I running on coffee so sorry if it's not the best first impression))
