Birdsie Birdsie , I would like to ask for clarification on what this does. I want to make sure that we’re both on the same page on what this does since I’m most likely sure that I misunderstood how this works.

You absorb energy. Any energy. Photons absorbed can be repurposed to bend light to make oneself invisible. Kinetic energy can be applied to punch someone back with the same intensity. Thermal energy can burn stuff on touch.

So basically, whatever type of energy I’m hit with in vapor form, I can utilize as well? And it’s a 1 to 1 rate right? So if somebody hit me with kinetic energy with the strength of a speeding truck, I can send that energy right back at them with the equivalent force? Do I receive damage when I’m hit with those energy or do I just absorb and negate it? Also does this mean that I can absorb ambient energy not directed at me?

I would also liketo ask for clarification on my character’s power’s secondary effect.

Birdsie Birdsie This is spectacularly detailed, would there happen to be any more spots available?
Of course.

Yes, all of that. However, the vapor is contained around your body in a forcefield of sorts, that could be compared to a very hard balloon. When that balloon is broken, the vapor will begin to leak out and obviously that's bad.

After a competition, while Serana went to leave, she was approached in the near-empty lobby by an alarming man, yelling at her about having stolen second place from one of her competitors, who was his favorite skater. She politely tried to leave, but he only became more aggressive and punched her in the face, breaking her nose. She retaliated by pepper spraying him, after which he pulled a pocketknife, stabbed her in the arm, and choke slammed her into a wall, which concussed and knocked her out. Security then arrived at the call of the few other people in the lobby, called Serana an ambulance and had the man arrested. (If it's not already a thing for every other player character, I'd like for my character's abilities to have cropped up very recently-- within the last couple of months.)

Sudden, physical threat of the in-your-face category, which manages to hurt the host. That's a pretty standard Brute with Striker elements, except the Discord Roll disagreed with me. You're in luck, because Fate data is super-rare, especially with restrictions to accompany it.

SPECIAL EVENT:
Fortuna was in the area during the Host's Trigger Event as a part of the steps in the Path to Victory. Fate Data added to the Shard's Database and combined with Restriction Data to create Fate (4+) Data, which was then inputted into the power. The Shard "Skill" decided to compound the power with Kinetikinesis Data traded before the beginning of the Cycle as an experiment.

The power undergoes wild alterations!

Escapist - Mover 6, Brute 3, Striker 3 (Thinker 3)

Escapist - primary effect

The host's brain is on the receiving end of a constant precognitive broadcast, informing them of the next action that has to be undertaken in order to avoid an attack from an enemy. This combines with an enhanced ability to skillfully evade attacks by reading body language and an inherent aptitude with gymnastics to create the primary effect.

In short, it makes it next to impossible to hit the host with an attack, be it with a punch, a kick, a melee weapon, or a ranged weapon, as when the host is about to receive such an attack, they become precognitively aware of how to avoid it.

In other words, this is the Spider-Sense.

Some attacks, for example, when several people are shooting guns at the host simultaneously, can be too complex to dodge or avoid.

Springloaded Limbs - secondary effect

The host's limbs are capable of suddenly discharging kinetic energy, but only on contact with a surface. The kinetic charge is worth around fifty kilojoules, however, instead of behind absorbed into the material, it bypasses the laws of inertia and changes to uniform mass to allow the full physical transition.

Or in human words, the host can jump up to about six meters into the air or send people flying (nigh-harmlessly, unless they hit into spikes or a particularly hard wall,) with their punches or kicks; or kick entire desks across a room to hit someone without destroying the desk in question.

In addition, the host has enhanced gymnastic prowess using this power, allowing for controlled leaps and usage of the power with greater skill and clarity.

Manton Limit: Self, surface

Lethality: This is one of the most "non-lethal" powers on the entire team.

Data: Skill ++++++++++ (10) Kinetikinesis (6) ++++++ Fate ++++ (4)

Oh, this is gonna be fun... c:<

Birdsie Birdsie I presume there's a secretary of some sort at a front desk in the building? Or is there a little buzzer system, or is it just eerily hollow and quiet?

I don't think I'll have time tonight, but as soon as I can I'll scribble up a design for Seraph's getup.

Okay so my drawing program is being pissy, I'll get down what I have of Seraph's outfit in my head once it's been fixed.
