Jacob grabbed Celia's hand with her blade. He started releasing a bit of black and white sparks. His forces were out of balance by not intervening and he was leaking a bit of magic. "No need to go any further than you are now."

Cross was disgusted with everyone. "Guys we don't have to torture them they're two siblings who really haven't hurt anyone.
