She released her, listening to the girl's words. She wasn't some delivery girl, besides what would the Navy think of her bringing a man with a bloody face. "A pity, I was looking forward to killing the man, but if you insist...." Sonia turned to the young man with a cloth, she cleaned up whatever blood was on his face. "Come young lad, let's get you to the waters. Then we can be on our way to the Navy base." She was leading him away, when she paused and asked," What's your name Navy, so I know what to tell the soldiers." @Rukia @Mircure

 

[Mircure]

"Oh , you'll not kill the men . I'll do . I'm more discreet , one murder or two in this town is not a big things and i want to do it myself"


She grinned :" I have to train on real people"


When she heard the woman propose to return to the Navy's base she walked as the opposite way :" No . Not now . If the job is finished quickly , it'll be better . I don't want this guy suffer more , and not physically only . He seems so sad ... Oh by the way i'm Elpis ! Thanks for the future help ."


While she was running to an alley near the man controlling Haru she asked : "And what's yours ?"

She stood with young man in hand in silence taking in the new info, "Well Elpis, I'm Sonia and then I guess we'll be at the beach, waiting for your return. Be careful." She gave Elpis a small salute, before going off to the beach with the merman in tow. @Rukia @Mircure

Elpis runned as fast as she can . She took new clothes and get out of the base , avoiding everyone . She was feeling way better in dry and clean clothes : They were more appropriate in what she had to make. She taken also two daggers which she hung on her belt to have her own weapons instead of borrowing it from the others.


She found Sonia in the beach, making a sign him that she was ready

[Eplis is about to kill Haru's slave owner, so he can be free of his control. I'm watching over him at the moment. @Wickedkent ]

She waited and then saw Eplis give the signal and she nodded in turn. She watched as the Navy girl ran off to kill Haru's owner, Sonia's attention was on Haru, "Darling, I'm gonna settle and watch over you, ok." she caressed his hair in a comforting way. @Mircue @Rukia

(and I'm mostly watching it,I can't do much without the spell ending xD )

Elpis talked to Sonia: "Wish me good luck, I return as soon as I shall have finished the dirty work" She sneaked through several alleys to be sure not to be seen. She perceived master of Haru far off surrounded with other one men: "why he always needs company" Elpis taken her dagger of a hand and threw a rock on the man to draw its attention: "Ouch ! What is this shit ? No matter" She threw an other one ,stronger : "Enough is enough, I am going to cut off to the moron who throws me pebbles" he moved forward in the alley but saw nobody, he looked to the left, to the right: desert.


He was going to return among his men when suddenly a silhouette took out of a barrel and he felt something cutting against his back :" Bastard, it is here that you hid. I am going to kill you


Elpis laughted: " I return you this sentence. Said hello to the Reaper for me "


She pushed the knife in the middle of the back to pierce his vertebral column to be sure that he died.


" Pfiouh, it is not very fair to attack people like that in the back but it is so practical "


She walked towards the beach to verify if the plan had worked .

She waited anxiously for Elpis' return. She looked down at the boy, swearing she saw life in his eyes,"A-are you well, young sir?" she asked, watching over him still. @Rukia

 

[Rukia]

The effect was immediate.


Haru's back jerked and he fell straight to the ground,grabbing his head as pain went through it. He gasped as the mind controlling was pulled away,his head feeling like it could explode.


And then the pain disappeared as fast as it had started,leaving in place only a confused merman. He rose his eyes to Sonia slowly,blinking with surprise.


"What...Did you just..."





He looked down at his hand,and the mark of slavery disappeared. A sudden smile shined in Haru's face and he jumped forward,hugging Sofia tightly.


"You released me!"

(GUYS PHONE IS DYING AAA

Elpis saw Sonia and started running as quickly as possible . She crossed the beach at full speed, still holding in his hand the bloody dagger. She arrived panting in front of Sonia: "I have ... killed .. this moron" She sat near Haru and Sonia, the worried face, she had for a mysterious reason concern for this young man . She looked at Haru , hugging Sofia :"I'm happy that it worked". She smiled sincerely , it's been a long time .

She smiled happy to see the smile on his face. She yelped in surprise as he hugged her tightly, thanking her for releasing him. She chuckled," Your welcome and I'm not the only the one to thank. There's also this other girl, who went to kill your master and has defeated." She was relieved to see Elpis alright, "You did well." Sonia commented. @Rukia @Mircure

Elpis blushed :"Well i just killed that man ... and in the back . That's not heroic . Without the help of Sonia i couldn't do anything ." She shake the hands of Sonia :"I hope we'll do great allies later . Thanks for the help , i can't give you anything , sorry ..."


Then , released of the stress , she put her two hands on Haru's shoulders :"I'm glad you're safe ! I was worried about you ... So ... I don't even know your name . Can you tell me ?"

Before he answered,Haru jumped forward and embraced Elpis into another tight hug. He picked the small girl in his arms,rising her from the ground for a few seconds. He put her back in the ground afterwards,blushing lightly.


"I...don't really know my real name. But that man called me "Haru." And...I don't know how to thank you both. I-I can work! I can fight too! Do you need me for anything? My life is yours now."





It didn't even cross his mind that they could have done it without waiting for anything.

She frowned as he spoke after hugging Elpis,"No young sir, you do not owe us. We fought for your freedom now you have it and can keep it." She smiled gently. She sighed, wondering what to do next.

MacWatt gulped to himself. Hiding in the Forbidden Soul was not an ideal option, but it was the only one he had at the moment. He went around the ship looking for supplies, arming himslef with a cutlass, and keeping watch...

She felt him looking. She turned to his direction, she saw him sneaking into the ship. What a curious man. She swam closer to the vessel, careful to not be seen by anyone else.
"You're not from the Navy." She said aloud in a melodic voice. "Who are you?" She wanted to know. She needed to know.

Shit! The siren had spotted him! Knowing the jig was up he went back out into the open, and responded, "Just an ol' man with a whole lot o' enemies."


Suddenly a loud bang rang through the air...


"Did yeh hear that?" He asked to be sure he wasn't going crazy.

Shit! The siren had spotted him! Knowing the jig was up he went back out into the open, and responded, "Just an ol' man with a whole lot o' enemies."

Luna nodded. She heard it. Trouble was all over Tortuga.


"Tortuga was very peaceful before this ship docked here." She hummed sweetly, staring into the old man's eyes. "And now that it's here, it wreaked havoc throigh out the land." She smiled.





"What are you called?"

It wasn't long until trouble returned to Tortuga,this time in the form of more pirates. They seemed to be trying to capture someone,although so far they had been failing miserably. Considering the amount of trouble they were having,one would think that they were fighting against some strong warrior.


But that wasn't the case.


A small girl was fending off the pirates by herself,slamming her wood staff against the men and then quickly running away. Her movements were fast and fluid,and none of them seemed even close to capture her. They were also too dumb to notice that the girl was leading them straight to the military base.


Once she was on the outside of it,the girl slammed her staff against the door. That caused a loud noise to resonate through the facility. She hoped it was enough for her to get help. One sword managed to cut her arms,but she was back on her feet a few seconds later.

Luna nodded. She heard it. Trouble was all over Tortuga.

The loud bump against the facility was enough to wake Alistair from his sleep. He stood up with more ease now,although his body still hurt like it had been hit by a wall of fire. Which was exactly what had happened. This time Alistair didn't try to fix the problem on his own,walking to the door of Bernadette and knocking on it.

She looked around, seeing that the docks were fairly empty, she pulled herself up on a big rock and sat down. Her violet tail playing with the water. She combed her hair with her fingers, humming a song while looking at the old man.
