How should we be plotting?

Well I already put your House in locations, then I'll just add your name to that character. Or you do it, also cool.
 
So I know that only Royals have access to the magical elements, but is it possible for the royal family to be large? E.g., the Kingdom I made has a variety of "royal" families who are all descendants of the same original chieftans of the various tribes, but not all of the families share a name.

Let me rephrase it, only the nobility has elemental powers, but commoners definetely don't. For example: I have a character who grew up on the streets and has elemental powers, from that knowledge everyone knows she is a direct descendant of a fallen noble house or the bastard child of a current noble. But they don't know which nobility.


At least, that's how i understand it, Sirderp is the boss.


My guess is that it'll be fine so long as you don't make an unreasonable amount of magical characters.

Leviathan has it pretty good though. Bastard Children are allowed, but if you have too many people whipping out elemental powers, it becomes slightly Overpowered.

Myup, pretty much. And I was considering having the character be SUPER ugly, because she tried to manipulate her own facial features to make herself beautiful, but fucked up bad.

Also, I am not the GM but holy fucking shit I am going to stab someone - don't use the damn forum as a laboratory, work that shit out on a computer.


It's basic BBCode. Hell I'd be happy if I could just directly format this shit with html and css, but seriously guys - forum is not the place for this. Do it in a proper text editor, like Notepad++ or Emacs or Vim or something before uploading it in a forum post.
