Fandom A Chance Meeting at Ilex Forest

She climbs on happily lying down and snuggling into her mothers back. "Can you climb up Simon?" She asked wondering if he needed aasistance.

 

[JessieSune]

"I think...so..." he says, grabbing a tuft of fur and hoisting himself. He's about halfway up and still struggling.

"Perhaps you should help, Danielle," says Balaa.

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Ok!" she responds in her normal peppy tone. Her eyes glow blue and she picks up the Pichu and placed him on top of Balaa.

 

[JessieSune]

Needless to say, this surprises him quite a bit.

"I feel like you're much much stronger than you act like you are...thank you for the help!"

A few minutes walk is enough to bring the trio back to the cave. Balaa sets Danielle down on the cave floor and begins to wrap her in her tails while Simon looks on curiously.

"You're welcome" She said, as she rode on her mothers back enjoying every second of it. When they got to the cave she cheered before her mother wrapped her up. She closed her eyes and took in her mommies warm embrace. She nuzzled her mothers tails and rubbed her own tails against her mothers and gave the soft moan of a child being loved.

 

[JessieSune]

"Can you breathe in there?" asks Simon, muffled through all the fur.

"Of course she can," replies Balaa. "Danielle is a very affectionate daughter -- she loves being very close to me. That's...mostly because of some things in her past. But I always give her room to breathe."

"I see," nods the Pichu.

 

[AmethystRoze]

She continued to nuzzle her mothers tails, so so glad that she had so many of them to wrap her up like this. She couldn't wait until she became a ninetails and could return it. Though she thought If I were a ninetail then she couldn't wrap me up like this anymore. The thought of growing up didn't sound nearly as attractive anymore, so she decided just to snuggle up more.

"Is there room for one more?" asks Simon a little shyly.

"That's up to her," replies Balaa, fluffing her tails a bit.

 

[AmethystRoze]

She heard his comment and was excited by it, but didn't want to speak. "Sure" She thought simply to the both of them .

 

[JessieSune]

Neither of them say a word in response, but Simon gently approaches and Balaa picks him up with a single tail before gently pushing him between the others and right next to Danielle.

"The two of you should rest. Danielle, I would spend this time digging into Simon's mind -- find out his likes and dislikes, his hopes and fears. Explore. Tomorrow I will be taking you to a new place."

Simon's eyes begin to droop.

Her eyes droop as well but she stays awake to do as her mommy said. Her eyes glowed blue again and she tried to delve into his mind.

It's not very hard. In a moment you're in his head and you can read and see everything.

... He's not very smart.

(Hehe not very smart.)

She looked into his likes and dislikes, and his history.

 

[JessieSune]

He's from a big family, but only had scattered memories of them. He likes sweet food, and hates bitter food. He also wants to be a Raichu one day. He has a good heart, even if he has a weak head.

He also doesn't seem to see you there.

She smiled at his simple mind, she decided to facer her fears, or rather, his and see what they are.

(yup)

He's afraid of loneliness, and boredom. Large Pokemon make him nervous too. He's scared of heights, and humans, and poison types.

He isn't afraid of your mother, though.

 

[AmethystRoze]

She relaxed having doing her probing but she had a thought... she opened a bridge to her mind that he could climb through if he wanted, Mentally pinging his mind telling him so. Here you do She said simply.

 

[JessieSune]

There's not much of a response. It seems he's not seeing the bridge. With a little concentration, you can actually see his essence, personified as a small Pichu. It seems to be asleep.

She decided not to wake him, he seemed so peaceful. She would give him another chance later. She finally rested her eyes and mind, and started to drift to sleep.

The next morning you wake up as the tails unwrap to see Simon smiling at you.

"Good morning, Danielle! Your mommy said we were going someplace new today!"

Balaa smiles at you as he speaks.

 

[AmethystRoze]

" Good morning Simon!! I'm so excited to see where we're going!" She said almost as if she had been awake for hours and had caffeine. "Where are we going Mommy?" She said turning to her.

 

[JessieSune]

"I'm taking you to see my charge, the place I protect most often. It is important to both me and the forest...and therefore to you as well."

Simon looks stunned. "Wo....wow."

 

[AmethystRoze]

Danielle was awestruck as well, Mommy had only mentioned the place once or twice, for some reason it was hard to remember details. "Really? You're gonna take us there?" She asked in disbelief.

 

[JessieSune]

"Yes. I think you will both benefit from the chance. Now then, what do you wish to eat?"

Simon, at the mention of food, looks very hopeful.

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Oran berries!" Danielle said remembering Simon's taste for sweets. She had always liked the fruit as well.
