She soaks in the warmth of her mommies words and tails. I made her so happy! She thought, overjoyed at her mommies words and affirmation. She might as well have been called a good girl by Arceus himself.

Balaa yawns. Simon giggles.

"You were amazing, Danielle!"

Wrapped in the tails, it's hard for you to see much other than Simon, who seems pretty excited.

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Thanks!" She said, basically in paradise right now.

 

[JessieSune]

"So now we know that your strength surpasses even my own. This should give you confidence. But you will not take up the mantle unless you evolve. Speaking of, we should look into helping Simon with that process."

 

[AmethystRoze]

"He evolves with love right? We just have to live him, and we're already on that!" She said excitedly.

 

[JessieSune]

"Exactly. But how can we make him feel more loved? I think we should make him your apprentice in preparation for your eventually becoming me."

 

[AmethystRoze]

This confused her. "Become you?" She questioned, she wasn't sure what that meant.

 

[JessieSune]

"One day you'll be the forest guardian. I didn't mean to confuse you. But I believe Simon would be a good apprentice and guard. So, rather than simply manipulate him into being your companion, we need to find ways to make him better and friendlier."

 

[AmethystRoze]

"How do I make him my apprentice, and what can I teach him?"

 

[JessieSune]

"Impress him, and train him to have physical strength that matches or at least comes close to your mental powers. With time, he may even learn to love you."

 

[AmethystRoze]

"impress him? How do I do that?" She asked, truly clueless.

 

[JessieSune]

"Show your power, and demonstrate the goodness in your heart. Awe him with your presence and inspire him with your talent -- make him feel special, but don't tell him things that are not true."

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Ok" She said simply wondering how to do this without being weird.

 

[JessieSune]

".... Be yourself. And once in a while, use a little hypnosis just to help reinforce it. Which reminds me -- you need to keep practicing controlling me. I know that sounds weird, but I want you to know how it works and become practiced so that, like me, you can stop a problem before it exists."

 

[AmethystRoze]

Part of her also wondered if Mommy had noticed the bridge she left, she felt rather clever for it. "why not use Simon more?"

 

[JessieSune]

"His mind is very small. You can direct it without trying, even take over his body and make him none the wiser. I present more challenge, and so it is better that you try to control me to bring up your strength."

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Ok mommy." She said, still taking in the moment with her, the way she woke of the future scared her but she was to warm and happy to think about it.

 

[JessieSune]

"Now then, I'd like to present you with a gift."

She runs one of her tails over Danielle, leaving a sparkling gem on her forehead.

"This will amplify your strength, and add to your beauty."

 

[AmethystRoze]

She stares at the gem with awe, she should feel it's power, and it was so pretty. "Wow it's so shiny and my favorite color!" She said, the purple gleam ensnaring her focus.

 

[JessieSune]

"Good! I believe it will serve you well!"

The gem's power is almost entrancing.

 

[JessieSune]

"Now then, some sleep would not be amiss, I believe."

 

[AmethystRoze]

As if on que Danielle yawned and nodded. "I'm sleepy."

 

[JessieSune]

"Me too..." says Simon.

Balaa nods her head and brings her tails closer together, fully covering you both -- she also pushes Simon so that he's closer to you.

"Remember, he's going to be your partner one day. Might as well get used to being close."

 

[AmethystRoze]

She didn't mind this one bit, she tried to get a little closer even and cuddle up to him.

 

[JessieSune]

He squeaks a little at being squeezed so tight, but pretty soon his regular breathing indicates he's fallen asleep thanks to all the warmth surrounding him.

"Simon is a very good young Pichu. He'll make a good companion. Do with him what you will --- I am going to rest now."
