DreamiMel
I have terminal weirdness. It's fatal.
Setting
You will live in a town called Danshire, in a small neighborhood community, consisting of Barkley Street and Dutz Road. Most of the houses are for sale, all being very new. There is a high school for the teenagers to go to, a small park in which events are held, and a basketball court and baseball field for the kids to play in.
Barkley High: A small school that fits around 100 students. The school owns the Basketball Court, the Baseball field, and Joanne Park. It's school mascot is an Owl.
Joanne Park: Named after the first principal of Barkley High, this place frequently hosts events, from fundraisers and charities, to barbecues and festivities. The park is also equipped with a slide, swing set, and monkey bars.
Baseball Field: Owned by the school, but open for anyone, this field holds games played by the school's local team, the Barkley Owls. Kids frequently hang out under the bleachers.
Basketball Court: Owned by the school, but open for anyone, the high school doesn't usually hold games in the court, preferring to use the indoor gym. However, the school decided to make a court for the other children to play in after school. The court also doubles as a tennis and volleyball court, with the nets in a shed next to it.
Barkley Street: Named after the high school, this street has recently added 7 new houses. Now lets just hope people wanna move into them.
Dutz Road: The same as Barkley Street, this road is home to 10 brand new houses.
Rules:
1. Respect other people. You have a problem with another RPer? Bring it up to the thread owner. If not, just don't interact with them.
2. This is based on real life. That means no superpowers, supernatural people, or anything that's not totally realistic. This also means your character must be old enough to own a house, and be able to pay for it.
3. Up to 6 people can live in one house. Whether or not other RPers with their characters can live in the same house is mutually agreed on in all parties involved.
4. The complete size of your house, including rooms and style, are up to you. However, I ask that you don't make mansions or houses that are way too big or look too out of place. A Japanese pagoda next to a black, Gothic manor looks a little weird, don't you think? For style, it's recommended you stick to American Style houses. For rooms, a maximum of 6 rooms and 2 baths are allowed. A basement and/or Attic is optional. All houses come with a kitchen and living room.
