Iris kept walking, looking around at her surroundings. Dammit, where was I supposed to go again?

Iris began walking away awkwardly. Are hybrids always this competitive..?

"Don't look at me, I just met these people..." She whispered back. "Maybe we should walk away while they're arguing?"

"Yes, I agree. These two actually made me forget that I was supposed to go in the forest. I should be going now though."

"Well then..." She looked and Xillia. "And you have to put up with these two?"

Iris raised an eyebrow. "Why do you guys hate each other so much?"

Iris looked at him curiously and smiled. "And what do you mean by that?"

"Yes, that's correct." She replied

Iris nodded. "Yes I am. It was my choice though."

Iris looked at him and laughed. "You think I would know? I haven't spoken to a human in months. I've been on my own most of the time."

Iris looked at them, regretting having said that. "Nothing. Never mind."

Iris gave a slight laugh. "I like your enthusiasm. It's refreshing after all the seriousness."

Iris walked back toward Xillia and the panther hybrid. "I never asked, what's your name?"

Iris sighed and stayed put. "You're a trouble-maker aren't ya?"

Iris pet Revnoir a bit and began walking away. I don't have time for this... These hybrids are clearly in competition. How childish...
