Really I don't see the problem here. Â Artifacts are supposed to be kinda rare, so the whole this charm makes artifacts rare... Â ok.
Solars with a high lore and a bit of Wyld can crank out an artifact a month.. and they live for thousands of years... Â a few artifacts get broken.. big deal...
