Idea: A movie based on cheesy '90s movies where some kid finds an animal in a hotel, but he has to hide it from his parents and the meeean adults, and wacky hijinks ensue.
The plot twist is that the animal is actually some sort of eldritch horror, but the whole thing is played straight as if nobody notices it's a fuckin' nightmare monster and just see it as a cuddly animal.
