I have smth genuine to talk about and this is long (possibly more parts)

So I have a friend we’ll name her C. So C has Anxiety and She goes to therapy and takes meds for it. But she also constantly says she has depression and how she used to be bipolar but now she isn’t, and she is self-diagnosing things. My mom is a nurse, studies mental stuff and is bipolar herself, and she said that isn’t how that works. I don’t know if she actually has these or not. She also constantly talks about how ugly she is and how much she hates herself. Often, she walks into the bathroom to wash her face/hands and jokes about how it’s a face reveal. Then, she says “I’m even uglier in person!” I used to say “Oh no your not!” to be nice but now she says it when other people are talking and if we don’t give her attention or we say “hold on C” She just repeats it. She also will look at herself on camera and then say “Oh damn i’m ugly”. Multiple times. She does this a lot to the point i’m wondering if she just wants attention. She also constantly says how she’s so depressed and how she hates herself and suicide, even though she knows suicide is a trigger for me and it’s against my boundaries. She was talking about that today while I was packing for a trip and I was clearly frantic because i suck at packing but I was listening. I even told her that I was. But I wasn’t responding quickly bc this trip was semi-last minute and she got upset and said “Well clearly your too busy to listen so i’m gonna go” and hung up. She does things like i’ve mentioned all the time, For years. And i’m honestly tired of it all. I feel like she just wants attention because everyday she mentions these things. Every call. I’ve been friends with her for 11+ years and this has been happening for like half of it. I’m tired of it and I don’t know what to do. I feel like a horrible friend because I don’t feel bad for her, but she does so many thinks that make me think she just lies for attention that I can’t get into.
