That's offensive to Youtubes, why would you say that? :o

...Actually, let's not start that again xD
English is a strange language. There's a 'w' in 'answer', there are two r's in February, there's a d in fridge that's not refrigerator, need I say more?

    IF we take:

    the "gh" in cough

    the "o" in women

    and the "ti" in nation

we get ghoti.... which we thus pronounce as fish!!!!!

Never said you were not xD

Yes it is confusing, and that is why American's suck at learning new languages. We are too caught up on how we have them set up.

Some people think: "Oh, anxiety is just an overreaction. You should just man up.". That's entirely untrue. Panic attacks are a curse that a lot of us live through, like a shadow that can trap you at any time. It's not easy to break free, you get tunnel vision. It's like being in a dark red room, where the walls are slowly closing in on you, your heart racing and breath sharp. The end is not easy to see, sometimes you just can't see it at all.

But stay strong, friends. Know that whenever you find yourself in that seemingly inescapable state of mind, it can't last forever. Look outside, watch TV, read a book, do anything but think about it. And before you know it, you'll come out stronger than ever, knowing that when it comes back, you'll be ready to endure once more. :)

I know exactly what you mean.  I've been seeing a therapist for anxiety for a few years now, and it's gotten a lot better, but I still get flare-ups from time to time.  Telling anxiety people to not worry is like telling depressive people to cheer up.  It won't help, and it will probably hurt because of the lack of sympathy and understanding.  Thankfully, everyone I've dealt with has been sympathetic and understanding, even when I really was overreacting (to the panic attack itself, not to what triggered it).  Once I went to the emergency room, and the staff there were great too.  One of them told me about her mother, who didn't know it was a panic attack and thought she was having a heart attack -- and she (the mom) was a trained nurse!  Really made me feel better and not at all like I was overreacting.

I used to have existential crisis related panic attacks when i was younger. But, my imagination was way wilder then.

Ah. The panic attacks I get can be for literally no reason. In fact, that's when it's the worst. It's weird.
