my name is bee. i'm twenty-three. i used to rp all the time throughout middle & high school and even hosted a (very small scale) forum of my own for a while. i've been looking to get back into it now that i have the time because it was one of my favorite hobbies!

i definitely lean into more literate styles of rp. i love plotting and setting up larger narratives with others, both one-on-one and in groups. i'm open to just about anything, from fandom settings to original worlds.

Hello everyone. My name is DreamCrash. I've been roleplaying for about 20 years. I was suggested this site by another role player after I expressed frustration with the site I used to use.
I love science fiction and fantasy the most, and I'm also interested in also creating new adventures/ideas inspired by/within established canons. My main focus is one on one roleplays.

Outside of roleplay, I enjoy reading a lot. Sometimes I can get through a book in just a couple of days if it's that good. I chose the name DreamCrash for this RP because I've recently been inspired by the likes of Troika! and trance music.

I'm here from RolePlayerGuild. The place just doesn't seem to be as alive as it once was so I set out to try and find a new place to play and work on stories. Not that I'm making this post to trash talk another site, just saying it's definitely not nearly as active these days.

I started RP basck when I was like... 12, back on a site called Gaia Online. Used to do Warriors RP... based on the books about cats.

I tend to be interested in a mix of original settings and fandom settings. I'm a lifelong gamer, grew up playing WoW for probably tens of thousands of hours. Now I have moved on to FFXIV and have nearly 7k hours played in that, but I play a variety of games.

I have this issue with writing where I plan way ahead. I know how I want a story to end, I know a few key moments I want to happen, but I struggle getting the story from point A to point B without having to sit down and put a ton of thought into it. And then sometimes, eventually, I finally put the next step into words, and it just sounds random and forced. That is to say, I am never happy with my own work...

Eventually I thought maybe my ideas will work better in groups with other people to drive the narrative forward alongside me... or to have their own decisions and actions that can drive my story forward.

I also like to use music to accentuate my stories.

First thing on my to-do list... I'm cooking up a Genshin Impact AU (AU as in it may not necessarily stick entirely to canon) based group play that I'd be the sort of DM for.

So yaknow, if there are any Genshin enjoyers around interested in playing Canons in an Inazuma based story, I'll probably put that up soon? Even if it may just be an excuse for me to drag people along through a story of my design and use characters of... also my design.

I don't exactly have much experience with text based roleplay like this. I did play DnD for 3 years, but now that our group broke apart wanted to do something a bit on the lighter side. A friend suggested text based RP and here I am. Came too RPnation mainly cuz a good chunk of the other sites I saw were either doing Erotic RP or doing Erotic RP with regular RP on the side. And this place seems active to boot.

Hey, I'm Molly and I am not even sure if this forum is being used all too much but I miss roleplaying. I've been roleplaying since 2017 and always had fun however due to some circumstances I completely stopped. Recently I've thought about it again and just had to try it again. I hope I can find some one on one roleplays here. I prefere one on one roleplays because I, personally value in depth and long paragraphs more than a lot of input where no one can get anything out of it.

Im new here but not to rp, I've been doing rp since I was about 13..? And I'm 18 now lol. I found this site because I was looking up "best rp sites" and reddit suggested this, so I went here after much research. Im pleasantly surprised by how organized it is lol and I like that there is No tolerance for erp.

Anyways, I love roleplaying and was even in the D&D club in highschool for 2 years. But, I enjoy online roleplay better because I don't have to roll a dice to decide I can do an action lmao.

My favorite rps are usually open adventures where there isn't a particular theme, but some themes I am familiar with are JJK, demon slayer, gravity falls, Hogwarts/Wizarding World of Harry Potter, DC, Marvel and Capcom universes. I'm open to any other ones though! I'll try anything.

I have my own character sheet too for each theme! Don't be afraid to ask to see it

I love animals. I already graduated highschool and want to go to college to become a veterinarian technician. I do have many pets, my favorite is my black cat, who has orange eyes and three legs (born that way), her name is salem.

Here are some random fun facts about me because I'm not exactly sure how to close this off lol:

My favorite colors are currently and , this is because I believe orange is the color of love because it's warm and I think you feel warm when you're in love, and green because it's the color of nature and luck!

I enjoy day dreaming and dreaming in general

I prefer the night and sunsets more than the day and sunrises, although I'm equally appreciative of both!

I'm 5'2 and the oldest of 3 siblings..who are all taller than me. Absolutely disrespectful imo

I'm very kind, open minded and respectful. I am also honest and sometimes say things that might sound too harsh but I promise it's never my intent to hurt anyone

  15+ years, now. Started first on Xanga, and early Myspace with one on one plots and partners. Eventually moved on to forum sites such as GaiaOnline, RPG, and Iwaku and grew into group roleplay.

  I am open to most genre's and settings. Original ideas, and or Fandom based. I prefer creating original character rather than playing canon characters, as well. That being said as of right now I'm very interested in getting back into the hang of things and joining in on the fun here. Group roleplay is desired, however finding a writing partner is always the greatest end goal.

  I work (a lot), play video games, and watch a lot of movies and shows. Nothing too exciting or fun, however I do dabble in drawing every now and then.

  Life goes on unfortunately, and hobbies often die hard as it's been a while since I've come back to forum roleplay. Many of my old sites, while some still active, just aren't the same anymore and finding decent activity and plot ideas have been difficult to come across. I will admit I'm a bit of a oldhead when it comes to roleplay and discussion, so Discord and offsite chatting might be a little difficult for me at first but I'm more than willing to learn!

I did a few one-shots as mean werecrow girl with trust issues; The other guy played an aspiring druid, who's this timid boy character. It was fun to have an in-lore excuse to terrorize him.

I'm here because I get "*Touches your boobs and licks your earbud*" one too many times in other places. I'm not expecting anything long term, but I'm fine with anything that's got good character chemistry and fun dialogues, basically.

I read too much mythology for my own good, so I know a lot of useless garbage that I deem cool. If you know stuff like that, feel free to fill me in.

Hello, Raspberry here! Wanted to get back into rping and came across this place.

Hi, I'm Hyde (short for Hydeo Kojima).

I'm no stranger to Roleplaying or these forums though I have the habit of letting my depression get the best of me to the point that I often delete my accounts. I'm twenty-six years old, live on the east coast, and am currently enrolled in a MLS program. I've been Roleplaying for a decade and a half now, playing all sorts of muses from original to various canons (I enjoy writing for RWBY, Fire Emblem, Fullmetal Alchemist, Bungo Stray Dogs, and Avatar: The Last Airbender/The Legend of Korra the most, but I've been lowkey wanting to try out The Umbrella Academy lately too). I'm not really sure what I'm looking for at the moment, but I'll play just about anything that isn't slice of life, space exploration, tabletop, or NSFW.

Outside of Roleplaying, I love to write fanfiction and often do so for Fullmetal Alchemist. I also enjoy watching television with my older sister (Great British Bake Off and Taskmasker at the moment) alongside our two cats. I also enjoying fighting games, long walks, playing The Sims 3, occasionally building my Animal Crossing island, and doing homework (nerd). You can call me what you like at the end of the day, but I'm Edelweiss, or Ellie for short. I've jumped around with creative writing for about thirteen years now, but who's counting? I've written poetry, short stories, and currently working on a sci-fi novel that will hopefully be published by next year sometime. I work overnights, but do tend to stay up late whenever I'm off.
