Hello! I’m Alexis and I’m fairly new to role playing. Lately I’ve been too self-conscious and self-effacing to write for pleasure and I want to change that with a system that will hold me accountable, I figure roleplaying is a good place to start. Im a man, in my 30s and have a wife and kiddos, and a little fur baby too. I write fantasy/fiction for fun. I love world-building, and exploration of character developement. Im hoping to continue to hone that craft in here.

Hey, I'm wargrin I have around 2 years of rp experience with just Oc's when it comes to settings i'm not opposed to making one as we go, using one you built, the one I have or even an established one, I have never played a cannon character before, I have long list of what i like and honestly it would just take up space to write it all so just ask away.
I love playing survival games, running sci-fi, I decided to join because I want to improve my Rping and also meet new friends

If I am doing this right, I should be writing my introduction at the right place, so I will start with that.
My name is Jexon Whells, an alias, obviously. I have taken up roleplay and writing as a hobby for 5+ years, having started on Amino back then. I used to be in the type of roleplay that I believe are called 'Quests' here. A big world created by one or multiple persons with a general plotline, but otherwise a lot of personal freedom. Kind of a sandbox style roleplay. I do enjoy those a lot. However, I am also open to something more liniar in D&D campaign styles. Overall, if it is fantasy and/or sci-fi, it is very likely that I am into it.

I myself have over a dozen story concepts that I still wish to work out, which is obviously too much to do all at once. However, I am working on some, bit by bit. I deem it very likely that will see me talk about it, ask for advice or otherwise post about any of my stories. It is also very possible that my characters will appear in one of the many roleplays posted here; modded to fit the requirements and rules of the roleplay, of course.

In any case, you may or may not see me around. I am initially here because a friend told me try it out, since he thinks other places I have been at are subpar to my writing and roleplaying skills. Though the amount of initial reading for rules, guides and tutorials is quite daunting. So, I'll see where the ship sails.

Hi!! Okay so, I just roleplayed once, a looong time ago when I was younger. I currently use character ai. to rp but it's obviously not the same. I just found this site and I have NO idea of how to use it.

Alright, about my experience, so, for example: I open a character ai. bot and rp as another character, idk, having a nightmare and create a hurt/comfort rp situation with the bot. But as you may know, the bots can be blunt and forget things we just did, and I really enjoyed rping with that one person I did some years ago, so I wanted to try it out here.

I usually do "simple" situations involving hurt/comfort, fluff, sick character or just straight up angst, it depends. I enjoy lots of anime, Percy Jackson, indie games (like Omori, fnaf, etc), and some cartoons (like Gravity Falls, The Owl House, Hilda, Moomin, etc). Didn't quite get how the interest checks work here, but I prefer 1x1 interaction.

I'm Nora, and I've been roleplaying in various forms for like, over a decade (started at 12, and I'm 24 now). I have finally escaped the pull of Tumblr Rpc, which has done wonders for my mental health, but I do deeply miss this hobby and haven't found a community that really scratches that itch the same way so far.

I tend to write specific characters, but I LOVE crossovers so I won't ever stick in the same fandoms. In terms of canon characters, I have been known for my portrayals of Veronica Sawyer (Heathers; movie, not musical), Evan EMH (EverymanHybrid), Lydia Deetz (Beetlejuice; musical, not movie this time), and Elliot Alderson (Mr. Robot). I do have a longer list of muses that I'll happily share!

However, one of my most precious characters is my original character Beck Rider, whom I've been writing for the last five years now, and her creation has been my pride and joy. I do write several other ocs, but Beck is the one I will default to. She is my baby. I love her. Little freak creature girl. I kiss her forehead.

I typically like to find a relationship or dynamic between two characters, and then build a plot around that- or many plots! I like having a small multiverse of aus for a single ship. I have adhd. I have no idea if those two things are connected but I would not be surprised in the slightest if they are.

I have written so, so much and I still want to ramble more so I'm going to cut myself off here, lol

You can use those prompts or just introduce yourself as you wish to the community.
