i am 20yo and interested in getting back into roleplays! i used to rp a lot on a website called chickensmoothie, but its been a few years...
ive been involved in fandom spaces since 2014, and have many interests, but my main roleplay search is related to marvel!
i only do already existing characters, but ill gladly play the role of a character you wanna see with your OC :3

Hi! You can call me North, and I am a mildly experienced roleplayer with around 10 years of playing around here and there, although most of it doesn't actually evolve around forums and the likes. Actually, most of it wasn't even in English, which can explain why my sentences can be structured a little weird at times.

I'm a literate/semi-novella roleplayer most of the time and usually prefer using OCs, since fandom roleplay hasn't ever been my style, but that doesn't mean I'm unwilling to use some pre-existing worldbuilding! Also, I am of age (21) and would prefer having comrades who are above 18 as well. Thank you for your attention!
 
Not exactly new to this site. Joined it a while back and forgot about it.

As of recently a lot of my other avenues for finding rp have dried up, discord rp servers either becoming derelict, deleted or the discord owner falling for a phishing scam and now the server is unusable as legions of bots flood the server spamming to high hell and all that fun stuff.

I have been rping for a good 15 years or so. I do all types of roleplay but having a particular soft spot for romance rps or rps that involve it. As of recently however I’ve been craving hard for action and adventure rp, but finding rp partners for such rps have proven.. difficult.

I like long detailed posts for rps and sadly finding people who can do that have become ever increasingly more difficult to hunt down.

So, here’s hoping this site I recently just remembered bears some fruit!

Hello there, I'm Heinz! I have not RPed since I was 16, so please forgive me if I am rusty. I miss RPing so much and was suggested this website on toyhouse. As you might be able to tell, I am a huge Phineas and Ferb (and Milo Murphy's Law) fan. I am 21 and a English major, double minoring in creative writing and French. I would be happy to roleplay with anyone as long as it isn't romance. I like roleplaying both OCs and canon characters. I have many characters stored on Toyhouse, not just fandom characters. I have 8 PnF/MML OCS and 31 (uploaded) non-fandom characters. My user on there is HeinzDoofenshmirtz. My fave genre is horror or hurt/comfort, but I'm 100% willing to try other genres. I have 2 pet guinea pigs, being 2 boars named Sir Pancakes and Professor Waffles. I am also working on a huge PNF/MML AU fanfic if anyone wants to read it so far.

(Also, if anyone here speaks French, please feel free to talk to me... I need practice)

Hello there :)
I'm not new to role-playing but it's my first time on this site. I've had a longer break from text roleplays but I recently thought why not try again (it may not be the smartest idea as I've got two big academic events happening right now, but well). During the break I've gotten into interactive fiction and played ttrpg a bit so my love for general roleplay has not subsided. I'm not a native english speaker so I might not be the best candidate for someone who looks for very literary roleplay but I promise I always do my best! If someone for some unknown reason decides they want to rp with me just from this introduction, I'll leave short, condensed info about what my preferences are. I'm only looking for 1on1 rps and can play both female and male characters although I prefer leading just one main character. I can do side characters of course but want to focus on just one the most. I like some romance in the story and I can romance only male characters. Recently I'm weak for guys in uniforms >:p
I'm a girl, 20yo and unfortunately pretty busy so I won't be able to write 24/7. After finding someone to write with, I'd prefer switching to dc.
Oh, and i have a cute kitty so I can also bribe with kitty pics 🐱

Hello, I just used something similar to my Steam username for this profile, though I tend to roleplay based on the needs of the setting. I have been roleplaying offline and on for a while, and I never really thought to make an account here. I do not like playing within an existing universe, I prefer to create my own settings, as I feel this gives the players far more freedom, and the ability to retcon things as they see fit. As far as universes I like, well I like my Star Trek, Deep Space Nine is my favorite series as you can tell, while I liked Voyager, loved The Next Generation, but didn't care much for Enterprise, I thought Discovery was decent, and Picard just felt awkward to me, even though I should have enjoyed it. I am also a fan of Warhammer 40k, though I tend to write my settings as more noblebright as opposed to grimdark. I also like different fantasy series, like Elder Scrolls, Dragon Age, Dnd and Pathfinder. I do not watch that much anime, and just do not have the knowledge base to engage in those settings, I do however get some inspiration from anime series when crafting my own settings. My goal in roleplaying here is to make some friends that I have fun roleplaying with, my goal here is to have fun after all. I tend to be rather minimal on my profile building, so expect that default letter "e" to stay as my avatar for a long time, and I have never really gotten used to using emojis and smileys in my messages. One thing I like to do is, create an original character, and just start roleplaying to see what kind of world we will create together, this lets me develop things in the world that seem more organic, then incorporate that roleplay into a broader setting. I like to be "realistic" in my roleplaying, though I put it in quotes because I am a firm believer in Rule 0, the point is to have fun, and the players and their fun should take first priority. I tend to apply hard realism when it comes to how things operate in the world, George RR Martin once asked what Aragorn's tax policy was, well in my settings I'll give you a tax policy, a monetary policy, a logistics system, and explanations for how exactly magic does things in the world, this to me is interesting.

About me: I am a 27 year old guy, who is somewhat well off, the pandemic kinda broke up all my in person groups, and since then I've kinda been drifting around aimlessly on different things, seeking out the magic that is having some roleplay partners that I click with. I cannot quite describe what that means, but there is a good feeling in aligning well enough with your partners that makes the roleplay feel good. I do not like graphic sex scenes in media, I grew up on a farm so blood and gore just do not bother me, and I am kinda experienced with roleplaying, so if you ever need someone to come and join, message me, though I might refuse if I just don't like the setting. As for my plans in life, I co-own a business now, and that's probably my lot in life.
