If you need some ideas on what to include in your introduction to the community, you can mention:
  • Your experience with roleplay and how long you have been roleplaying.
  • What interests you have within roleplay, such as genre or settings.
  • What interests you have outside of roleplay; such as a hobby.
  • Why you decided to join RpNation.
  • Write about your pet (if you have one).
  • Or for something silly, two truths and a lie.

You can use those prompts or just introduce yourself as you wish to the community.

While we are happy to have this thread help you meet and make new friends, please remember this isn't the spot to converse about roleplays, in-depth conversations, or taking over the thread with ongoing chit-chat. ;3

New here. Was a big part of the RuneScape Forum's "Nation Building" roleplaying scene in the late aughts, haven't done much else though forum RPing though until now.

My name is Ren, I began first writing on Google+ before it closed and i'm a semi literate roleplayer. Two of my interests outside of it are figure skating and drawing (but I'm currently really rusty at it ;‿; )

Soooooo here we go!
You may call me Wheeze (or whatever you want really). I go by she/her pronouns (but I am ok with they), and I go by eastern standard time.
  • Your experience with roleplay and how long you have been roleplaying. | I have been actually roleplaying for about a year now! Although I have been roleplaying technically for probably about 8 years! (I rped on Roblox games, Feral Heart, etc). But I would only consider my experience to be about a year. You can also find me on Quill and Ink Roleplay as Wheez3)
  • What interests you have within roleplay, such as genre or settings. | I really prefer modern settings. I have a really hard time with writing time pieces that are non-fantasy as they have a hard time maintaining my interest. Although if you would like to coerce me into doing a time piece go ahead. I enjoy writing out some more negative themes in my RP's such as alcoholism, depression, and drug abuse (I am still reading through all of the rules and I am still trying to figure out what applies to these). I write out 500-800 words per reply. Although I can go as low as 2 paragraphs depending on my partner.
  • What interests you have outside of roleplay; such as a hobby. | Drawing. I draw all of my characters, I draw ship art, I draw scenes.
  • Why you decided to join RpNation. | I want to open up all of my horizons for rp, and find partners from all possible places. I can work with several partners at a time.
  • Write about your pet (if you have one). | I have 2 cats! One long haired boy, he is quite big and mixed with maine coone. I have a ginger cat, she is one of the rare smart ones, she is very sweet. I have 2 chinchillas, Charlie, he is smaller than your average chin and light gray. Teddy is a round lil guy and dark gray.
  • Or for something silly, two truths and a lie. | I eat orange peels, I am a fan of Will Wood, I am from Canada.

Truth is, I've set this pic as the pfp of the mail account I matched with the site so it's the same one- I was thinking of changing it later ;;;

  • What interests you have within roleplay, such as genre or settings. | I've spent a lot of time RPing in anime settings and traditional fantasy settings. I would be interested in trying out modern fantasy, more scifi settings, and slice of life stuff
  • What interests you have outside of roleplay; such as a hobby. | I am currently obsessed with fighting games
  • Why you decided to join RpNation. |Trying to find a likeminded group to RP with, hopefully!

hey, im mon.

i haven't been roleplaying for too long, maybe around 1-2 years. i like to indulge in plotlines and exploring character development while trying to improve my writing skills.

i love to roleplay horror, thriller and anything that challenges characters mentally and physically because honestly it is fun stuff. i am also a sucker for romance as a side plot (because i am totally not the most romantically inept) and angst. recently got interested in fantasy and manhwa tropes.

hoping to hang around and find people with similar interests to write a story with!
 
hi im cy!! o/ they/them pronouns, im semi-lit to literate (although my recent posts have all been long as hell), and while i can't guarantee i'll roleplay on here as i normally use discord for that, i've been intrigued by novella/novel rp lately so who knows! might step out of my comfort zone :]
 
Hello everyone! My name is Rachel and I am currently 24 years old! I have been roleplaying for a total of 10 years (on and off due to becoming more busy with real life responsibilities and depression) but I am ready to hopefully find a new long term partner and a new potential friend. I am a sucker for magic based, fantasy storylines with romance mixed in. But that doesn't mean that's the only things I am interested in!
