Hello, I’m Nemo and I use They/Them or He/Him pronouns. I have about 20 years of experience with roleplay since the good ol’ days on Neopets forums. I mostly do One-on-One RP, however, I am enthusiastically open to small groups of 3-4 with the possibility of expanding further depending on how well the group dynamics go. I have participated in bigger groups on occasion but it can be daunting and confusing at times. Plus it’s important to me that everyone feels included and enjoys themselves while writing together.

I have a wide interest in genres and settings and tend to be pretty flexible and willing to write just about anything. Some of my favoured settings are post-apocalyptic and fantasy. I’d like to try and write some sci-fi as well (it’s not exactly my strong suit though) but, a genre I am really hankering to try is horror as I’ve not had the opportunity to give it a try that much, if at all.

Outside of roleplaying I enjoy playing JRPG video games (and sometimes tabletop such as D&D), watching anime, reading manga, knit/crochet, traditional drawing and watercolour painting, working out, learning to cook and bake, sleeping and general other nerdy things.

Also, I have two pets. A dog named Cap (short for Captain America) and cat named Doc (short for Doctor Strange). Cap is a Jindo mix that I got while living in Korea and Doc is a Scottish Fold I got while living in Germany. They are my sons and I treasure them dearly!

While I used to write a lot more OC focused RP I have since veered more towards playing canon characters within obscure fandoms which makes it difficult to find potential RP partners. I am hoping to meet some here and maybe make some new friends along the way!

As an aside, I am most comfortable with roleplaying on Discord rather than using forums or PMs (as I tend to forget to check them a lot. ). Feel free to PM if interested!

You can call me Horror. I’ve been writing for about eight years now; at my best I’m a novella/advanced literate roleplayer and at my worst I’m “normal” literate. I hope that makes sense, hahaha.

I’m mostly into Homestuck, Don’t Starve, Invader Zim, Oxenfree and South Park. I’m in a plethora of other fandoms, but it seems these are the ones I prefer to rp the most. I tend to lean toward horror, mystery and action/adventure plots— but almost anything is fine by me! 1v1 is my strong suit, but group rps are cool, too.

Just know you’ve got a twin named Horror if you’re a fan of space cowboys, clumsy green aliens with annoying voices, video games that destroy the universe, mysterious realms inhabited by shadow creatures, haunted islands stuck in a time loop, or angsty superheroes with debatably made-up powers.

Hi! I'm meemz and i'm new to this site but I have been rping for years

It's a pleasure to joining this community and I'm excited to see what types of stories I'll get to see unfold during my time on here. Now I suppose I should actually introduce myself, no?

I'm Rex. A gamer, lover of music and tea, and happy owner of 2 rats and 2 cats. I've been involved in a few minor RP groups and such on and off throughout my life but my fond memories of hours spent spinning stories with groups of young writers when I was a teen is what brings me here. I've never actually used RPNation but I've heard a lot of good things about the community and I look forward to seeing how things go.

I'm more than happy to be involved in group or 1x1 RPs though I find it important to note I don't have a lot of knowledge about most popular fandoms so it can be hard for me to feel engaged with stories within them. That being said I am more than happy to learn as much as I can about any particular fandom if I find it even moderately interesting and have it recommended to me.

Some of the fandoms I actually am aware of are:

- Pokémon: More familiar with the DS games and GBA games.
- Stardew Valley: Including Stardew Valley Expanded and a few of the AUs.
- Coromon: A newer game I have had a lot of interest in.
- Jurassic Park: I am a lot less familiar with the newest 2 movies though.

Some genres I am always happy to be involved in are:

- Horror: Whether it is a side plot or the main story doesn't matter.
- Slow burn romance: The sort that is mostly fluff is what comes to mind first but any good romance is worth a play through in my books.
- Modern fantasy: How fantasy can fit its way into modern life is a lot of fun to work through.
- Action/Thriller: These two genres tie together a lot in how I enjoy them. Everything from superheroes to survival stories!

Cliches I'm in love with:

- Enemies to lovers: When not rushed and with well made characters this is amazing.
- Hero groups saving the world time and time again.
- Anti heroes and all their shenanigans.
- Royalty falling for those they really shouldn't.
- Forbidden love: In the most wholesome ways.

Now, I feel I should note that I may be a bit rusty when it comes to RP and character development I am eager to relearn it! I used to RP at a semi-lit to advanced level but I feel like I should spend some time practice before making commitments to any more advanced RPs.

I'm a 22-year-old married female from the United States currently occupied as a freelance artist. My interests range from art, to music, to gaming, to theology(am also religious) and of course writing stories. I'm a huge vocaloid/vocal synth nerd and a weeb, too. The first time I ever did an RP was on an old, family-run kids' forum when I was 9 and everyone was obsessed with warrior cats and edgy wolf OCs.
