Realistic or Modern Last Summer

Oliver sighs as his hand slips away from Audreys arm, he frowns as she walks away from him. He goes back into the kitchen and quickly glances at Annabelle, He gives her a quick half-assed smile then continues walking towards the back door. He goes out onto the deck and admires the view while he leans over the railing of it. "Why did I even come here?" He sighs quietly. Then looking over his shoulder to make sure no one is watching him, he pulls a joint out of his pocket. "I'm sure Paeyton won't mind, I mean I am outside so why not?" He smirks and begins smoking his joint.

"Yeah," Gabe told Ales, "and she's great." He clapped his hands together. "So, I'm going to get unpacked, and look around. See you later, Ales." Gabe left Ales, and took his luggage upstairs to his room. He laid his bags down, and started unpacking. When he was done, he went to the bathroom, and get changed. Once he finished, he then took out his laptop, and got his blog going. It was a blog dedicated to autism, and dispelling the various myths about it. Once he finished his post, he closed it down, and put the laptop away, before going downstairs. "Guys," he called, "where are you all?"

@ThePumpkinQueen

Ales was actually surprised. She never really saw him with anyone. Maybe she didn't know him well enough. She watched him run off for a moment before taking her luggage to her room. Here, she got yet another surprise. It was huge. Ginormous. The girl began to unpack her clothes, touching everything like it might break at any second. The entire house was so strange an unfamiliar to her. After this she changed into something more casual. This was going to be great.

Eve laughed quietly, hugging Annabelle back with a happy smile.

"Of course. As long as you don't crash it." She teased softly, pulling away from her friend. As Annie went to grab her luggage, so did Eve. She popped open the trunk of the silver sportscar, and managed to lift two heavy bags and a suitcase. Closing the trunk, Eve grimaced slightly, barely able to carry the luggage by herself, but she managed to get it to the doorway.

I packed too many books again...

Eve dragged the bags through the door, surprised that no one was in the kitchen. Although she would deny it if someone asked, she was utterly exhausted. With a loud thud, she tried carefully to set her luggage down so she could catch her breath, but that didn't end up working very well, and her bags collapsed to the floor. Before anyone could offer to help her, Eve somehow managed to scoop her bags back up, and carried them all the way up the stairs to her room.

Dropping her things by the door, Eve approached the plush bed and took a seat on the edge, catching her breath, while also admiring her bedroom. She could already tell this month would be eventful, and she had just gotten here. Letting out a sigh, Eve lay her back against the bed, staring up at the ceiling for a few long moments. She could heard the muffled sound of the waves crashing against the beach, making her smile.

Eve slipped off the bed and opened two white doors leading to a balcony. Immediately, the wind picked up, making her hair and her blue dress billow in the breeze as she stepped out. Eve gazed towards the ocean, closing her eyes and breathing in the salty air. Her hands met the railing of the balcony, standing closely by the edge. The brightness of the sun made her pupils retreat to a smaller size, revealing a hidden ring of yellow inside her blue hued iris as she reopened them. She could only smile, appreciating the view as she stood there.

Paeyton laughed at Audrey's request for a movie, "Fine, we can watch your movie as long as we also get to watch mine" Her aunt was extremely organized and this showed in the order the movies were placed on the shelf, it was all arranged by genre. she moved to the horror movie section and pulled out two movies "Which one do you think Seb?" she could hear Gabe, she handed him the DVD's for Evil Dead and Sinister before walking out "we are in here" she said to Gabe gesturing to the room. She turned and noticed Oliver outside smoking, she didn't really care, he did look like he wanted to be left alone, that didn't stop her. She walked to the doors that lead outside "Hey some of us are hanging out in the theater, come join us when your finished" she smiled at him then turned and walked back to the theater "So which amazing horror movie did you guys pick out" she teased

A smile appeared on Lucas' face as Annabelle waved at him and he waved back at her. "How are you? You look great," he greeted her, looking at her toned body. "I'm so excited we all get to spend the entire summer at the beach together." Just then, he caught Audrey's eye as she mouthed to him that things were a little hectic right now. He let out a chuckle, his hazel green eyes lighting up with amusement. Of course things were hectic- they always were when it came to Audrey. However, the two were fairly good friends and he gave her a bright smile. "Want to tell me all about it?" he offered, eager to be filled in on everything he had missed.

Lucas listened as Paeyton gave them their room assignments, not surprised to find that they would be sharing a room. He carried his luggage up to the stairs and into his assigned bedroom, his eyes lighting up at the amazing view on the balcony. After setting his suitcase down and admiring the beach through the window, he exited the room to join the others. After all, he was here for his friends. As he was leaving the room, he bumped into Gabe who seemed to be searching for the others as well. "Let's go find them," he told him, smiling at the boy. They eventually found their friends in the theater, trying to decide on a movie, and he closed the distance between them. "Come on guys, we should be going to the beach on a gorgeous day like this! Let's watch a horror movie tonight- they're better when it's dark out anyway," he suggested, his body itching to be on the warm sand next to the ocean.

Thomas yawned, stretching from his chair. He looked away from the monitor for the first time since he sat down. He pulled his phone out of his pocket, shooting off a very brief message to Paeyton. Once done he placed the phone on the desk, looking around his room for the first time. "Huh. This place is pretty nice." Tom pushed himself up from the chair, walking out on to the balcony. He didn't normally take breaks from gaming but he was still a little drowsy from the drive. Looking out over the ocean filled him with a sense of calmness. He leaned on the balcony, standing there and admiring the view for a brief moment before walking back to the computer. He plopped himself back down into the chair, pulling his headphones back onto his head. Well, I have all month to see the rest of the room. These super mutants aren't going to kill themselves.

It had not even occurred to Tom to go see if everyone was here and talk to his friends.

Gabe turned when he heard Paeyton, and walked over to her. When he entered the game room, he whistled. "Well, this is nice," he said, "are we going to watch a movie?"

@Tsiwentiio

Oliver smiled and nodded at Paeyton, he quickly finished smoking and let the last bit of smoke escape his lips. He decided that it'd be best if he went and joined his friends so that's what he did. When he got into the theatre room, he leaned against the wall and just admired everything, crossing his arms as he did so. "This place is amazing." He thought to himself as a smile crept across his lips.

Sebby looked back at Lucas' voice and chuckled. Of course he wanted to go to the beach, he just screamed 'beach guy'. He shrugged his shoulders and looked back at Paeyton, ignoring whoever just came in the room. "I don't mind what we do actually, I just don't want to be bored." He looked over at Audrey and raised his brow. "What do you want to do?" He asked, suddenly remembering the girl on his arm.

It was a good day for the beach, the sun was out and the water was probably perfect. But he was also in the mood for a good horror movie right now and they were already in the theatre room. But Sebastian didn't say anything, instead leaving his friends to choose since he couldn't himself.

Audrey wanted to watch a movie, but also wanted to go to the beach. She pressed her lips together and didn't speak. Everyone else could decide. She was brought back to earth when she heard Sebastian's voice.

"Uh, I don't care actually. I'm fine with whatever. Uh, the beach, I guess." She says, partially deciding on the beach because she wanted to see Sebastian's amazing body.

She noticed Gabe and Oliver entered the room. She wasn't particularly fond of Gabe. He was annoying

and didn't seem to have a filter between his mind and mouth. But there is enough people in here that she wouldn't have to talk to him. She turns her attention away and turns it back to Paeyton.

(I think beach because it would be more fun to RP about.)

Paeyton walked back into the theater and laid down on the floor, "I think it would be fun to go to the beach if you all want to, I'm perfectly fine with anything" she pulled her phone out noticing a text from Tom, no surprise to her asking about the wifi password, she quickly replied then turned her head to look at everyone gathered in the large room. "Maybe if you would like, we could go to the beach now before it gets dark, go get something to eat then come back and watch a movie" she asked.

(I agree, that's why I suggested it haha, bc a movie is just sitting in the dark with no interaction

@Ecstasyia )

Lucas smiled as everyone began to agree to go to the beach. Why spend the summer at a beach house if they didn't even go to the beach? "It'll be so much fun," he added, trying to win over their indecisiveness. He nodded as Paeyton began to take charge and list out a possible plan of action. "That sounds good. I'm going to get changed and we can meet out back?" he suggested, starting to walk back towards the door.

Thomas perked up when his phone vibrated loudly on the table. He scooped it up quickly, clicking the screen to life. Once he read the message he groaned and frowned, leaning back in the chair. He stared at the ceiling, seriously contemplating whether or not it was worth it. On one hand, I'm definitely not going to survive without internet for a month. On the other hand, I -did- come here to see Eve. But Oliver is going to steal her from me... Thomas' brow furrowed as he was deep in thought, drumming his fingers on the table. He eventually shrugged, standing back up from the chair. He slid his phone into his pocket, closing Fallout. I need that password or I'm going to die.

He walked carefully to the door frame, peeking his head out. Well I don't see anyone. How am I supposed to hang out with them if I can't find them? Tom shrugged and took a step out, moving over to the railing. The nerd peered over the edge, still not seeing anyone. He sighed, beginning the trek downstairs. This is all for the wifi password. I've got this. Thomas eventually made his way to the rest kitchen, freezing when he saw Annabelle. He ducked behind the nearest wall, hoping she hadn't seen him. Crap crap crap, what am I supposed to do now!? I have to ask her where everyone else is...Oh god.

Thomas poked just his head out from behind his hiding spot, his fists clenched tightly to try and keep him calm. It wasn't working at all. He tried to call out to the girl but his voice was barely higher than a whisper. He winced, clenching his fists even tighter. It's alright buddy. You got this. The nerd hesitated one more time before he spoke extremely fast, never pausing to take a breath. "HeyAnnabelleHaveYouSeenEveryoneElseMaybeNoYouProbablyHaven'tI'mSorryIWastedYourTime." (Capitalized every word to make it easier to read. Basically he just said it really, really fast.) Thomas wanted to die of embarrassment. He decided it was better to retreat and come up with a better plan but his legs wouldn't move. All he could do was stand there and wait for her answer.

Sebastian nodded and stood up, stretching his limbs from sitting down for so long. "Alright, we'll meet when we're done, got it." He didn't wait for anything else to be said as he made his way towards the door. He went straight to his room, going to his luggage to look for swim trunks. He didn't feel like unpacking just yet, so all his stuff was still in his suitcases, but he knew exactly where everything was. He quickly got dressed and slipped on a T-shirt before grabbing a towel, his slippers, and some sunscreen head back out.

It was a very sunny day, so he definitely needed the sunscreen unless he wanted to get tanned, which he didn't. He would put it on when he got to the beach, for now, he headed to the spot they were supposed to meet and waited, playing with his phone in the process.

After spending several moments admiring the view, Eve decided to finally head back downstairs. She desperately wanted to finish a book she was reading, but that would have to wait until later.

Stepping out of her room and wandering down the hallway, Eve stopped at the top of the staircase, peering down and seeing Tom and Annabelle in the kitchen. He seemed to be a nervous wreck, and she wondered what was going on. Carefully stepping down the staircase, Eve began walking towards them, passing Tom and flashing him a small, shy smile.

"Hi, Tom." She murmured softly, before slipping past him and standing in front of one of the cabinets, getting a glass of water for herself. She sipped the cold liquid slowly, before setting the glass cup on the counter.

"Where is everyone?" Eve asked quietly, not knowing Tom had just asked the same question a few moments ago.

Audrey nodded and headed up to her room. She pulled out one of her many swim suits and put it over her body, seeing how it fits. She slipped off her clothes and slipped it on, along with a white flowey coverup.

She grabs her beach bag, equipped with towels, sunscreen, an umbrella, and tanning lotion.

Havent decided yet

lmao.

"we can probably just meet in the entry way" Paeyton stood up and went over to the wall phone, "oooooo I've been waiting to use this" she said then picked the phone up entered a number pattern, which activated the intercom system

"HEYY YOUUU GUYYYSSS we are going to the beach so everybody get your swim suits on and meet in the entry way" she hung up and walked towards the door catching up to Lucas, taking his hand and walking back to their room

Were it possible for Tom to freeze even more, he would have when he heard Eve's voice. He turned slowly to her, grunting some sort of response. He couldn't help but stare at her even though he kept telling himself not to. She's so pretty! One day I'll be able to talk to her! Probably... Tom jumped in surprise when the intercom system blared. This shock seemed to snap him out of his frozen state. He thanked Paeyton under his breath before he walked quickly to the door. He still had to get his clothes that he had left in his car. "Uh...Uh...I gotta get stuff for beach..." Why am I talking like a caveman? Oh well. "See you later Eve. UH, not that you have to. You can if you want, I mean. I can't tell you what to do. NOT THAT I WOULD WANT TO!"

The nerd once again froze in place, his entire body stiff. He knew he was making things worse but he couldn't stop it.
"But hey you know what's cool Eve? In Fallout 4 the perks are different than they are in Fallout 3. You see this time you get to actually put perks into your stats and then that unlocks more perks so you can really customize your character a lot that way and it's really cool that they included that and I really think it makes the game better." Tom finally took a breath after finishing that sentence, cringing. The rant had however helped him calm down and he wasted no time, nearly sprinting out of the house. "Okay bye Eve and Annabelle!"

Tom wanted to die of embarrassment, grabbing the bag of clothes from his car. He seriously contemplated changing in his car so that he wouldn't have to go back inside.
I really don't want to go to the beach. I just needed a reason to get out of there. I have to go though or I won't get the password. Tom groaned and slung his bag over his shoulder, locking and closing the door once more.

Lucas laughed as Paeyton used the intercom to announce their beach trip, following her up the stairs. He took her hand and squeezed it gently, guiding them into their shared room. He tossed his towel and sunscreen into his bag before changing into his navy swim trunks, leaving his white beach tank on. Slipping on his dark sunglasses and slinging his bag loosely over a shoulder, he waited for Paeyton to be ready so that they could leave.

?Annabelle Natalia Moreau?

Interrupted, Annabelle turned her cheek to the side, her lucid blue eyes gazing into that of another. Before she even had a chance to greet him, he seemed to be jumbling his words, speaking in a slur. Furrowing her brows, she paused, trying to recall what he had said.

"Tom wh-" Annabelle muttered, interrupted by more of Tom's rambling when Evie entered the kitchen. Pressing her fingers to her temple, she shook her head, laughing quietly.

"We're apparently heading to the beach, so I guess they're all getting ready..." Annabelle replied, having heard Paeyton over the intercom. Leaning her chin on Bunny's shoulder, Annabelle sighed. She absolutely adored the beach, but she also absolutely adored naps. Decisions decisions...

Dragging herself up the stairs, she threw herself onto the bed, staring blankly out her window for a solid minute or so. After a while, she finally got up, looking around her room at her different piles of clothing to find a swimsuit. Finally, she reached for one at random and pulled it own, throwing on a pair of shorts over the bottoms.

Oliver was off in his own little world, enjoying the chill effects of the marijuana. He didn't know what was going on until he heard Paeyton on the intercom. He quietly went up to his room and dug through his bag, finding a pair of sleek black swimming trunks he quickly changed into them. He put his messy hair back into a small bun and slid on a pair of sunglasses, as he began leaving the room he slung a towel over his shoulder and put a cigarette behind his ear, because he shorts were pocketless. He went down stairs and waited for the rest of his friends.

Once Paeyton and Lucas got to their room, she changed into her bathing suit and put a pair of shorts on and a white zip up hoodie and to top it all of her . She grabbed her sunglasses, a towel noticing that Lucas had packed sunscreen she didn't bother taking any. "ready to go" she smiled at him, before they left she hugged him "Thank you for coming, I honestly didn't think you would because of everything going on lately between us"

"Of course, babe. I would never have missed this," he replied softly, returning her hug. "I know we've had our issues lately, but I still care about you nonetheless," he added, giving her a kiss on the top of her head. "Let's go have fun at the beach. You look great in that swimsuit," he winked at her, taking her hand and leading her out of the room. As Lucas passed by Audrey's room, he let out a few knocks onto the closed door. "We're leaving without you!" he called through the door in a joking manner. Letting out a chuckle, Lucas made his way down the stairs to join the rest of their friends.

As they reached the group waiting by the door to leave she looked through her bag making sure she grabbed everything. "Best thing about this house is that the beach is literally right there, I think we'll be good to leave now" she opened the large door and moved to the side letting them walk out first, "I almost forgot" she put her bag down and ran into the theater, she went into the small fridge and grabbed 3 cans of Red Bull energy drinks, she walked back out with the cans in hand, putting two of them in her bag and opened up one "Lest's go!"
