Well she is a 'old godess' so she is beloved to of turned her back on many humans.but she was often assisted with Honor Light Healing

I would say it may be weaker than before but maybe if the believed in her it's a possibility.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. Weak powers, sure, but something's got to be there. Since the main traits of the goddess are light, honor and healing, I'll base the character's “spells” off of that too. To start it out with, maybe something along the lines of, say,

1. A lighting spell. Either create an orb of light, or imbue any object with light.
2. A basic healing spell, curing minor wounds, poisons and illnesses. (But not fatal wounds...)
3. A temporary binding oath of truth, where the other affected party cannot help but tell the truth. BUT this can only be done with their consent.

Well if you use one maybe instead of any it is only a certain amount a day but if your character goes over the amount that voukd be when the Black Sun had some kind of draw back on him?

Yeah, that's a fair concept. A limit, and too much over it and he's tipping over to the Black Sun. Let's say he's got a particularly strong type of corruption, and it's the power that he keeps within himself (instead of expending it) that mitigates the curse, or at least lays it off him temporarily. So every time he uses his powers, he's got to be careful about it.
