Futuristic You are a Space Marine... in Space! (With images)

You sneak up on your victims. The quiet rustling of your power armor is muffled thanks to your slow movements. Once you are close enough, you take the frag grenade and pull the pin, tossing it in their general direction before taking cover behind a box.

The grenade goes off and bodies and plates of power armor fly in every direction. You don't even hear a scream as you walk out of cover to discover the armory is now yours to claim along with all the great weapons and munitions in it.

  1. Go and steal equipment. (Steal as much as you want but too much and you'll be over-encumbered. In addition, feel free to drop any equipment at any moment.)
    1. A chainsword.
    2. Flamer.
    3. Promethium Fuel. (To chainsword and flamer)
    4. Bolt pistol.
    5. Bolter.
    6. Bolter Carbine.
    7. Stalker Bolter.
    8. Storm Bolter.
    9. Bolts.
    10. Plasma Pistol.
    11. Plasma Gun.
    12. Hydrogen Tank. (For plasma weapons)
    13. Frag grenades.
    14. Krak grenades.
    15. Plasma grenades.
  2. Go somewhere else.
    1. The chapel, to desecrate it before you leave. Your gods would surely favor you with their attentions.
    2. The bridge, to take over the ship. As a space marine, you are one of the few on the ship and have a fair chance of winning.
    3. The hangar, to steal a shuttle for yourself and escape to the nearby planet.
    4. To the drop pods, to use a drop pod and drop yourself to the nearby planet. This will yield fewer goodies than option 4, but is less risky.
    5. The barracks, to blend in and convert some of the still-unaware comrades to your side.
    6. To your old room, to take all items of importance you had.

CR-12 Bolter Carbine
A powerful weapon that fires bolts. Bolts are special bullets propelled via a charge on the back that can penetrate armor easily thanks to their diamantine tips. They have a half-second charge that causes them to explode once they are past the enemy's armor. They are incredibly destructive weapons that can tear enemies apart with one barrage.
Rate of fire: 1Bolt/0.6s.
Damage: Huge.

Mark VII. Aquila Power Armor (Unpainted)
A durable example of Imperial engineering. This power armor enhances the wearer's strength and endurance beyond what is normally possible, but can only be worn by trained personnel like space marines. It also contains auto-senses in the helmet and other features, but it requires to be powered with electricity. The battery can be found on the back and is somewhat large, therefore leaving the wearer exposed to sneak attacks.

1.5 Liters of Blood (Low-Quality)
Taken from a dead Imperial servitor, this blood may be used for a variety of purposes; rituals, feeding vampires or perhaps drinking. Still, it is of low quality as servitors don't need blood. It is overflowing with chemicals and is very unpleasant in both taste and consistency. Kept in a small tube.

You know, if you want your fellow voters to go with your choice, it'd be a good idea to provide reasoning, lol.

Hahaha, that's my choice too xD

Blood for the blood gods.

Also I wanna know, how big is this ship by the way? Is this say a smaller vessel? Or a humongous cruiser? Cause we might be able to take over the small vessel. ;)

You arrive at the chapel. The metallic doors open before you and soon enough, you enter the 20x60 or-so large church devoted to the God-Emperor. There are several people in the room.

In the back, near the altar, are several priests in brown robes. They are meditating and praying. Next to them is a single chaplain in power armor with a power-sword in his hands, attacking him isn't a good idea. Your eyes also notice two servitors in the corner lighting candles at the small chapel devoted to Primarch Sanguinius; the Emperor's favored son who died a martyr's death at the hands of Horus to save his father.

There are a lot of things you can do...
  1. Engage in combat with the chaplain so that you can peacefully desecrate the place. Open fire with your storm bolter.
  2. Open up your tube of servitor blood and paint a mark of chaos on the wall nearest to you. (It will attract attention instantly because of the horrid psychic vibrations it has.)
  3. Push the servitors aside and kneel next to the chapel of Sanguinius and pray to him for forgiveness. (Will remove all of your Corruption, Insanity, and sever your relationship with the Ruinous Powers, returning you to the God-Emperor's light and absolving you, but you will have to go AWOL and go on a personal crusade against heretics.)
  4. Kneel and pray to the Emperor for forgiveness. (Will remove all of your Insanity and sever your relationship with the Ruinous Powers, but it won't absolve you or clean you of Corruption. The God-Emperor isn't as forgiving as his son but at least you don't have to go on a penitent crusade.)
  5. Scream a foul warcry of the dark gods and rush the chaplain with your chainsword.

3! That sound sso fucking cool.
Fallen style.

You push aside the servitors near Sanguinius' chapel and kneel. You are overtaken by the emotion of remorse upon seeing the paintings of the Emperor's angel on the walls and the grief of what you have done takes over your mortal shell. You utter prayers of shame and guilt, offering them to Sanguinius.

You feel forgiven, blessed, and absolved, but that doesn't mean you haven't sinned. You decide to go on a crusade. It is a personal, penitent crusade. You are now a renegade, but you still serve the God-Emperor's light. (God, this is so stupid. First you guys kill a bunch of people for the dark gods, then at once feel remorse for it. XD)

You go to...
  1. To the armory, to drop in a tank through the hangar.
  2. The bridge, to take over the ship. As a space marine, you are one of the few on the ship and have a fair chance of winning. Sanguinius will forgive you, knowing you need resources for your crusade.

D-64 Storm Bolter
A powerful weapon that fires bolts. Bolts are special bullets propelled via a charge on the back that can penetrate armor easily thanks to their diamantine tips. They have a half-second charge that causes them to explode once they are past the enemy's armor. They are incredibly destructive weapons that can tear enemies apart with one barrage. The Storm Bolter is a deadly weapon of massive, increased firepower that can manage to fire 3 bolts per second making it much deadlier.
Rate of fire: 1Bolt/0.3s.
Damage: Huge.
Magazine: 30 Bolts.

Mark VI. Chainsword
A large sword with an engine and a roaring mechanical blade. The chained teeth of this sword have diamantine tips that lets it tear through armor like a knife through butter.
Fuel: 15 Minutes.

Fuel Tank
A fuel tank that may be used in a Flamer, Chainsword, or even in vehicles. WARNING: Contains unstable Promethium.

120 Bolts (Ammo)

Plasma Pistol
A sidearm that shoots heated hydrogen bolts at temperatures above 7 thousand degrees Celsius. These bolts quickly pressurize into plasma and a foe in heavy armor will be badly damaged from just one shot.
Rate of fire: 1PlasBolt/1s.
Damage: Devastating.
Magazine: 15HydrogenShots.

Frag Grenades (2)
An explosive grenade that explodes 5 seconds after the pin is pulled. Deals decent damage against all opponents.

Krak Grenades (2)
Special grenades designed to work against vehicles. One is more than enough to disable a medium-sized tank of moderate armor.

You hear an alarm go off. You look to your right and notice the chaplain running toward you with a power sword. Having no other choice, you fire a few pot-shots at him to slow him down as you run in the opposite direction.

You make your way through the corridors, firing every now and then to scare away other Imperial troops chasing after you. In the last second, you enter a shuttle. The hissing of steam can be heard as you press the button, lifting the pad you entered through. The Thunderhawk shuttle rises two meters into the air as its landing gear hides back into the chassis. The plasma drives blast off with a screech and the vehicle moves forward.

As you exit through the hangar, several plasma blastguns on the ship's side shoot at you, but your vessel's shields manage to just absorb the damage of the directed-energy while you perform evasive maneuvers. You enter the planet's atmosphere shortly after you are out of the ship's range.
  1. Land in the middle of the desert.
  2. Search for an oasis first. (-4% Fuel.)
  3. Search for living people first. (-8% Fuel.)
  4. Search for a city first. (-20% Fuel. The planet is not densely populated.)
You hold onto the steering wheel with a determined look on your face, although your blood-soaked helmet covers it...

Blip...!

As your ship moves above the sandy cliffs and hills, your long-range auspex device blips once, then again, and again. Apparently, there is movement 2702 meters south (a bit to your right.) Should you go check it out?
