From the description it sounds like we want to knock out our enemy faction, not necessarily kill them. But the traitors want everyone dead, aka for 'things to get bloody.' I'm not sure how we could make sure to just knock someone out though. Already two people are dead and only one knocked out.

Not necessarily. I'm not sure how to 'knock someone out' rather than kill them. I'm just saying that I think we're supposed to figure out how to knock people out without killing them.Assailant said:

Oh no's it seems like I revealed a couple of passives. Upsi.
If the character was going to take a full instant-kill attack or two damaging attacks and was going to die, restore health to full and you don’t die. Can be used two times. Doesn’t work on lynches. Healing abilities don’t work on you.
auto – casting decoy every two days, even if the skill was not used.
attacks become lightning fast and precise, which makes blocking, countering and guarding ineffective. This means his attacks will always hit the targets.
