Like skills or something special your character can do. If your an alien it's more like what your species can do

(This is a wip)

Name: Subject M

Age: 157 years old

Gender: female

Appearance:

Personality: She is controlled by the relentless instinct and urge to spread the species by any means necessary. Everything else is secondary. Including her own life.

Personal history: Subject M's origins are only speculation. But theories suggest that she came from a derelict vessel floating through the fringes of the sol system. There was possibly an infected crew member aboard the ship. Once it hatched the ship was quickly overrun and a drone quickly evolved into a queen. Subject M was most likely not a queen at this point. Seeing as the ship crashed on earth the weak queen probably died. Afterwards and with no rivals Subject M evolved into a queen. The location of her nest is unknown.

Species name: Xeno Parasitus Volcanis

Species abilities: They breed at a rapid rate. Much more so than humans. They are typically stronger than humans and they can impregnate ther victims. Their blood is toxic and if it comes into contact with human skin it can cause serious injury luckily for humans it is non-lethal.

General info on species: The species is a hardy one. They can survive most harsh environments. Even going so far as to terraform their nests via hardened calcium rich saliva that the queen and drones excrete. Also the creatures themselves tend to group together relying on their numbers thus making them a significant threat. Also what is most disturbing is the fact that dispite their animal like behavior they are frighteningly organized. No one can say why for sure. Perhaps they use some kind of pheromone to communicate. Or they are simply smarter than they first appear. Despite their large numbers and easily spread offspring without soldiers it's unlikely for them to gain a foothold in the world. The species is divided into three subtypes.

The drone:

This is the most numerous and longest lived of the types. They do this by hibernating in a cocoon which they can survive in for centuries without sustenance. But when temperature changes or they sense any vibrations the dormant drones awaken. Their primary goal is to gather food for the nest. Their secondary objective is to bite their victims with their proboscis to spread the race. It isn't uncommon for them to stick hosts to the walls of the hive to become a living food source for their offspring. Younger small drones can infect a host through their tiny bite as well however it can take weeks or months for the eggs to hatch within the host. Fortunately however the tiny eggs are very difficult to detect.

The soldier:

Soldiers are the strongest, largest and most aggressive of the species. They are constantly in a rage however their instincts to protect the hive takes precedence over their rage. They are most likely the ones who leave the hive to collect food and hosts. While the drones live longer the soldiers grow at ten times the normal rate by shedding ther carapace. Without this breed the young drones are unlikely to be able to actually gain a foothold.

The queen:

The queen is really just a very evolved drone. If a drone has grown fast enough they can evolve into a queen. Queens lay drone eggs through a giant egg sac attached to their bodies. This is at the loss of their ability to infect hosts via bites though. Usually only 1/300 drones manage to evolve that far however and most young queens kill each other for dominance over the hive. Typically queens are the weakest and most vulnerable of the species. Queens can bio-form the local surroundings into a more conducive environment by vomiting pools of gestation fluid and excreting their calcium rich saliva. Without a queen most drones go into hibernation until prey comes nearby for them to start the cycle all over again.

Life cycle:

It starts with a drone. A drones bite can infect a host with their eggs. This bite can cause a human to go comatose for 24 hours. After which they vomit out hundreds of tiny young drones. After this the body goes off toward the nearest food source. Upon reading it the three soldier eggs without hatch and feed off their host and victim. If the young creatures can gain a foothold a queen can evolve from one of the drones. The queen can lay drone eggs thus ensuring the continuation of the cycle. Sadly many young drones without any soldiers to protect them die. Thus it is imperative for them to find a hiding place and a continuous food supply.
