Realistic or Modern Wolf Now and Forever

Abahēlita & Raito

Abahēlita was sleeping peacefully, while Raito was still awake. Well, that was understandable since she was so scared, she just ended up falling asleep. "And what are you supposed to see?" he asked, his eyes looked in the direction the wolf. He didn't acted to look like a threat or anything. He knew how to act around other wolves since his time in a pack.

Skyler jumped upon hearing him, "My guess is you are the howler?" She noticed how He acted and became calmer as she tilted her head noticing the sleeping wolf and realized they must be tired.

Raito

"Yes, I am," Raito said, giving a nod. Thunder roared and he smiled. He glanced at Abahēlita. "Oh, the route was long, it tired her up and she fell asleep. I guess that we are in your territory, so we will leave if asked to. We won't hunt here and more important, we are not a threat." he said. He was saying the truth and this could be read in his eyes.

"No, that is necessary. There is a den nearby if you'd like to come stay, or take a rest." Skyler heard the thunder and sort of flinched before looking in the direction of the den, As curiosity struck and she wondered if they lost there pack.

Raito

"Sorry for the thunder, I don't really control it well" Raito said, really looking sorry. He then lifted Abahēlita and put her on his back to carry her. "I think we will take the offer," he replied. "I am Raito, and this is Abahēlita... We are lone wolves... Well... I am a wolf... She's a cross-breed..."

"I'm Skyler, pleased to meet you." Skyler trotted abit forward and waited as if trying to lead the way. "I used to be I recently started helping others and now I lead a pack." She looked at the sleeping wolf and sort of smiled.

Raito

"Ah, I see..." Raito said. Just like my parents did... he thought for himself. He was following Skyler, still he was unsure of how Abahēlita would react when she would wake up. She will probably freak out as always... he thought. He shrugged this thought out of his mind and kept on following.

Nightstrike gazed up at the sky, silently contemplating the stars. Her ears swiveled to catch the sound of thunder - but there was no sign of a storm. Interesting. Intrigued, Night began to lope in the direction of the thunder, keeping aware of any more sounds. When she caught a hint of voices, she slowed down and crouched low to the ground. She had never been in this area before and had no idea if someone had already claimed in. Silently creeping closer, she tried to hear what the voices were saying before she lipped on a pebble, causing a loud clatter that cut through the night like claws through prey. Freezing in place, Night frantically hoped that no one noticed her.

"That scent... New. " Skyler barked lowly and pressed on past it after leaving prints in the dirt incase of anyone being left behind, she was urging to help these wolves but was quite careful not to provoke them because she was also not used to the thought of others, and paused. "We have some others who came for aid in a world where wolves are hunted we offer shelter... " She Saw the den upon a clearing and then noticed the scent of a female wolf but not the scent that she followed before a new scent.

Night had come, and Thorn was still running. She didn't know where she was headed, or where she could even go, but she had to get away. The hunters were getting closer to her by the minute, she had to find a way to lose them before they caught up and cut her path off. She maneuvered

around trees, and ducked under fallen logs trying to get them to stop chasing her, or at least slow down. "Why are these ones so much more persistent that the others before?" She continued to run till she picked up on the scent of other wolves nearby. It would be risky to go to them, not knowing who they were, and how they would react. At this point it was a risk she had to take. Thorn took a sharp turn, and continued to follow the scent to a clearing where all the scents were strong.

(Hey, I'm about to join this rpg and I plan in making at least 3 characters. Is anyone in need of a mate? Or Pups?)

Night didn't understand what was going on. There were scents coming from everywhere and yet there were no sounds of fighting. Cautiously creeping out of the trees, she froze in place as she spotted another wolf in the clearing. "Who are you?" She barked out, keeping her guard up.

Thorn stopped in her tracks when she heard a wolf speak. She turned, and saw a wolf standing, and looking at her. "My name's Thorn. I've been running from a group of hunters, and they will be here any second if we don't hide." Thorn held her position before the wolf.

Night couldn't help but smirk. "Just a couple of hunters? Why do we have to hide? Let's just kill them all." Her stance was now a lot more confident as she trotted over to the other wolf. "I'm Nightstrike and its a pleasure to kill with you." She announced, a bloodthirsty grin on her face. She hated hunters.

Blaze smiled, and became more relaxed knowing she had someone to fight with her. The tension started to leave her body, and she took on an offensive stance for when the hunters arrived. "Thank you, it would be a an honor to kill along side you. It's a lot better than having to run from them."

Night's ears perked up as she heard the sounds of approaching humans. "They're close." She said in a near whisper, switching into an aggressive stance. "I don't know how you fight, so I trust that you can handle yourself. I take half and you take half." Night decided, fixing her eyes upon the future exit point of the hunters.

Thorn kept her stance, but nodded at night in agreement. She stood still keeping her focus on the humans who had just made it to where they were standing. There were six of them headed towards them. Thorn lunged out at one of them, and brought him to the ground. The hunter squirmed under her, and tried to force her off. She bit down hard on his throat, and he quit moving. She quickly got off, and saw the blood start to poor out of him from where she had bit. Two other hunters began to approach her.

Night instantly leapt at one's throat, sending a spray of blood up into the air as she tore viciously at him. A bullet shot made her jump away but a bit too late as the bullet lodged into her shoulder. Growling in anger, she activated her Shadow Strike. Sinking into the shadows of the trees, she lashed out simultaneously at the two hunters that remained facing her. They both fell instantly, blood pooling on the ground beneath them.

Blaze saw the one had a gun, and leapt for it. She bit down on the mans arm, and he dropped the gun to the ground. The other hunter came towards her and tried to stab at her. Blaze jumped back before the blade could get to her. Before he could do anything she jumped at him, and ripped at his throat. He fell to the ground with a thud. Blaze pushed off him towards the other hunter, and slashed at his stomach. A look of surprise crossed his face, then he also hit the ground.

Night surveyed the dead bodies and nodded in satisfaction. "Nice work." She panted, swinging her head to look over the other wolf. They appeared unharmed and so Night allowed herself to collapse to the ground, examining her leg. The bullet was lodged deep into her muscle, and she was unable to get it out herself. "I may need some help..." She said in a small voice.

Blaze went over to Nightstrike. She looked over at her leg, and saw the bullet wound. Blaze hadn't ever had to deal with something like this, but she'd do her best to help the wolf. "Ouch, that looks like it hurts. I should probably tell you that I've never taken a bullet out of another wolf. I assume I just go in a take it out?"

"Use a single claw and try to hook the tip around the bullet, then pull it out. If you can't do that, then by all means just use your whole paw and slice open my shoulder. It'll heal properly the moment you get the bullet out." Night instructed, laying down on her uninjured side to make it easier for the other wolf. "Please, do it quickly." She said, finding a stick to bite down on so that she didn't make too loud of a sound or try to bite the other wolf.

Blaze looked at the wolf to make sure she was ready. She extended one claw form her paw, and dug it into the other wolf's wound. She had to dig around a little before she could get her claw in the right place to get the bullet. Blaze grabbed it by the tip like the other wolf had instructed her to do. She yanked, and the bullet was out of her shoulder. "I apologize for this. If it weren't for me you wouldn't have gotten wounded. I did not mean to involve others, or to get anyone hurt in the process."

Night managed to restrain herself to a single pained whimper as the bullet was yanked out before spitting out the stick and slowly sitting up. "Please don't be sorry. I would have attacked those hunters sometime anyway, and without you I might not have survived a six on one battle. Not to mention getting the bullet out for me. So thank you." She spoke, licking her wound in between words. Judging it to be clean enough, she gingerly stood up and walked a few steps to test it out. "I won't be running anywhere soon but I can walk alright."

Blaze stood, and stuck close to the wolf in case she lost her balance walking around. "Well, you're welcome then. I'm just glad to be rid of them, and not have to run from them. It is a very good feeling to be able to kill the ones I thought would kill me in the end. If you need anything just ask, and I can get it for you. You probably should wait a couple of hours before you start to walk on it for extended periods of time. I'd be glad to help any way I can."
