Specifically? Healing and barrier magic. The Red Mage concept comes from the early final fantasy games. They were the in between characters that could attack with weapons, heal and use attack magic. However, they were never as good as those who specializes in that particular magic.

Jack of all trades, master of none. But still better than master of one.

Well, it is mainly a support class, meant to take whatever position necessary. But I can change it if you don't like it. I was mainly going for a combat medic type of character. He can heal but he can also fight with his staff.
