Winding Oaks' Academy was founded by Suzy Rosewood after she won an Olympic Silver medal for South Korea. The academy is not based on the small peninsula but instead is located in Sweden. The academy is a private college for student who wish to pursue a degree while training and competing in their equine sport. Along with equine degrees Winding Oaks' also offers degrees in business, computer science, biology, liberal arts, and many more (like a normal college). It is a small school that accepts some of the best young riders around the world to mold their minds as well as their riding skills. It's Headmistress, Suzy Rosewood, had continue to compete in eventing while running the school up until her son went to high school. Now she runs the school full time as well as teach classes.

For housing undergraduates tend to share an apartments and the graduate students and professor have their own 1 bedroom apartment. Housing is included in the school tuition. Some is located on campus and some off campus.​

Personality: Suzy comes off as a harsh person which is needed to run a facility as large as Winding Oaks'. She very much loves her job despite this attitude and wants to produce top riders like herself. Suzy also loves her son dearly and it shows.
Bio: Suzy didn't grow up in the horse industry and her family couldn't afford a horse when she finally decided it was what she wanted to do with her life. Instead she worked her ass off as a working student and learned from some of the top riders around till she finally made a name for her self, eventually winning an Olympic medal in eventing for South Korea. It was after this that she opened up the academy. She wanted people to be able to pursue their dreams with riding horses while getting an education for the off chance that it doesn't work out. After all not everyone has what it takes to win.

Personality:
Lyric is very easy to handle, something you would never expect from an Olympic horse. When ridden bareback she is very lazy but the instant you put a saddle on her back she acts like shes 5 again. She gets very excited and wants to move.
Other: Suzy won her medal on Lyric. Lyric is also the prize for the winner of the cross-country event. Despite her age she is still winning ribbons.
