Umeko restrained herself from scowling strongly at the Spartan. Obviously, it was from the group's latest mission, but Selene didn't need to rub her powers in Umeko's face. Umeko's mood only soured, thinking of how she was going to need Selene to continue to show off when it came to a dress tonight. She was certain that the child of Hekate would have a spell or something, or some sort of magical wardrobe in the astral plane or something.

"I'm here for... some assistance," Umeko grumbled the last bit more or less under her breath. Clearing her throat with obvious discontent, Umeko continued. "I don't have a dress for tonight." Hopefully, she didn't have to ask Selene right out for help making or finding a dress. Really, Umeko despised asking Selene for help, but there was no other way for her to get a dress.

Elizabeth thought back on the previous mission and her importance towards it. She did have her uses in the long run, despite nearly draining out the Pegasus constellation. Though throughout her train of thought something did bother her, no matter how slight the sensation was. She's only able to use one constellation at a time which meant she could only have one purpose. Though as Beta having one purpose at a time was unacceptable. If she could divide stellar energy within her to use two constellations at the same time, she'd be much more versatile. Yes, this is exactly what she'd do. Speaking of her role of Beta. she began to think about why she's so adamant on protecting Alpha. She thought back on the actions of Finnegan and the events that transpired during the mission and compared them with what it meant to be a leader, powerful, and charismatic. She thought about her herself holding up these traits and further compared them to Finnegan's, questioning them both once more. Once she raised Eclipse and begins focusing on a star, she raises Empyrean and focuses even more. While making an attempt to divide stellar energy within her, she came to a mental conclusion on the earlier topic. Now that her mind was made up, she wouldn't go back on it. "Well then..."

Demon decided to go to the cave behind Rhea's castle to train and not affect anyone else while doing so. He wanted to expand his time reach and how long he can hold it. Once he was deep enough in the cave he took his scythe and put the tip to the rocky floor. He began dragging it to carve a large circle for a 25 foot radius. He stood directly in the middle and threw his scythe up into the air. He needed to be able to slow down the time of his scythe and himself for more than two minutes. If he didn't hold out for more than two minutes he'd stay under the scythe and allow it to stab into his shoulder. If he did hold out for more than two minutes and extend his time under the constant pressure of danger, he'd give himself the right to move out of the way to safety. He does exactly this and holds out for two minutes and two minutes only. Demon drops to both knees screaming in pain due to the scythe puncturing his shoulder. He didn't want to recall yet since he needed to make sure that his body tasted and remembered this pain. Giving his body a reason to adapt and improve. Once the pain was too great, he recalled a few seconds before he threw his scythe up into the air. He could only recall once every 24 hours so he could only attempt that type of training once a day. It would be a slow burn before he begins to progress but now he was at least getting started. Demon turns to a small rock on the ground and picks it up, holding it in his hands. "Now if I could just age things..." Demon then had the idea of working on potential time restoration and decay. "Now lets put this to the test." Demon started shattering boulders to further test this theory in hopes that it'll work.

Mason dismissed what Gaige had mostly said. But she was right about one thing, he was getting out of hand. He could feel his aura growing, the heat was rising significantly. That was when he realized the heat was most likely affecting the Oracle and he hurried to release her from his grasp. He was still bare above his waist and all the skin contact without any barrier had caused burns on the Oracle's skin. Mason forgot about his rage, his remorse a much heavier burden. His heat dissipated and he gingerly replaced her onto his shoulders. The living metal formed barrier over his bare skin, to prevent any further possible flare ups. Mason didn't apologize at first, but reluctantly did once the Hydra made it to the docks.

Mason jumped off and hurried to the castle grounds. He didn't want to keep possession of the Princess Oracle any longer than he needed to. He was worried she would pull him from the depths and reveal him to the world, expose the imposter he's been. He pushed that horrible thought aside and jogged with the Oracle over his shoulder. He reached the courtyard without interacting with the others, he didn't feel like he should. This took precedence.

He finally made it to where Rhea was, avoiding eye contact with those around her. He placed the Oracle down, encompassing her in metal to her nose, allowing her to breathe and not speak. The metal "prison" stood a few paces from Rhea. Mason frowned and bowed his head to her, shame filling his heart.

"We've brought the Oracle. For her safety and the others, I've bound her. She is quite... damaged, requiring some healing. Please assist her. As much as I hoped this was a rescue mission, it seems I was naive, Rhea. You can have your prisoner now." He rose from his shallow bow, keeping his eyes downcast, "If you'll excuse me, I'll be heading to my bunkhouse." He said, turning and walking away from the courtyard.

His sudden serious demeanor would be a shock to some, only knowing him as an immature child. But the recent events of this mission had shook him. It brought back some memories. Memories of a time before this life. Another life. His head was throbbing, unsure what was going through his mind. All he could think of were hazy memories and feelings. Screams. Anger. Blood. Desolation. Destruction. Hope. He felt hope in the end, when Rhea retrieved him. That memory stuck out. The beginning of his life here.

Gaige looked at the wounded arm and smiled. She remembered what happened to Finnegan. Jayden looked like a wounded animal laying on the floor. She took out her stone axe. She stepped behind Jayden and raised the axe. "Karma bitch, I gotta save you." She swung down the axe with full force on his shoulder severing it. She took out her stun bomb and changed it into a incendiary to cauterize the would so he won't bleed out. "There you go no poison. If you sleep you won't hurt. I can't do anything about the ribs but those heal themselves somehow. Anyways have fun." She looked up at Avice with blood spewed across her face. "All good ready to go?" She said with a smile. Dante' left Demon alone to train and exits the water heading towards his home. As he walked he was on his phone trying to figure out which song he should play. As he was scroll through his music a text from Selena popped up. He reads the text and gives off a light smile. "I'm in, what's the worst that can happen." He goes back to searching for music as he walks, still trying to figure out what type of mood he was in. Was he in a rock mood, or metal, was it blues or jazz, or hip hop or R&B. Due to not paying attention he runs into his door hitting his head. "Shit" he said with a grunt. He opens his door, walking inside. As he steps through the door he finally makes a decision. He walks over towards his stereo and plugs up his phone, and starts his selection, a Jazz album called Big Bad Voodoo Daddy. As the album plays, Dante' then decides to get ready for Selena's event. Though he spends a good minute dancing to the jazzy toons. After the first song goes off he finally starts getting ready. Starting off first with the shower and ending with getting dress of course. Dante' stood in front of his mirror adjust his suit jacket and placing an ocean lapel pin on the jacket. The ocean pin signified his connection to the ocean. He grabs a rubber band of his desk and places his dreads in a ponytail. "Looking sharp Dante', looking sharp." He smiled and placed his hands in his pockets and of course inside his left pocket was his form sized trident. He poses in front a mirror a bit before sitting down in a chair to zone out to his music until it was time.

TRISH SACHETS

"Elias, is that you?" Trish's voice could be heard inside her room. When she got no response, she sighed and got back to painting her nails. "There," She smiled a few minutes later as looked at her nude shaded nails, "Perfect! Now to wait for these babies to dry and then get ready." Late night parties were always fun.

Trish had missed the mission since she had woken up late from a hangover. She spent most of her day curing her hangover and sunbathing. Selene's message had been a life saver. She spent most of her evening deciding on the perfect outfit. Trish had an abundant choice to choose from. The daughter of Aphrodite lived up to her name and took every opportunity to polish it. How did she have so many clothes when she didn't have much options to wear them to? Simple, she made them. Well, some of them anyway.

"Too red... Too long... Black? Ugh, so cliche..." She criticized and threw one dress after another on her already humongous pile. She didn't have to worry about cleaning up. Elias would do it for her. "Ohh, this looks nice," She smiled as she picked up a white dress. It was a short, white, chiffon dress with many soft pleats that gave it an airy, floating look. The look of poise and elegance sang through it. Trish looked at the dress for one moment, "Nope." She tossed it with the rest of the pile and looked around some more.

Finally, her eyes set upon yet another white dress. This one was a hakoba original, with lacy cross ties holding it together in the back. "Cute!" Trish squealed as she put it on. Dress, check. Shoes, check. Makeup, I'm flawless without it, but check. She grinned in the mirror. True, Trish had her mother's gift, which made her a natural beauty. Trish had never had a bad face, or a bad hair day in her life. Even if she wanted to spoil her face with makeup, it would make her shine. Trish smiled at her reflection, "Well, you're as beautiful as ever."

Still, a little lipstick wouldn't hurt.
She thought as she chose a shade. "There. Perfection." She said to the face smiling back at her. Trish suddenly remembered that she had lent her curler to someone. "Ah, dang it. Why can't people return things when they borrow them," She sighed as she rolled her eyes. She made her final check at the mirror before sashaying out of the house. On her way to the hall, she ran into Elias. "What are you wearing?" Trish asked as she scrunched her nose. It was one of her older dresses and she hated to admit it, but Elias was able to pull it off. It did seem a tad bit loose for Elias, but Trish didn't like her sister looking presentably pretty.

"Ew no. It's far too loose for you and have you even tried to put some mascara on?" She asked as she rolled her eyes.
"U-um well," Elias started, blushing a deep crimson.
"No. Go wear something else. You look hideous." Trish said as she walked past her. "See you at the party~"

Trish made a quick detour and went to Fia's house. Maybe I lent it to her and forgot, She thought as she walked up to the doorway. "Fia darling, Do you have a mo-" Trish stopped and gasped in horror. "Ruina doll, what in tarnation are you wearing?" She asked as she sized Ruina's outift.

Kira blinks a few times, still waking up, then flushed and looked away as she registered what Rhea had said. "Oh, ah... I-I'm sorry... Will do. It won't happen again." When she looked up to meet Rhea's smile, the most she could do was return a wavering grin. Damnit... I'll never move up through the ranks if I keep up like this. At the question of who she'd go to the dinner with, Kira waved a hand, chuckling nervously. "No, no, it's fine... I wasn't planning on going /with/ anyone."

Selene
Did Selene expect Umeko to ask for help with a dress? No, she really didn't see something like that coming. The Spartan assists Ruina, Trish, and Umeko into the house. After closing the door, the Spartan returns to the Astral Plane. Selene helps Fia into her dress and once she's assured that she was done, Selene began to leave. "Alright Fia, if you need anything else later text me! I have to assist others with their dresses." Selene's phone began to buzz and she took a quick glance at it. "Looks like I have to handle a Hydra attack as well. Bye bye, love!" Selene moves down the stairs and glances at the situation. "Alright Umeko I can craft you a dress! Trish do no fret, I'll summon materials as well to help you fix Ruina's dress!" Selene summons the materials as promised and begins crafting a dress for Umeko while she was at it. "I can't sit here and personally attend the dress, I'm sorry. I have to handle s hydra issue outside. I'll still focus on this as well to keep it running, don't worry. The dress should be finished in a few minutes Umeko." Selene walks out the door without another word, heading towards the docks right after Gaige cut off Jayden's arm. She could feel her very soul sweating due to upcoming magic fatigue, she chose to ignore it anyways. She had to get the Hydra to spit out the stuff and return Jayden's powers, heal Jayden's arm, finish Umeko's dress, and then work on her own. "I can hold out a bit longer. Besides, it's night which is my element." Selene makes it over to the docks and attempts to assess the situation. "Think Selene...think." She glanced at the Hydra then at Jayden. "I think I have an idea on what to do." Selene approaches the Hydra and snaps her fingers. "Spit it out, all of it." Without a moment of hesitation the Hydra coughed up Jayden's powers back to him, the case, and the book. Both the case and the book barely had anything left, melted beyond recognition. "This is bad...but I can fix it! With the cost of extensive restoration magic." Selene groans and pinches the bridge of her nose. "Now to do something about that arm." Selene summons her sword and cuts into the flesh of one of her Hydra heads. She carved out enough flesh from head #2 to be equivalent to a human arm. "I can give you a new arm but I will warn you. It won't be like your old one. It'll be numb for a few days, extremely weak, and not calibrated with your body without rehab. It's the best I can offer though so prepare yourself." Selene pushes Jayden to the ground with her umbrella tip so he's laying on his back. She scratches a spell circle into the wood with her umbrella tip where his right arm should be and places the flesh from the Hydra on the circle. "This'll be painful." Selene smiles and nods her head at him. The flesh from the hydra slowly began to intertwine and shift into that of a human arm, attaching itself to Jayden.

It was a slow process since it was forming bone and another necessary parts while connecting itself to his nervous system as well. She would have to supervise this to make sure it went right. "I can't promise the arm will look perfect, if anything it might look like a dragon arm, I apologize. If it's any consolation you will have the power behind that arm since it is from the flesh of a hydra." The arm seemed like it would take a completely painful half hour to form. Selene began working on the melted book and case, enveloping it in restoration aura. She summoned a hydra, went into the astral plane, broke several soul bonds, used constant soul chains, summoned beings from the astral plane, traveled through the Astral plane with two others once more, summoned a Hydra again, healed someone for a half hour, crafted a dress, is currently crafting another dress, and summoned materials. Now she's reconstructing and healing Jayden's circulatory, nervous, skeletal, and muscular system to make sure it's compatible with the arm. She's also restoring a destroyed book and case holding 666, different guitar realms. Selene swiftly pulls out her phone and texts both Fia and Xavier. 'On second thought, I can't go to dinner. Tell everyone I'm sorry but I think I'm experiencing magic fatigue. If you can carry me home Xavier, it would be nice. I won't be able to move soon.' Selene puts her phone away and sets her umbrella in front of her like a cane, resting both hands upon it. After that her body goes stiff and erupts in pain, her soul joining in as well. At this moment she was paralyzed and the most she could do was push her body even further to continue the magic she's put forth so far. Selene ended up throwing a party she couldn't even attend. She would potentially end up sleeping for a full week, so that meant she couldn't visit the Astral plane in her slumber at all. All she could do was watch and be frozen still on the docks as her magic barely continued pushing on. "Thank you for the invitation Xavier but I think I'm going to skip out on this one. That being said it seems like they're all back! You should probably get ready for your party, I'll greet the others at the docks." He had to admit, he was kind of let down by her response. Sure, to everyone it would have felt cramped, but she might have had some nice stories, or wanted to at least be in everyone's company together like a 'family.' But, she was right. "Alright alright...... just oooooone more.. the tea is just sublime!" Helping himself to another cup, filling it high, he didn't need to worry about cooling it all too much now. He needed to go.. sighing to himself the smell of his cologne was mixing well with his last cup of tea. The warmth that filled him reminded him of home. His pocket buzzed again. Reaching in he checked the screen. Another message from Selene: 'I am inviting you to a dinner Rosemary is preparing for you all in the castle dining hall. Where we shall also play a game I'm hosting, Full Disclosure. It's a formal dress event. I expect to see you all there within the next hour. Until then, have a nice night. My Hydra should be at the forested island to carry you across the sea.' My... Selene is sure the busy body right now... I wonder if she can hold up.. She's like a... snowball. Soft, delicate, rewarding even though its cold, sharp, and painful. Bare through the frostbite and what is a snowball but solidified water, when exposed to the warmth of the body, that returns to its natural form, capable of alleviating dehydration, or extinguishing the campfire. I have to admit, she's wonderful, but I fear that if she worries too much about the endless problems everyone will always have, she'll burn herself out.. She is admirable, isn't she? She wants to take on everyone else's burdens, carry the weight of the universe, so no one has to carry the weight of the world.. It's funny...
While Xavier was lost in thought, "Kira! Please join us I have a lot to discuss with you." Xavier's eyes met the girl over the rip of the teacup. He was smiling while sipping and nodded in return. "I can assume your rest went well, especially since you slept through the alarms. You need to wake up once you're alerted next time you're alerted Kira....for matters other than parties." Ooooo Kira's in trooouble.... though.. I was late too.. Xavier sipped silently hoping Rhea didn't remember that as well..
"Why don't you wait for Xavier to finish changing so you both can go to the party together? ... Seems like a lot of people sleep through alarms nowadays. How are you this fine night, Kia?" "Well enough." Xavier just tensed at Kia's disregard for mothers well being in return. "What did I miss?" Xavier just tapped the side of the glass irritably at her tone. Kira's more congenial though fear driven pitch was much more soothing to the ear. "Oh, ah... I-I'm sorry... Will do. It won't happen again." Kira shows respect. Kia's missing an R anyways. It's not capitalized so it must not be important to her. heh... heheh... Gaea, I seriously need to get going...
Another buzz, as if Gaea herself responded to his thought. Selene again: 'On second thought, I can't go to dinner. Tell everyone I'm sorry but I think I'm experiencing magic fatigue. If you can carry me home Xavier, it would be nice. I won't be able to move soon.'
"Thank you for the tea, it was AmaYZING. I'll just leave this here... I'll see you all later." Xavier stood back from the table and raised his cane to the sky. The moon was centered in the looped snake and its eyes flashed. Xavier ran as fast as he could to where Selene was, the cane a guiding marker. He found her leaning on her umbrella, about to fall. Jayden laid with one limb severed, a pool of blood not too far from him, and Selene's power evident on his new arm, not to mention the deformed hunk of metal burned away and what was probably Jayden's notebook too also being fixed. Xavier was behind Selene, leaning her away from the Umbrella. Seeing her in such a state for such ungrateful, pathetically weak.. "There there... come here, cutie." He leaned her against his chest and concentrated on his sit with Rhea, on the weight of the cup and its detailing, the scent of the tea, the warmth of its contents, the taste of the tea, the sweetness to it. He raised the teaglass to Selene's mouth and lowered her mouth to allow a soft pour in. Letting the tea go, he swooped her up, careful to hold her dress down tight to her legs. He caught her umbrella's hook on the loop of his cane and held the cane horizontal in his hands against her body for support while the umbrella just swung safely. He turned and simply walked to her room leaving the mess everyone made with them, it was not their concern. He had thought they would be wiser than not only involving his love into their idio-insecurities, but draining her to exhaustion. His teeth grind against each other. If destroying them didn't mean wasting the energy she was using to restore them, he would kill Jayden but finish off both his journal and case first. He just needed to get Selene safe.
Quickly, he made it to her room. He twisted the knob and pushed the door open with her legs. "Honeeeyy we're hooome! Xavier rushed to Selene's bed and gently laid her atop of it. He caressed the stray hairs from her forehead and kissed its center, lingering a few seconds longer. He pressed his head where he kissed. He was soothing her body's exhaustion, helping it flow and circulate properly and not erratically, making it easier and quicker for her to regain her strength. "I'll get you some water

Kristov was sitting in the center of a small clearing. The trees were cleared in a circle about 25 steps across and Kristov sat cross legged in the center. His eyes were closed and his fists were pressed into each other, thumbs out. He was within his subconscious, categorizing. But something was nagging at him. He remembered everything, basically everything. From the trip to the stronghold to all the information within. He remembers people that, when he things harder, he can't quite explain. And the group being a spillover. He felt the burning carve inside of his skull as the tattoo of his rank formed there. Feeling every indention, he felt it say Kappa. He went back to his previous thoughts.. of having a purpose. of feeling.. pain.. of wanting more from someone, yet wishing it never stopped.... Kristov's brow was furrowed so much he almost had a unibrow. Why couldn't he put his fingers on these memories? If he let them sit, it felt like these events lasted for years, but if he thought about them.. it was like someone, or something was in the way.... what did Gaige read from the corpse? The Reaper? He opened his eyes. Determination filled him. That was his purpose. Thank goodness he opened his eyes, because a stray beam of stellar energy was mowing through the trees straight towards him. He couldn't just let the beam continue on destroying the forest. He stood as fast as he could and gripped his blades and in a few more seconds the power was directly in front of him. He was watching it closely, but the radiance was so much he was being blinded. In a quick response he stabbed his right blade forward into it, letting go and swinging to the left immediately, and redirected it by pulling it in an arc using the chain connecting the two blades. He released a pent up battle cry as he flung the beam, with his blades, back to where it came, perfectly through the holes it made through the trees in its path. Well, maybe not PERFECT, an inch or two off since the holes were bigger, but that's Kristov's thing, making women's holes bigger

Elias Sachets

Elias felt a tinge of sadness when Trish shot down her outfit. Trish had succeeded in making her feel a little less confident than she already was. I feel so stupid, she sighed as she returned to her room. Maybe I should stay at home... I'd probably just be hanging around in a corner anyway. Elias sat on her bed and hugged her knees, feeling cross with herself for her inability to be around others without seeming like a mess.

She wallowed in self pity for a few minutes before she made up her mind. Elias was not going to repeat shying away from people. After all, she had lived with them for nearly 5 years. That still didn't change much. She took her sister's words as considerate advice and changed into something she thought would be a little better. After a couple of more minutes, Elias left the house with a special parcel and began to run to the halls so that she wouldn't be late.

Last one, I promise
xmqtxk.jpg

Luck was on her side, allowing her to run in her heels without tripping. Elias headed towards the kitchen, hoping to catch Rosemary. "Ah, good evening..." She smiled as she caught her breath. "Um... I found something that I thought you'd like." She said as she handed Rosemary the parcel. It contained an outfit for her to wear. Elias figured that she would be busy with the preparation and wanted to help. "I hope you like it. Y-you don't have to wear it if you don't. I could go back and get you something else if you'd prefer," Elias said, her voice barely a whisper.

Gauge was impressed at the hydra thing and a little jealous. "Well I'm glad he getting better. It would be terrible if he would have had to suffer with that arm and now he has a hydra one. Maybe he won't get it broke this time." She looked at Selene and how exhausted she was and hoped she would be ok. When Xavier got there she assumed he would take care of it. She sat down and wait for Jayden to get up to formally apologize for her rash actions and demand a thank you for his new bad ass hydra arm.

Demon stair at the crushed bolder. He knew what he was attempting but had no clue what to do. There was no instinct that told him what to do. When he thought about it there never really was one. He always focused and thought about what he wanted to happen until it became second nature. He looked at the rock. "What if..." he thought about how he could recall his body. 'What if I applied it to this bolder.' He looked at the broken and bolder and thought about its timeline. In his mind he traced it back to where it was as good as when he had first touched it. With all the effort he had he did it. He didn't know how describe what he did just that when he found out what needed to be down it happened. He sat and stair at the rock with a smile on his face. "Finally." He leaned against the wall and stared at what he had accomplished. "Now to go back." He tried the same but only foreward. It was like recall but opposite. He focused on the rock. Eventually sone dirty fell off that hadn't beend there before and a cracked formed. He fell over. He was breathing heavily with exhaustion from pushing to hard. It was a rock. How would he know the progress without going overboard. He laid there until he passed out. His dreams came in waves. Some good most bad. He opened his eyes to reveal his old motel room. He saw his bed and his mother's next to it. He had been a little kid again. Before Gaia and before his father. He shot out of the bed and heard thinder. His mother stirred but dared not make a sound. He hated this placed. He hated everything about where he was currently. He wanted nothing more then to burst awake but he knew he couldn't. He took a step and the floor beneath him creaked and his mother opened her eyes. He knew she would be mad. She hated being woken up. Before she could get up however Demon ran. He went straight out the door with no shoes on in the rain. It was late night and was barely sprinkling but the floor was still wet and clouds were everywhere. He heard his mother come out and look for him as he hid behind the garbage bags. "Please don't see me." Was all he could say as his mother called out his name. Suddenly the bag flew back and his mother smiled. "Found you." He burst awake still sore. His breathe was shallow and fast as if he had seen a ghost if he were mortal. "Ok sleep is bad." He rembreed the last second of his dream. The rain had stopped and clouds broke revealing the full moon. It was his sign of hope seconds before getting caught. He walked out of the cave and stared at the moon. Something didn't seem right but he ignored it and walked. His scythe slung lazily on his back as he walked to the water. He knew Kristoff and Beta were still out there. Training. He hopped into the water.

Elizabeth could feel the power of the heavens surging through her veins, filling her entire body. It was like her veins were more steller energy than life force plasma. The anger she felt towards Finnegan fueled her even more. Energy from both Hercules and Aquila had stored within her. Elizabeth held Empyrean high to the sky, the symbols of a star's spirit illuminated the night forest like moon touched torch in the wilderness. Stilling her mind, she focused on what it was like to have the force of constellations within her. If she could contain it within her body, transfer it through her from one sword to the next, she had to be able to not use all of the energy of the constellation in one shot. "Each constellation was made of more than one star... Pegasus contains eleven stars, its neighbor Cygnus has seven... Elizabeth drew the shape of the constellation Hercules in front of her, each star she dedicated time to. She started with his his hands, then finished the shape of his arms, then the cube of his body, his legs- particular about the placing of the binary pairs of his knee and adjacent foot. "Hercules, Son of Zeus, and the Hero to Greece. You are one of the brightest constellations in the sky, yet composed of rather weak stars. Illegitimate bastard of Zeus, Son of Alcmene, wife of the Theban general Amphitryon, immoral weakness manifests your fate. Madness and envy guided your hand, and now Patience calls again. Lend me your strength, Hercules!" The symbols of Empyrean illuminated even brighter, and Elizabeth could feel the force of the stars being pulled out of her. The symbols faded and Elizabeth was covered with the body of Hercules perfectly fit to her like a suit. Instead of one club, the light that formed around her weapons gave her two. She knocked the two clubs into each other and they were surprisingly... solid. The lighter part of the blade, the actual edge itself however still shined, though not as brightly. Elizabeth smiled at this. It was tapped, but tapped was better than depleted. Now... Aquila. It was a rather small constellation, seven stars. This constellation she drew as well and spoke another personal ritual to match. She drew the shape of the eagle in front of her with Eclipse and pointed it straight ahead to summon the beast. With Hercules endowing her with more stamina she has yet wasted, maybe summoning another constellation would be simple, especially a small one. She needed to focus. "Aquila, Eagle of the gods, Carrier of Zeus' lightning, and Deliverer of Ganymede, Trojan desire of Zeus, Guardian of the Arrow of Eros that struck Zeus, and image of Aphrodite's determination, I call upon thee. Guide me through the forest!" The symbols of Eclipse shined brightly, but the following event was not what Elizabeth expected. The blade shined brightly, but the entire blade hummed violently, so much so gripping the blade was beating her hand so much it was almost impossible to still hold. The two constellations were battling within her, literally, and Hercules was much stronger. Aquila's power was expelled from the tip and shot forward with enough force to make Elizabeth completely lose her footing. Her legs kicked a few times before she fell on her back. Or, Hercule's back. She was kind of.. floating inside of his shell. She helped herself up and sighed as she looked at Eclipse within Hercules' club and lightly shook her head. "I figured since you two are in the same constellation family it would be an added benefit. It wasn't, if I had to describe what just happened... it was like you and Aquila were fighting inside of me. Not fighting being used, but each other... being used together... Why?" Of course, there was no response. She looked at the charred devastation before her. Aquila's energy was blasted straight through a group of trees. She hoped it wouldn't do too much damage... there were decent four or five foot wide holes through the trees that were unlucky to have grown where they had and fires were started within the trunks... whoops.. hopefully they would put themselves out and she didn't just start a forest fire.... It was night, so she knew it wasn't some sort of trick, but Aquila's power was... returning to her, directly straight through the targets she created.. she reacted too quickly to be amazed by whomever it was. She pointed Eclipse at its power returned. She absorbed the energy back into the blade causing its symbols to enlighten quickly, but she wasn't capable of absorbing the passenger being dragged by the energy. Aquila quite was the exceptional deliverer.., and Kristov was the soon-to-be God of Messages; the scene made the little red head giggle against herself. Kristov's blade stabbed straight through her Hercules Armor fully. The tip was poking into top of her right boob, a small trail of blood already steaming down to stain her shirt. She sheathed Eclipse and Empyrean and pulled the blade out of Hercules' chest. "I guess I did almost kill him, I deserved near death. Heh.. you should keep better track of your things, Kristov. You could have really ended me there if I let Hercules go... The body of Hercules shined brightly and scattered in millions of little lights that faded from sight. The trail of blood and puncture healed as she released both constellations. She had to admit, training alone was lonely. She slipped the grips of his blades around the handle of hers, letting the chain hang in front of her. Her right arm rested its usual lazy sling on Empyrean's handle, her left swung down by her side. "Let's go find our friend and return his things. He might even be interested in a little pair training.

While Rosemary was working away in the kitchen, she thought about the text Selene sent. She realised that it had said that it was going to be a formal dinner; Rosemary wasn't sure if she was gonna have enough time to get ready, if she was cooking all the food, as she didn't think it would be fair to keep everyone waiting, while she got ready. Rosemary continued cooking all the meals as she worried about it. Though, she didn't have to worry about it for long, as a few minutes later, Elias came into the kitchen with a parcel for her. "Hi Elias, How are you?" Rosemary washed her hands quickly, before she took the parcel from her, and opened it. When she saw the dress, Rosemary's face lit up with a smile "Aww, Thanks so much for this. I'm going to try it on quickly, I'll be just a second"

Rosemary walked into the nearby pantry, not wanting to change in front of Elias. As she entered into the pantry, the cooking utensils that were helping with all the cooking, dropped lightly onto the work surfaces. Rosemary quickly got changed into the dress that Elias had so kindly given to her, before stepping back out of the pantry. "Well, what do you think? I like it" Rosemary smiled as she twirled around. Rosemary's hair was a tad messy, as she had put it into a hair net as she cooked, as to not get any of her hair into the food. Not long after Rosemary left the pantry, the kitchen utensils started up again, continuing to get everything ready; The food was close to being ready, and the pies that Rosemary had left on the windowsill earlier were now sitting at the other end of the kitchen.

Rhea
Everything happened so fast around Rhea, so fast she could barely keep track. First Kia was asking questions, then Kira had a piece to say as well, Mason arrived with the Oracle in a bad mood, and Xavier left. "Well Kia you missed the first mission but that's alright. I want you to take care of the Oracle, bring her to somewhere to interrogate her later. Make sure she can't escape either. I'm sure you can lift her even though she's encased in metal. Kira if you can help Kia that would be really nice. Hopefully you two can do this, it's vital you get answers out of her." She points to the unconscious Oracle encased in a metal cocoon. Rhea gets up and follows after Mason. She was quite suspicious of things going on around here. Xavier left so abruptly and Mason was in a bad mood, she knew her children well and this boded for a bad sign. "Mason! Mason, wait." She walks swiftly to his side until she's walking with him. "Mason, whats wrong?" ( Dirtbear Dirtbear Verdas Verdas Moolock Moolock )

Mason didn't turn around, he didn't want to stop for Rhea. She had managed to make it beside him. He began clenching and releasing his hands, trying not to revert to having another episode. He was obviously upset over not truly understanding the details to the mission. Gaige was right after all, they were raised to be killers. They would've killed the Oracle, which would've had a different outcome recently. The Oracle wouldn't have dug under his skin and caused him to hurt her. He kept his eyes straight on his path.

"Memories were beginning to surface, Rhea. The old ones, hazy but enough to make me think back. The Oracle called me a monster. She was right, you know. I know this was true now." He turns to look at Rhea, his eyes lingering over her features.

Mason gave a small smile. He didn't want to look at her but he couldn't help himself. Rhea demanded his attention, after all ---. He looked away and sighed. He pulled his living metal back into his jewelry, baring his body again. He looked down and saw his pants had burned in his small episode. He pursed his lips and shook his head. Another pair of pants destroyed. Yay.

Umeko was surprised that Selene wouldn't mind making a dress for Umeko. Her eyes followed the magic demigod's movements, as she was ushered into Fia's house and then back out of Fia's house. "Uh, thanks, Selene..." the words tasted funny coming out of her mouth, and even still sounded weird hanging in the air as Selene moved to the docks to help with Jayden's situtation. Knowing that there wasn't anything Umeko could really do, she started heading back home, but paused, overhearing Selene state she wouldn't be able to go to the party tonight. Umeko frowned. Hadn't she seen Selene in her strings? Spreading her right hand, Umeko looked to the string pulled taught between her middle finger and thumb, peering into its threads.

No, Selene wouldn't be at the party tonight, along with a few others. A shame, really. Umeko sighed through her nose. She'd still go to the dinner, if only so Selene's use of power wasn't in vain. She wasn't about to admit to Selene's face that the only reason she was going to the dinner was to see what Selene revealed. Turning, she continued her walk home.

Xavier returned to his beloved with a bottle of water. He helped sit her up so she wouldn't drown and gently poured the water into her mouth. Not too much, a gentle tap after tap since he was relying on gravity and not voluntary movements. He kissed her forehead once more and laid Selene back. He knew the astral souls would jump the opportunity to take her over, but Xavier willed Selene's mind and dreams to be ever so peaceful. "I'll be right back, cutie." Xavier eased himself off the bed and silently closed Selene's door behind him. "Oookay, Charles. Don't kill him on sight, do not kill him on sight.. Xavier took a breath and marched back to the docks. He ignored everything else and bee lined for Gaige. Upon approaching her he attempted to seduce her with his species signature dance routine. He spun on his right heel and a band of bullets formed wrapping around his thigh, up his body, and up into the air. He stopped abruptly barrel pointed at Gaige, his left arm atop his right covering his nose below. Now that that was out of the way, he detached the gun from the additional ammo and they faded away like black mist. Straight to the point, "Hey, Gaige, you're the most talented designer of all the lands, correct? Capable of breaking something down and rebuilding it better than it was with its base components only, yeah? Want to learn how my telepathic gun works? Go ahead, break it down and if you want maybe mod it out, but I do however have a request. Could you figure out how it works and make something similar for me? It taps a targets mind and links them to mine, allowing me to control their thirty three senses. You're now the second person besides myself that knows how my weapon works without having experiences it first hand. What I want is something similar, another telepathic weapon, but it works on my own psychic energy to manifest my.. ideas. In the shape of a cello bow preferably and instead of hairs its like a band of channeled psychic energy. You've seen a cello bow, correct? Imagine that and as I get into ready position a cello is detailed from that imagination. I trust you can come up with something, please? Thank you" Xavier's smile was kind, but she could easily see a man breaking behind forced composure. He placed the gun down beside her "I've got to get back to Selene. I'll see you when she wakes up, or text me. Again, thank you." Xavier winked and quickly left again, returning back to Selene's bedroom to await and watch over her comatose body.

Jayden "Shachath" Fuertissimo
It took a second to realize what had happened until he looked to his arm and saw Gaiges axe separate the limb from his body, for a moment everything seemed to move in slow motion, it must have just been the sudden shock of having his arm cut off. Soon after this shock ended Jayden was filled with unimaginable pain, so much so that it felt like it went through his entire body. This pain was so intense he thought he might pass out, but just as his consciousness began to fade Selene appeared in his field of view which allowed Jayden to stay conscious for a while longer.

Too weak to speak he could only watch as Selene told the Hydra to return Jaydens belongings, when the Hydra gave Jayden his powers back he felt a small moment of relief from the pain before returning. When Jayden saw what was left of his case be spit up, he was filled with a heavy mixture of anger, sadness, and guilt. The pain of seeing his most prized possession reduced to nothing felt worse than the pain in his arm, that is until Selene brought the chunk of Hydra meat over and began to transform and fuse it to his body. The bonding process proved more painful than Jayden had originally imagined, it was almost as if being struck by lightning a thousand times while the wound was on fire. However, despite Jaydens lack of energy he was still trying to fight through the pain and persever through it.

When Jayden regained some strength he turned to see Selene being carried off by Xavier, when see looked at them he also caught a quick glance at what his arm was becoming. Using his good arm he managed to pull himself over to Pandora and rested its remains on his chest, the sound of the water crashing beyond the docks was so soothing to his ears that he drifted off to sleep.

Rhea
Rhea frowns at what Mason says and thinks about himself due to a few words from the Oracle. The Oracle wasn't right about him but at the moment he believes she is. "Mason, you're not a monster, I promise. I have been by your side for these 5 years and I have never felt that way about you. The Oracle is an enemy who wants to get in your head." Rhea took both his hands in her own. Her hands were warm, around the same size as his since he was a growing man, and soft. "I can't let you feel this way because you don't deserve to be so dejected. Come with me, I have something to discuss with you about this." ( Dirtbear Dirtbear )

Ruina
Upon hearing Trish's voice, Ruina turned around, still smiling, and tilted her head in confusion. "Hm? I'm wearing a dress." She replied simply, clearly unaware of how the countless holes and tears on her dress made it completely innapropriate for an event such as the one Selene was hosting. What she was currently wearing barely qualified as a dress, it was a complete mess. The fact that these holes and tears were revealing certain things only made matters worse. "What's wrong, Trish?" She asked, the confusion evident in her voice. It was then that the Spartan servant of Selene ushered them in and closed the door behind them. Well, she had zero complaints about being in one of her best friend's house. She was positive that Fia would be more than happy to see her.

Kia
Grunting in response to Rhea, Kia walked up to the oracle and grabbed onto her ankles. She had no idea who this 'Oracle' person was, and Rhea didn't explain the mission in detail. That was fine, though, since she would have some fun with the oracle now. She would quite literally drag the oracle to a secure area, and maybe even break her legs so she can't escape. Well... She wanted to break her leg, at least. Unfortunately, the oracle was almost completely incased in metal, courtesy of Mason.

Now that she thought about, she would absolutely love to be in the oracle's place. Getting locked up, treated with little to no respect, and tortured for information. It all sounded too good to be true. To her, at least. Of course, despite her inner thoughts, she remained as indifferent as ever on the outside. "I'll carry it by myself. Don't get in my way." She said to Kira, rather bluntly. The fact that she referred to the oracle as an 'it' was proof enough that she had no respect whatsoever for their new prisoner.

Aurea
As they began to approach her house, Aurea felt that she could probably walk on her own, albeit with some difficulty. But there was no reason to make Blue put her down just yet. Letting him carry her was much more efficient, and it also allowed her to tease him as much as she wanted. "We're almost there, honey." She said to Blue while putting her arms around his neck and pressing her chest against his body. Just because she was tired, didn't mean she couldn't have fun. Besides, this type of behaviour was almost exclusively saved for Blue. Almost.

Selene's Magic
Once Jayden pulled himself over to Pandora he ended up leaving the small spell circle. The arm wasn't compatible with Jayden yet and it was nowhere near fully attached. The spell circle shatters and leaves Jayden with an arm that's only attached to him by a few tendons. Jayden was bleeding out rapidly, gushing blood since the arm was rejecting him. If nothing was done, he would end up dying from blood loss. ( AnthonyWrath AnthonyWrath )

Blue
Blue knew Aurea was teasing him again but the temptation was getting very strong again. He couldn't make a move on it though since he was only supposed to bring her home. "One day Aurea, one day." Blue takes Aurea to her place and sets her on her feet. He holds her tightly from behind to make sure she doesn't fall. "Would you like me to come inside or exit the scene? If you need me to follow in case you lose your balance, I can't promise I'll be gentle if you use it as an opportunity to tease me." Blue holds her tighter, burying his lips in the crook of her neck. Gaige looked at the gun. "Sure just need some things.....first" she said as he left. "Great. Now I need to both find a magic creature with some kind of attribute like that, kill it, and make a weapon." She was voicing her problems to help her think. "That or I go the boring route." She wathe the idiot move out if the circle his new arm barely formed. At this point it was nothing but a strand of muscles and a tendon or two. She raised her axe as she saw him bleeding out again. "Dumbass. Straight dumbass." In one quick swiped the new armed was gone. "All you had to do was sit down and wait. But no you had to get that silly box. Well mister until you learn patience that box is mine until it's repaired." She pulled the box out of his grip. His shoulder was still bleeding. "Well. Guess I need to save your ass another time. When will you learn not to be a fuck up. I swear you should be omega at this point." She also grabbed the hydra flesh. "Until she awakes that sits in my freezer." The last thing she had to do was fix the boy and work on Xavier's weapon in hopes he won't kill the boy. She knew that he would die due to blood loss so she acted fast. She had to make a new torch from scratch. She rushed so it was a little more painful then it had to be. She catered the wound for the second time and could smell the burn flesh again. "Just don't cry. I know it hurts." She was smiling as she burned the flesh that was once his shoulder. AnthonyWrath AnthonyWrath

"Sure thing," she mutters to Rhea. Kira flinched at Kia's harshness to the Oracle and her blunt demeanor. Taking a few hurried steps to catch up to the dragged cocoon and the one dragging it, Kira opened her mouth to say something, sighed, and shut it. As they entered the secure area, Kira shuddered slightly, looking around. "Just... we need answers, alright? Not- not a pile of dead Oracle." She was still in her dress... Maybe it would be good to change out of that in case she needed to shift. This was the nicest one she had and she didn't want to tear it.

"Excuse me a moment," Kira muttered, then ducked off. She wasn't needed with helping anyway, what was a minute or two? She jogged over to somewhere secluded and changed out of her dress quickly, shifting as she went so as not to be exposed. She folded it into a bag and positioned that over her haunches, settling into the familiar form of a tiger. Her eyes were the same color, as always, to help people tell it was her, and the long necklace she always wore dangled among her chest fur, as it did her human neck when walking upright. Kira bounded back to Kia and sniffed loudly, announcing her return so Kia wouldn't be startled by the sudden presence of the tiger.
