Fantasy When Olympus Burns

It appeared this thought projection hadn't provoked any sort of response from Selene, and if she'd heard her there was no obvious action to or reaction to indicate she had. Fia suddenly started levitating as Selene started carrying her over to the water's edge; she let out a growl and then a snarl of protest but again Selene seemed unaffected - she levitated her over the water. The first feeling that swam through her head was anger and there were two reasons for this: her clothes had been left on the ship and she'd always made her phobia of large water bodies quite clear. This rage was quickly drowned out by fear, and it took all of Fia's willpower to resist a wave of catatonia that was trying to wash over her.
When Selene asked her if she'd be joining her for a game of Full Disclosure, Fia glared at her and, without willing it, projected her voice directly into Selene's mind, "Do you genuinely think that this is the time or the place to ask such a trivial question?! Once we get back to land you better go and get my clothes from the ship."

FINNEGAN BROWN​

Finn stared at the ground with empty eyes as Selene guided them through the Astral plane.

Finn my love, it's me. ​

Finnegan groaned internally as he blocked out the spirits from his mind.

Please do me a favour and shut it. I have no idea who you are, but I am certainly not your love. Finnegan growled.
​

The voice giggled before continuing to whisper in his ear. She claimed to be the spirit of someone who had once loved him. She took good care of the boy, she said. If you were someone who cared about me, I'm pretty sure I'd remember. He lied. Of course, Finnegan wouldn't remember even if it were true. He did lose his memory after all. That didn't stop him from having meaningless dreams about his past which made no sense to him.

When they got back to the physical realm, Finnegan couldn't have been more relieved. "Holy fuck, your squad could have used a hand, huh, Alpha?"
Finn snapped from his daze and stared blankly at Avice. "Ha. ha."

"Wow...what happened to that guy." Blue said. Finn stood up, thinking about how to put it in less than a sentence.
"You know what? Don't tell me, I'm going to come up with some excuse to tell Rhea since we all know she's going to lose her mind when she sees this."
"No, it's fine. I'll handle i-"
"Liz-babe, you can heal Maria and Finn now. I'm going to take Aurea to the city and try and uh...calm mom before she sees Finnegan. You tw-...three have fun!" Blue said as he walked off with Aurea.

Finnegan sighed. He didn't see why Blue had to worry about covering up for him. To be honest, he didn't expect anyone to do anything. Why would anyone bother? I'm just the hated Alpha who'd be better off dead in their eyes.
Finn looked around, "... Where's the Oracle?"

ELIAS SACHETS​

Elias had less than pleasant luck on her entry back. "Kyaaah!" She squealed in horror as the portal spit her out from above. She landed with a THUD! The books and other materials fell in after her.
To her surprise, her landing had been soft. She opened her eyes and saw that the reason was because of the human pillow under her. "Y-Y-YUKI! I'M SO SORRY!" She stuttered before crawling off. "Gah! WAIT NO!" Elias whined as some of the papers she was holding on to managed to get swept away with the wind. She set everything else down save the book about demigods and ran after the sheets, catching them JUST in the nick of time-- for they would've blown off into the open waters had she not caught them.

Elias sighed in relief. "Guess I can say I'm lucky this time," She giggled. It looked like she was wrong though. Just as she finished the sentence, a huge wave swept up, threatening to swallow her. "Nooooo!" Elias squeaked as she ran back ashore. She tripped over bare sand and landed on her face, holding the materials high up to save it from the water. The water washed over her and the ordeal was over a moment later when it resided back into the sea (ocean, whatever). She coughed the water out and sat up, dusting the wet sand off her face.

Ruina​

Ruina barely had time to register the fact that Selene, Jayden, and Incompetence had suddenly arrived through portals on Fia and Yuki. Nor did she have the time to comment on Incompetence's missing arm. "Ah, she's getting away!" She exclaimed upon seeing the oracle dash off towards the forest, and began running after her with great haste. Mason had gone after her too, rambling like those serial killers in the horror movies they occasionally watched. "Wait up, Mason!" She shouted at his back. Surely the oracle wouldn't be capable of outrunning and hiding from both of them for long. She hoped the oracle wasn't too fragile, as she might accidentally break her once they caught her.

Aurea​

Leaning up to Blue's face, Aurea gave him a quick peck on the cheek. "Thank you, dear. I'll be sure to pay you back for this in full." She said, though she never bothered to explain how she would go about it. She then sighed as she watched the oracle run off into the forest, and Mason and Ruina chasing after her. Knowing those two, she actually felt sorry for the poor oracle. Perhaps she might not even be among the living by the time they dragged her back.

Her worry then changed to thoughtfulness as she pondered Blue's question. Rhea would certainly be alarmed at the sight of Incompetence's stump. "Indeed, we should at least think of a way to calm Rhea once she sees that... Stump." She said, wondering how the 'alpha' lost his arm. However, once Blue brought her below deck and started looking around, she simply smiled coyly and teased him. "Do you plan on making me repay you already? I'll have you know, I'm quite tired."

The Oracle
​

As Ruina came after the Oracle, the chances of her getting caught shot up. Especially since she was running back to the group without knowing and her stamina was nothing comparable to Ruina's own. Once the Oracle sees Ruina in the distance her heart jumped, not because of fear. She screams loud enough for Ruina to hear and makes a scene trying to 'run' away. Hopefully the other fellow chasing her would hear the scream and come over here as well. The Oracle 'accidentally' trips over a root and lands face first on the ground. She began crawling away from Ruina instead of running fast. ( Verdas Dirtbear )

Blue

Blue shakes his head and smiles at Aurea's remark. As much as he really wanted to they had other things to focus on first. He sits down on a crate and sets her down on his lap. "Nah, you've gotta rest and we have an excuse to make. I have at least some focus...before that I do think we at least have time for a little somethin'." Blue leans in and presses his forehead on hers, obviously moving in to kiss her. He was hoping she wouldn't tease him as she usually does. ( Verdas )

"Oh hey! That's not very fair, ya know. Two against one. Hope the Oracle Princess doesn't mind..." Mason said out to Ruina.​

Mason was on his way to the heat source when Ruina jumped ahead of him. He broke off with hopes of closing off the Princess Oracle. He heard her scream out. Mason hurried, pushing past the bushes with his arms, metal forming up from the armbands to shield him from the raking of branches. Mason could only think of the Princess Oracle being hurt. What if she had been hurt?! Bloody or worse... He wouldn't allow that to happen. Not his Princess Oracle. He was going to be her knight in shining armor. He had to get to her, this was no longer a game.

The Oracle was on the floor when Mason was a few paces from her. His torso was covered in his living armor, getting whacked with thorn bushes and branches wasn't much fun. He looked over to the Princess Oracle, holding out his hands to show he meant no harm.

"Princess Oracle, I don't mean you harm. I'm here to rescue you from your... uh.. lostness. I'll make sure your safe, if you'll believe me. I'm Mason, Princess Oracle. I'll keep you safe."​

Mason got close to the floor, edging his way towards the Oracle.

Demon had grown bored of the train alrwady. Luckily he had prepared for a situation. He let the mission driven Demon take over to train so he would focus more. He knew that he needed to train his body so this time when he slow down time he went to go swim. He liked it and it was exercise so it was a win win. That would be however if the water don't feel like honey as he moved through it. It was a struggle to stay afloat but it was what he needed. He noticed the rank symbol on his left bicep but didn't really care.

Ruina​

The oracle tripped and fell just Ruina was about to catch up to her. She saw Mason trying to console her on the ground, claiming he would keep her safe. That was good, as the calmer the oracle was, the easier the task would be. This task was, of course, to immobilise the oracle in order to ensure she did not run away again. And to do that, she would obviously break the oracle's legs. That was the clearly the right thing to do, though many would disagree.

Thus, approaching the oracle without a word, she grabbed the oracle by both legs below the knee, her power already taking affect. Then, with a sickening crunch, she twisted them in unnatural angles, ensuring that they would not be used until they got back to the city. "Much better, right? Now you can't run!" She said with a smile, as though she had done the oracle a favour. "You shoudn't go running like that. You could've sprained your ankle, you know."

The Oracle

The Oracle screams due to her legs being broken but it was partially questionable if it was in pain. "Are you going to take me in and force me to give you answers like you're fated to? I don't mean anything to you do I? Go on, tell me!" The Oracle begins to cry but once again her reason for crying was questionable. "I hope you rot in Tartarus! I'll never give you anything you want from me, I'd rather die! Get away from me you monster!" She directs that last sentence towards Mason. She was totally hoping he'd approach her anyways. Selene

Selene looks back at Fia laying on the Hydra. Her healing magic was working on the last rib by now so Selene had no worries at all about Fia's welfare. She twirls her umbrella over her head and begins jumping from one lovely Hydra head to the next. "Of course it is. We're not on a mission, you can't physically evade the conversation, and you're not doing anything. So...yes this is the time and place. Who do you think you are, Alpha on a business trip? I'm simply inviting you to join all of us. Just say yes or no, that's all. It would be quite rude of me not to invite you, despite your answer being no in the long run. So as much of a waste of my time this is, I'll ask again. Would you like to join us all in a game of Full Disclosure?" Selene twirls her umbrella once more under the night sky and sighs. "No, I won't be getting your things. I've come to you all as backup and had a solarbeam fired at me from you all. I went back into the realm to grab the Omega and Alpha everyone else left behind and wasn't properly thanked for it. Right now I'm healing you and getting you across the water swiftly so you won't have to deal with a sinkable ship filled with reckless assassins. I'm even hosting a game for you all. Yet you still make demands of me. If I'm honest I'm done doing favours for you all tonight since I haven't received a single thank you yet. I won't go out of my way to grab an article of clothing for you, especially with that attitude. If you want it that badly get it yourself or ask someone else." Selene's Hydra finally reaches the dock and she opens her umbrella. A lowered Hydra head snorts up at her umbrella, giving it a gust of wind to make Selene float off of it on to the docks. Selene has Fia levitate after her. "Don't worry, only a few minutes and your ribs will heal." Selene looks towards her Hydra and smiles. "Honey, make sure you grab others who want to leave faster than that awful ship." The Hydra nods one of its heads and begins swimming back to the forested island. "Now, would you like me to take you to your place Fia?" ( Baconhands )

Selene's reply had Avice snorting before she shook her head and promptly focused on the tingling sensation on the back of her neck, barely just hearing that the daughter of Hekate was starting a game of Full Disclosure as her attention zeroed in on the change. She brought her hand up to the base of her neck and gently rubbed the tattoo as the tingling sensation went away. She'll have to check later when she got back to her quarters what rank she got. She didn't exactly care for it, having been fluctuating around the lower half of the system for ages now, but would like to know if she did something wrong or not during the mission. Because surely it was the mission that prompted the rank change.

Lowering her hand, she turned her attention back to the people in her vicinity; she couldn't help but wonder whose ranks changed. Her gaze lingered on Finnegan and wondered if him losing his arm had any effect. Only then did she notice his deadpan gaze, causing her to smile sheepishly. "Oh, was that too soon?" She sobered up; a somber expression hardening her features. Then she continued, not waiting for a response, voice tinged with as much sincerity as she could possibly muster,"Sorry, Finnegan."

His question about the Oracle reminded Avice that the Oracle had shot off into the distance before Selene, Jayden, and Finnegan had returned, prompting her to straighten up and turn her gaze in the direction she remembered the Oracle ran off to, "She ran off, but I think..." Eyebrows furrowing, Avice tried to recall all the details that happened during the Selene fiasco, "I think Mason ran after he-." She trailed a bit as she moved her gaze from Ruina running in the distance, to Elias falling from a portal above their heads and onto Yuki.

"This day just won't end with surprises, will it? You okay, there, Yuki?" The now-Pi remarked to Finnegan and Jayden as she watched Elias run after some paper and nearly get dragged back into the water in its retreat. "Are you okay, Elias?" Avice called after the daughter of Tyche as she shuffled towards her, "You took a tumble there."

Umeko sighed, watching everyone on the island still. She leaned on the guard rail of the ship, specifically watching her brother. He was... so useless. She hated thinking of her brother like that. but really, it was the only conclusion she could draw. With his demotion to Omega, and the way he floundered about like a fish out of water, her conclusion didn't seem misplaced. Besides, Umeko couldn't see her brother's future, or his past. Truly, one without a fate really was useless. It made her question if Yuki was even intended to be born, or if he's some kind of being that brings himself into existence...

Briefly, Umeko felt her wrist tattoo shifting with a tingle. Her ranking, displayed on the inside of her wrist, had changed from Eta to Delta. A rank up? Interesting...

Yuki let out a yelp of surprise as a portal sprouted from his chest and people jumped out. Thankfully, the light surrounding him healed him enough, along with the acid burn on his back, to the point where he didn't pass out. When Elias dropped onto his chest, Yuki had the breath knocked out of him. He tried to respond with an "It's alright," but all that came out was a dull wheezing.

Waving a small dismissive hand, he found that he didn't even really need to tell Elias he was okay, watching the other jump up and run after pages of a book. Pushing into a sitting position, he looked about. Avice caught his attention with a question, asking if he was okay. "Yeah, I'm fine," he responded when his breath returned, if not a bit curtly. Though despite his slight anger, he was grateful for the interaction.

Seemed like most people were making their way back towards the ship, so Yuki stood, brushed himself off, and started walking in the direction of the ship. Briefly, his shoulder tingled, and he lifted his sleeve to look at his ranking. Omega, huh...? That kinda sucked, but he supposed Jayden kinda deserved it, for slicing off the Alpha's arm. That was damn badass if he ever saw it.

The Hydra


​

Selene's Hydra returned to the forested island as instructed to gather more kids. Since the ship wouldn't leave without a good number of them and it moved slower the Hydra was the better choice. It climbs out of the water, allowing it and seaweed to tumble off of it. Each head curiously looks around the island as it travels the distance towards the sword beacons with ease. The Hydra lays its giant body down upon the grass, peacefully resting while waiting on the group to climb on their heads. One of the heads closely inspect Avice and nudges her with its nose. Afterwards it snorts too hard accidentally with enough force to knock her on her ass. It seemed it wanted to be pet while it relaxed. Another Hydra head had Elias's collar in its jaws. It had picked her up from the beach on its way up. It drops her on the grass and begins nudging her with its seriously rough scales. Her entire head was only the size of its eye. It seemed like Selene had either bitched out the one ferocious beast or domesticated it like a dog. ( Alecto Totorokoro Noivian AnthonyWrath And others who are there )

ELIAS SACHETS​

Elias felt a shiver run down her spine as the sea breeze blew past her. It was a sunny day, but being drenched in water didn't help her. She folded the loose sheets and placed them inside the book, while moping about how she should've just kept her mouth shut.

"Are you okay, Elias?" Avice asked, "You took a tumble there." Elias nodded bashfully, "I'm okay. Just a little wet," she smiled sheepishly. "On the bright side, I managed to save the sheets. How are you doi-" She trailed off and turned to look at the sea. Sure enough, a huge Hydra was coming their way.

If it had been a regular one, Elias would have shrieked and run for cover, but not this one.
"Ah it's Pock- I mean Selene's Hydra!" She smiled. Pocky was the nick name she had given it since she didn't know if it had a name. Of course, she kept that information to herself... Mostly.

Suddenly one of its head picked her up, causing Elias to momentarily squeak in protest. A moment later, she realized that it was just taking her back to land. Elias held onto the book tightly and kept her eyes closed, willing her luck to not turn against the Hydra. She opened her eyes only after she felt the tufts of grass beneath her feet.

"Ow," Elias giggled as the Hydra nudged her. She turned around and looked at it with a bright smile. Elias was always shy around people, but she felt much more calmer with beings that didn't talk back to her (that way, she doesn't have to worry about saying something stupid and making a fool out of herself).

"You're pretty cheerful today, aren't you, Pocky~?" She said softly as she scratched it under it's jaw.

After exiting the beacon Dante' waited for everyone else to head before he did, but everything was taking a bit longer than expected. So he decided to just head back on his own. He didn't need the ship since he was the son of the Titan Oceanus. He made his way down towards the river with his trident in hand. He step foot on the surface of the water and instantly begins gliding along the surface of the river heading back home. The closer he got home the stranger he felt. He felt as if he was slowing down. In the distance he noticed Demon floating in the water. At the moment everything became clear.

Hydra Head #8: Pocky

As Elias scratched the bottom of Pocky's head it begin to release a whine of comfort. A gust of wind blew by Elias once again, which was just Pocky snorting. Smoke began to rise from its jaws and nose, which was Pocky's specific way of showing they're relaxed. The other heads didn't react to the name Pocky, they continued to lay down since they went by different names from different people. Pocky noticed the book in Elias's hand and began leaning towards it. Pocky sticks out its prehensile tongue to try and grab the book. Unlike the other heads, Pocky had an appetite for books. The Hydra seemed to whine happily at the idea of Elias bringing it a book to eat. ( Totorokoro )

Seeing the hydra come out of the water, Umeko couldn't help but feel a twinge of envy, and an even bigger twinge of resent towards Selene. Broodingly, Umeko got off the boat and made her way towards the hydra, examining it from afar but not intending on interacting. She really didn't want to ride that monster back home, but because people decided they did want to, Umeko knew the boat wasn't going to move any time soon. Her usual blank and expressionless face contorted into one of displeasure as she drew nearer.

Umeko paused, realizing something. Selene managed to make her angry. She frowned again, the thought of someone making her angry just continuously making her angrier. Sighing to herself, she spread her right hand, revealing a web of strings of fate. Today was much clearer from here on out. Some romantic pursuits, a game, training... nothing noteworthy. Umeko decided to take a closer look at Selene's past later today. Know thy enemy, as her mother always said. Calming down with her advantage over the other, her face returned to a normal blank expression as she approached the hydra.

Yuki paused his motion towards the boat, seeing the hydra come towards the sword beacons. He grinned. Oh yeah, that was his kind of transportation! It beat taking a stinky boat with his sister for half an hour. Running up to the nearest hydra head, he waved his arms, smiling happily. "Yo, Oki!" Yuki called out. Whichever head was named that would know who it was. "Down here, down here!"

If Fia could have expressed surprise, she would have. She had expected Selene to be a little bit more sympathetic to her situation but some of the points she'd made were valid; Fia took her word for it that she had come to help out in the mission, and while she had taken the wolf out quite suddenly over the water, Fia had to admit that the ride was somewhat smoother than the ship.
Remaining silent until they made landfill, Fia's voice once again projected itself into Selene's mind, this time it was meek, quiet, almost submissive. The voice was slow; she was obviously picking her words carefully, "I... I'm sorry... you know how... irrational I get around stuff like this; I wasn't thinking straight. I'm terrified of getting back on that ship Selene, and I must thank you for the significantly smoother ride back over to this part of Terra Firma. I didn't want to demand anything of you, and now I guess I'm begging you, as one of the few people I trust, to at least get my hoodie for me. As for the healing, I greatly appreciate it; I didn't realize it was you... me and her... we don't share memories, I don't even know how I got hurt so badly... to sum it up, I apologize and thank you."
She mentally sighed, one final thing popped into her mind to finally seal this apology, "I guess I'll need to put on some clothes if I'll be joining you later for that game of your's. Could you please take me back home?"

Mason watched as Ruina came up and grabbed the Princess Oracle's legs and distorted them in an awful angle. Mason looked at Ruina in disbelief. He was so slow to react in the Oracle's defense, not seeing that he needed to defend her from Ruina. He jumped over the Oracle to place himself between the two. Mason looked at Ruina as the Oracle cried.

"That was beyond unnecessary, Ruina. Quite excessive use of your powers for such a helpless Oracle. I could've gotten her back safely." He turned to look at the Oracle before she shouted back at them.​

Mason recoiled from being called a monster. He stopped and thought what she meant. Was he the monster for allowing this to happen or was she talking about something else entirely? Mason leaned forward to calm her down, see if he could set her legs with his metal and bind them together. He places his arms on the grotesque forms and heard them crunch back under the force of the metal casts. Mason cringed as he heard it, anticipating the screams to come. It was necessary, he couldn't do anything else.

"Soo sorry, Princess Oracle. As much as I hate to agree, you can't be running around here." He said as sincere as he could as he set her legs in a more natural form, encasing her legs together with his living metal.

Jayden saw the Hydra going for the book in Elias' and didn't like the way this scene played out in his head, so he quickly set Finn on the ground and pulled out a guitar from Pandora and struck a chord blasting the book out of her hand and towards him. Jayden then jumped and caught the book," let me hold on to that for you." He smiled and swiftly strapped it to his side. Jayden then played another power chord and knocked Elias away from the Hydra, Jayden the readied for what the Hydra would do next.

The Hydra
A Very Antagonized Pocky

​

Pocky watches as its food, the book, was taken from it. He no longer releases smoke from his nose and only from his jaw, indicating he's irritated. Pocky wasn't going to harm Jayden for it though. He was simply going to make another attempt to eat the delicious book later. That was until Jayden knocked Elias back with a soundwave. Which was seen as an attack upon Elias in Pocky's eyes. Pocky also saw Jayden preparing for its next move, showing it that Jayden intentionally did this to start a fight. In its own monstrous opinion, Elias and itself hadn't done a thing. They were sitting while Elias displayed lunch and all of a sudden Jayden attacked. This angered Pocky to the point of full on assault. Pocky fires a plume of smoke out of its mouth, completely surrounding Jayden and the area around him. The smoke and ash were so thick it was pitch black. In a few moments before Jayden would suffocate to death, Pocky inhales the smoke. Which gets rid of it completely. Though when it does Jayden's powers were not only nullified, they were stolen. Pocky screeches at Jayden, which causes sound waves to peel his skin and knock him into the air. Pocky moves at the speed of sound and bites the book, whipping its head to the side. Once it does so the book is removed from Jayden but Jayden himself is propelled towards the ground. The way he was thrown and at the speed, once he landed on his right arm a vile crunching sound could be heard as it went from stiff to stringy due to snapped bones. Pocky tosses the book up into the air and swallows it whole. Pocky then sees Pandora as well and mistakes it for a book, eating that afterwards. Pocky turns around and inches towards Elias. The previously irritated Hydra picks Elias up by her collar again and begins sliding its tongue up her face...sslllooowlllyy.

Oki, the 7th head of the Hydra took notice of Yuki and dipped downwards a few moments later. Oki opens its jaws and bites down on Yuki's pants, pulling him high into the sky. Yuki was now dangling upside down and Oki seemed to be making a chuckling sound with growls. Oki would occasionally do things like this to Yuki but it did appreciate his company. So whenever Yuki tried to leave or was too far away, it would scoop him up in its jaws so he couldn't leave it behind. Oki began to lightly bob Yuki up and down to see if anything would fall out of his pockets. That trick always amazed Oki, thinking it was a peculiar form of magic rather than it just being gravity. Once Jayden struck a cord, Oki turned to the ordeal, watching it all occur with Yuki. Once Pocky was done with Jayden, Oki seemed to snarl, as if it wanted to get in a fight too since it just watched one. Aggression was slowly starting to spread to each Hydra head, starting at Pocky and now at Oki. The trail might end if #6 doesn't witness this ordeal. ( Noivian AnthonyWrath Totorokoro Alecto )

The Oracle
​

The Oracle flails around and ends up hitting Mason, trying to drag herself away afterwards. "Get away from me! I don't want your help! Don't give me your kindness you enemy. Just kill me now, I'd rather die than give you what you want!" The Oracle needed to keep this up. She was totally hoping for a huge fight to happen here. Hopefully a one-sided 2v1 because that would be an excellent combination with how dangerous these two were. "You're just vile and disgusting, just like your father. You damned Child of Hephaestus!" The Oracle hits him one last time. ( Verdas Dirtbear )

Selene

Selene stares at Fia, not even twirling her umbrella as she began to think about what she just heard. Her glowing red eyes seem to pierce Fia's own and her moonlit silver hair seemed to shimmer. "I accept your apology. I can understand fear myself...I battle it everyday. Which is why we both know I don't come out when the sun is up." Selene looks at her umbrella and thinks about how much she cherishes it, even if it's just an item. Maybe her hoodie meant just as much or even more. It would be quite hypocritical for Selene to treasure this and deny someone else the right to do the same. "Alright, I'll get you your hoodie. I'll also try and help with your memory issue and your powers overall. It won't happen overnight but I can tell you it'll work in the long run. On one condition though. You learn how to swim and get over your fear of water. It doesn't feel too good, being held back by fear. So in trade for all of this help I will offer to assist you in getting over your fears as long as you put in the effort yourself...and show up for the game. Do we have a deal?" Selene begins walking towards Fia's house, having the wolf levitate after her. ( Baconhands )

Umeko paused, watching Jayden blast the hydra. She couldn't help but sigh heavily. Just stealing the book would have been fine, but he had to go and get the beast mad at him? She shook her head, watching as Pocky retaliated with smoke and stealing Jayden's powers. Served the idiot right for attacking Selene's pet. It was an obvious 1v8+ battle, why was Jayden picking a fight with the thing? Not even Blue was that cocky. As the hydra launched Jayden, she calmly stepped over and kneeled by his side. "That's quite a nasty break you have there," she remarked calmly. "Why did you attack Pocky? I'm curious."

Laughing happily as he was picked up by his pants, Yuki's hands gripped his belt to keep himself from loosing them. Unfortunately, that meant that everything else was free to fall off of him, including his pocket full of shurikens and the large katana on his back. He had also stored a few hard candies in his pockets, wrapped in plastic so as not to get all sticky on the mission. Those fell to the floor as well, as Yuki was shaken. The boy's good-natured laughing came to a close as the hydra head stopped shaking him and looked towards where Jayden had attacked Pocky. Perplexed, Yuki was slightly surprised when Oki growled towards Jayden. "Hey, hey, he released a hand on his pants to rub the underside of the hydra's jaw, "we're all friends here. Let's be cool, okay Oki?"

ELIAS SACHETS

Elias hummed cheerfully as she pet Pocky. She noticed it eyeing the book she was holding onto and huffed when it stuck its tongue out, "No Pocky. This is not food." She did her best to stare the Hydra down, but being Elias, a glare would only seem like a squint. Pocky whined happily and Elias shook her head, holding back a smile. "Nope. I'll bring you some books once we get back to the island okay?" She cooed before petting him above his nostrils.

Out of the blue, Elias heard a very off-beat chord and before she could react, the book was blasted away from her. "Ah!" She cried out in shock and watched as the book was caught by Jayden. "Let me hold on to that for you." he said with a smile. His sudden attack caused a moment of panic in her, W-why would you do that?
"Jayden! Please give that book back." She cried as she turned to face him, "It's very importa- hhrrk!" Without wasting another second, Jayden had struck another chord, blasting her away from Pocky. Elias fell back and narrowly missed hitting her head on a rock. Instead, she had fallen right on the rock. "Ow," She whimpered in pain as she curled up. She didn't understand why Jayden would attack her, nor did she understand what she had done to anger Jayden.

Pocky seemed to have goten angered by this and went after Jayden. Elias understood it's noble intentions, but she knew that it wouldn't have been a fair fight. "Pocky wait, don't attack!" She exclaimed as she sat up. Unfortunately, the Hydra had done just the opposite. She glanced towards Jayden, feeling slightly sympathetic at his state. While she didn't know why he did what he did, Elias didn't really wish any harm to come upon him. A few moments later, she realised that Pocky had just gone after the book. She would've sighed in relief, had she not remembered that books were Pocky's favourite snack.

Elias cupped her hands over her mouth and yelled, "POCKY DON'T EAT THE...." The Hydra flung the book into the air and the next moment, it vanished into it's mouth. Gone forever. "....Book." Her shoulders hung and she stared at the Hydra, speechless. That book had been very important, and while Elias didn't agree with some of its contents, she knew that it would have been useful for the demigods in battle. How was she supposed to face the others? She couldn't tell them that the Hydra ate it. At least I got to read it... I'll have to stick to explaining it on my own. Elias shuddered at the very thought. She was nervous of even talking to people in general. Going up and explaining an entire concept to them (possibly speaking for over 2 minutes?), yep. She was terrified.

Of course, as disappointed as Elias was, she couldn't really blame Pocky for his liking towards books. She watched as it slowly made it's way towards her. "Bad Pocky," she mumbled as she crossed her arms. The hydra picked her up by the collar. Elias was about to huff and turn away when she suddenly felt its coarse tongue slowly licking her face.
Now, Elias loved Pocky. He was as playful as a puppy. When a puppy licked her, it was a tiny thing and though it tickled, it was pleasant. But Pocky was not a puppy. Its tongue was much bigger and definitely much more coarser. Also, as Elias had noted in the past, Pocky liked to lick her ssllooowly. Not something she particularly enjoyed.

Elias felt a shiver run down her body and flinched. She stood still, resisting the urge to cringe and die. She put her shaking hand up to persuade Pocky to stop, but no, it didn't help her cause. "G-good... Pocky..." She whispered in agony as it continued to slobber over her.

Fia slowly nodded, "We have a deal. Once we get to my home I'd appreciate it if you would open the door for me; I'd rather not have to turn into my human form in a public setting, especially with Blue within 100 miles of me."
She was satisfied with the proposal Selene had made; while she would have prefered Selene get all of her clothes, she only really cared about the hoodie - the rest could be replaced, the hoodie held sentimental value. Fia wasn't sure how Selene would help her with her powers; she wasn't sure that outside help would be effective, given the territorial nature she had when she let her more... instinctual self take over. Learning to swim, however, was something Fia couldn't be more terrified of and more appreciative of; it was a primal fear more than anything - maybe with Selene's help Fia could get over it.

Pocky & Oki
​

Pocky continues to lick Elias's face until it was finished. Pocky began to nudge Elias once more, expecting her to play a game. This nudge wasn't very heavy so it probably wouldn't push her to the ground. Pocky begins to blow smoke out of his mouth and nose once more. The Hydra had now calmed down and was no longer in the mood to fight, especially since it was game time. Pocky had completely forgotten the fact that it was here to take the kids across the waters.

Oki stops growling and begins moving down to the ground once more. It releases Yuki from its jaws but extends its tongue and pushes it on Yuki's chest, holding him to the ground. Oki began to shuffle through his things, separating the shiny things from the dull. Once Oki was done, he released Yuki and pushed the pile of dull items towards him. The pile of shiny items stayed on Oki's side. Oki then nudges Yuki right into the pile of dull items, chuckling again in its own way. ( Noivian Totorokoro )
