Penny was about to respond to Minato's offer of soup when Miu suddenly giggled and soon embraced Penny as if finding a new best friend. She began to feel more and more uncomfortable when she hears Miu whispering some very misleading words to words to her as a robot. "U-uhm..." Penny gulped as her face became a bit red, glancing at Minato as if asking for help.

Before she could vocalize her plea, Kaede dragged her friend off of and away from her.

"Sounds like the two are gonna be at it again." Minato sighed, lifting the bag of canned soup in front of Penny as of asking her to take it. "Here. Take one if you want." He said as Penny accepted the bag, soon looking at two.

Minato watched the impending calamity that'll occur between the two girls as he drank his soup, trying to satisfy his hunger.

"Wait...What?" Gong's eyes widen when he heard that the King's wife had died once. If it's true then...Wouldn't she be dead? Either way, he should pay respect to Alm as thanks for letting him stay. "N-never mind that. Sounds like a very touchy subject to go to anyway." He said, avoiding to talk about the king's dead queen as he took one final bite of the bread as he looked ahead. "If ya don't mind, I'll go check out the village for now."

She asked, curious if she'll see a bear or two since she had only seen a Polar Bear back on her world.

There is no alternative to keep her restrained...although, there had been times that Peacock can be a bit too friendly, depending on her mood. We might as well go for the former that is duct taping her eyes shut and let her to live for now."

"I'll have my men take care of that." Parasoul says "But for now, we need to go up. Yu or the other guy, would either of you mind carrying Peacock to the roof? Molly is still needing us." And with that said, she immediately went ahead, followed by Valentine.

.....

"Oh no!" Nadia cried when the Dreadnought has decided to bring in their jets. On the other hand, Filia, Cerebella, and Painwheel held their dear lives as they are going straight ahead to the giant ship, only to be beaten by the catgirl when she "accidentally hits maximum overdrive" and crashes into the Dreadnought, seemingly killing her...or is she?

Celicas eyes widened at the mention of kids attacking "Wait a minute you can't be serious. Kids can't do that! They aren't capable of doing that! And where is Iatowa!? How on earth did I get here!" As she shouted she then remembered the screams in the appartment, none of those were kids. They were all people older then her. And if that were the case she was probably on their list as well. It wouldn't have made sense to her in Valentia but at the moment everything she had seen pointed to it being a bunch of murderous kids. If it were anything else those things may have been indiscriminate but they deliberately attacked adults. "Look Swerve I need to get in contact with anyone, are there other survivors?"

As Midoriya and Sash heard a loud BANG, their attention was drawn to a white ship hovering amongst the city. Something quite similar to a war boat.

"The Villain behind this must be there..." Midoriya muttered aloud, staring at the ship as if to study it. He soon turned to the remains of the Monokuma bot. "And whoever that may be may have a similar quirk to Yaoyorozu-san'a Creation Quirk..."

"Uh...What?" Lilac raised a brow at Midoriya's ramblings, soon beginning to explain who might be in the ship. "Sad to say...No, it's not a single person but a group of children."

"W-WHAT?!" Midoriya said in exaggerated shock, like he has always done. But this shock was justifiable. Children being the masterminds behind this...It's just too crazy.

"Yeah, no kidding." Lilac said, looking back at the ship. "Five kids, 3 boys and 2 girls calling themselves the 'Warriors of Hope'. They plan to create a utopia for children or something."

"But...How could they do such things?!" Midoriya asked Lilac with pure frustration, soon looking back at the ship. "They're KIDS! They...They shouldn't be able to become Villains this early in their life..." He said in a panicked tone, not sure how to handle villains so young.

D.Va and Magnus: En-route to Hellicarrier Dreadnought
D.Va tried to lead the Quinjets and Iron-Symbiotes away, flying in circles around the Dreadnought. The cannons of the Dreadnought turned towards the MEKA and started to open fire, launching seeking missiles and dozens of shells.
"Keep going, team!" D.Va shouted "I'm gonna keep annoying these noobs."

She watched as the rogue Quinjet crashed into the side of the Dreadnought and tried to fly towards it, only for gunfire to block her path.
"O eoseo (Oh, come on)!" D.Va shouted "I'm not that annoying."

An Iron-Symbiote descended towards her, charging up a blast from one it's palms. D.Va gave it a cheeky wink before flying upwards, avoiding the shot.
"Come and get me!" She teased

Magnus tried to stay on his feet but was thrown back as the Quinjet avoided a few shells. While holding on tight, he walked over to the pilot.
"Follow that rogue Quinjet. The mad bastard's given us an opening. Full steam ahead!"
The pilot ignored Magnus' comment put pushed the Quinjet further, now getting within a few hundred meters.

Venkman gave Dallas a puzzled look and turned around, thoughtfully stroking his chin.
"Let me guess. You're a lost World War...I mean, Great War soldier who just showed up here? I've known enough Vampires to know what 'Jerry' means, but you're definitely not a Vampire. Grim Sight would tell me otherwise."
He paused "It's another Mage thing." He explained with a wave of his hand "In answer to your question, yes I'm mad. But that's typical of a Mage like me."

One of the other Mages was waving Venkman over
"Excuse me for a minute."

"Sir." He began
"Don't call me sir, please." Venkman shook his head
"We intercepted a communication. It sounds like a distress signal."

Cortova manages to patch up some aspects of her ship after some work and some luck. “Right... now how bad of an idea is a distress beacon…” She mutters, considering her options as she checks the systems again.

“Scanner’s still out, no clue how close the nearest settlement is. And as much as I like to think I could survive by myself, I certainly won’t have enough food to support you guys.” She groans, hating this. “I mean, let’s just hope whoever finds us is either friendly or stupid.” She decides, and activated the distress beacon.

She checks the sensors on her exosuit. “They’ll probably want me to take this off. Better start depressurizing.” She hits the button, hearing the telltale hiss of air. She sits back in her chair, waiting. This can make her a bit sick for a bit.

@ anyone a radio that would pick this up.

Venkman stroked his chin "Alright, send one of the boys to investigate...Or you know what, I'll go myself. If something goes wrong I can jump into the Twilight."

Venkman stepped back into the building and with a wave of his hand conjured a Twilight Gate, walking through it and making his way towards the distress beacon. Travelling though the Twilight was quicker, for Venkman allowed Spirits to carry him. A journey that might have taken him a few hours only took minutes, and he arrived at the downed ship.

Stepping out of a gate, Venkman walked up to the ship.
"Hello?" He called out "I got your beacon!"

“So, this is going to sound really stupid, but do you know where we are? Venkman placed his hands in his pockets and turned around. Using his left foot he drew a large circle
"Imagine this circle is the Multiverse." He explained, jumping into the circle while looking back at Cortova "Every possibility creating it's own universe."

While in the circle he drew a smaller circle with his foot and stepped inside it.
"And this, this is where we are. People call it Gladius, and since I'm not the one who discovered it...Well, I don't exactly have naming rights."
His tone was friendly, although fast-paced. He walked outside of the circle and started to kick dust over the larger one, his face turning to a grim expression.
"Something happened to the Multiverse. Something pretty fucking awful. Imagine a dark shadow consuming world after world."
He stepped back into the circle "And this, this Gladius is really all that's left. Something brought us all here in order to protect us...I hope."

He scratched the side of his head "It's not made any statements so I don't know why we're all here. Haven't a bloody clue, I'm afraid...And it's sure as hell not luck."

He glared at Cortova, using his Fate Sight. His intentions were nothing more than wanting to help her find family members. Normally he would see golden threads of string locking the fates of people together. Some would fly off into different directions. Venkman recalled how once he'd used the same ability to find the loved ones of a deceased person and how the brightest thread Jolie had actually led to him.

Cortova was different. She had golden threads of course, but they didn't seem like they were going anywhere. They all stopped at her. He smirked slightly at the thought of discovering a new kind of life form.

“I’m Cortova.” She replies to him, looking up from his drawing in the sand. “So, you’re telling me that I’m not just on a new planet, but a new universe?” She sighs, pulling off her helmet, and tucking it under one arm.

Her hair is kind of a mess, but she doesn’t really care. She feels the swarm move down to hide in the rest of her suit, though some hide in the shade provided by her hair instead. She’s not bad looking, considering the circumstances, with sharp, alert eyes, and somewhat angular features.

“So… what’s gladius like? If I’m going to be stuck here, I would really be grateful for some help.” She murmurs, smiling wearily.

Jeremiah, the Xanthous King

They spoke tales of a city on the furthest reaches of Gladius which civilization had left long abandoned. A land dominated by the rich and powerful, and prowled by dangerous bandits that preyed on the foolhardy who sought the land's riches. A land of fortune, fate, and the luck of the dice.

Jeremiah wasn't impressed. The roads were broken and useless. There was the stench of people who hadn't showered in years that perforated everywhere, as well as the sight of the sad, run-down buildings constructed in a style that wasn't too pleasing to the eye, which constantly wore on his nerves.

"This place is a shithole."

This drew some glances from people.

"What? I'm saying what we're all thinking."

After some quiet murmurs of agreement, the wastelanders returned to their games, happily gambling away. Though Jeremiah was hardly a gambling man - at least not in terms of dice - he found it difficult to blame these people for their behaviors, especially when the end of the world loomed. But then, he'd seen others easily go about their business, in the other great surviving metropolises of Gladius. Perhaps it was just the gloom of the Wasteland that brought it out in people.

That said, this local drink - what'd they call it, Nuka-something? - tasted amazing. Jeremiah was content to be by himself in the lonely corner of this casino, hunched over the bar, great Xanthous Crown hanging rather obnoxiously over the bar and into the bartender's workspace. Suffice it to say, the man in bright yellow was very hard to miss, and obviously an outsider.

There must have been a good reason for him to be here, of all places. Not that Jeremiah had been keen to tell anyone yet.

Christine: The Wasteland
latest

Christine spent every day alone in the Sierra Madre casino. She had nowhere to go. Nothing to do in life. she felt sad as she watched the holograms of the casino walk around the casino, doing the same thing for eternity. She hoped one day, perhaps after some amount of years, the casino could return to regular society. She would love being there when that happens. But she was going insane. She wanted to leave. The Sierra Madre was in terrible state. Ghosts still roamed the streets, much of the air was toxic, and there was still many hostile holograms.

Christine wanted to go to Vegas. She wanted to have fun. She wanted to get drunk for the first time in seven years. Life in Sierra Madre was not providing her this. She didn't know much of it but she didn't care. She simply wanted to take a vacation from the Sierra Madre. She chose to head east to get to this city. Before she left she chose to take a few supplies for the road. Including her old bomb collar and a gun and baton from the police station to protect her. Not to mention many medical supplies from the medical district.

Christine hasn't been to the wastelands outside the casino for years. She felt as if was different for some reason oddly. Different things were found here that seemed... Out of this world? She didn't think about it.

Gomorrah_1111966.jpg

Christine finally made it to New Vegas. She has never actually been to Vegas before: Only Freeside. She heard great things about the city but never went because she never had enough caps. But she eventually got caps by selling supplies found in the Sierra Madre.

When Christine entered through the gates, she chose to simply go to the first open casino there was. She knew that the Lucky 38 is never open so she went to the Gamorrah. She immediately was given a bad feeling of the building. Prostitutes and strippers were scattered all throughout the inside and outside of the building. It was disgusting but she knew she'd be fine with it after a couple of dozens of drinks.

Christine went into the building and headed to the bar, sitting next to a man wearing odd clothing and having some sort of clothing wrapped around and on the top of their head (Jeremiah). Christine sat down and ordered a drink, eyeing that wrapping around Jeremiah's head.

"What's the story with your face?" She asked him.

"Hold on, I dont think it wants to fight us." Yu said, stepping in front of Parasoul as if to prevent her from attacking.

"Molly-chan said something about a cure arriving here...Could this be what she meant?" Yosuke mentioned, preparing several Kunais in his free hands to throw in case things go out of hand. "Uh...Hey, buuudyy...!" Yosuke approached the white creature slowly, as if in caution. "I think the sick people upstairs." He said, pointing upwards to emphasize his claim.

"What's with your face?"

Jeremiah rose his head at the sudden verbal intrusion, lifting his obviously weighty headwrappings into the air with little trouble. Turning his head to look at the woman to spoke to him, he slowly removed the now-empty Nuka-Cola bottle from his lips, which were hidden beneath the yellow silk concealing his face. In fact, no facial feature was discernable underneath the xanthius silk, with only the base of his neck being at all visible.

The man seemed to study the woman before him briefly before responding, without missing a beat, "What's with your face?" Evidently, he was unwilling to answer her question. Or possibly - evident from the rather clueless tone in his voice - he had simply never noticed that it was his headwrappings that the woman was referring to in the first place. Either way, the question was dodged, and Jeremiah was content.

Though he sensed that her question, more than a simple inquiry, may have also been an invitation for an introduction. He may as well humor her and answer that, at least.

"I am the Xanthous King," the man in yellow answered, straightening his back in pride as he answered, as if the title even meant anything. "But you can call me Jeremiah. I'm not your king, after all." He suddenly chortled as he turned his head away from his conversation partner, back to his empty glass bottle. "Thank the gods I'm not your king. Not even I can save this hellhole."

Already, it was quite evident to any stranger that this man held himself in high regard. Was any of this ego warranted?

"I'm sorry," Jeremiah added quite quickly, as if struck by a sudden thought. "How rude of me. You are?"

His men were all looking at Kenobi after Thrawn made a decision. Kenobi isn't a man who abandoned his men just like in the Clone Wars. Kenobi isn't corrupted to the dark side as he still remembers who he was in the past until now even though he decides to forget the past years ago. He controls the dark side. Kenobi has no choice but to agree with what the Chiss said.

"What's with your face?"

What the man said reminded Christine of her own face. Her own disgusting face. She remembered the scars. She put her right hand on her jaw for a second, feeling the scar that lied on the jaw. It had been such a long time since she's last seen a mirror. Since she's last seen herself. It makes sense that the man wouldn't answer such a rude question of her's. Perhaps they just don't think of it, like Christine's scars.

By the time Jeremiah was finished speaking, the bartender came back to her. Christine gripped her glass and took a sip of it.

"I'm Christine," Christine said putting her drink down "I'm sorry if the question sounded rude to you."

Jeremiah seemed like an odd person to Christine. He seemed to arrogant. And he called himself a king? King of what? He might have been on drugs for all Christine knew. It wouldn't be much of a surprise. She heard about a lot of people with addiction problems in New Vegas and Freeside. Not to mention that a casino full of hookers could likely be a hotspot for druggies.

"Don't worry too much about this city. There are places much worse." Christine said under her breath as she looked at her glass. She then turned back to Jeremiah and asked him "What are you the king of exactly?"

Adam
Metro-Gotham
As they made their way to the warehouse, Adam hung back a bit while the others got into position, he was going to attack from an unexpected location. So as Jolie disabled the lights and whatnot, Adam approached the back to those back entrances they usually have. Once he heard Thor tear open the doors through the front, Adam quickly turned on his night vision that his armor provided, and with his peak human strength, easily kicked open the door. Knowing it was going to cause noise, Adam moved in quickly, expertly with his peak human reflexes checking every corner of where he was entering with ease, finding no one so far.

He quickly strafed along the sides checking everywhere where he moved for any moving signatures that was not Thor or Jolie. And that's when he eventually found some, finding the weak-points in the armor very quickly, Adam with pinpoint precision, dropped some rounds into weak points in their arm's incapacitating them and disabling the use of their gun's as they couldn't hold their rifles and whatnot. However turning the corner, someone he didn't see, came from out of nowhere, and with little time to react, Adam very quickly let go of his weapon letting the Scar dangle from its sling, as he used an open palm to push the gun away from his face, before he would grip it, while bursting forward, preventing the thug from turning the gun back around, then relentlessly kneeing the thug in his chest, and with the thug bending over in pain, ripping off the helmet, and then pulling the gun towards himself, giving less control over it to the thug before using the grappling position to smack the thug's gun's barrel into his face, using it to knock him unconscious.

Before he went back to fighting he heard footsteps from behind him, someone only with his advanced hearing could hear over the chaos of the situation, Adam quickly rolled all the while grabbing his rifle as the gunshot went off the thug missing before Adam stopped in an urban prone position before dropping rounds in weak-spots of the thug's legs, causing him to drop in pain, Adam used this opportunity to speed blitz the man kicking the gun out of his hand, before tearing off his helmet, and beating him with the butt of his rifle, knocking this thug unconscious as he spat blood onto the floor as he was struck.

Considering he was quite in the open, Adam moved back to the outskirts of warehouse cloaking perfectly in the darkness picking off those men through incapacitating them while they didn't see it coming due to the silenced rifle. Finally taking the time to reload.

Venkman: The Wasteland
"It's um..." The Mage scratched the back of his head "It's not great. At least this planet isn't." He explained "I mean the place we're standing in now was created by nuclear war in it's own universe and then brought over here."
He pointed upwards "Up there, it's better. They call the planet Gladius-II. Again, I don't have naming rights. It's better than down here but they're strict about who they let in."

Venkman took notice of her comment about the stars. If she was around during the night, she might see the stars of other universes simply blink out of existence one after the other. He had been caught staring at them himself, but was talked down by other Mages. He knew men and women who had been driven mad by the fear of the so-called darkness reaching Gladius, and the stars were just a reminder of that.

He decided to question her on the the stars later. Right now, he had to figure out what she was. With a few waves of his hands he could help her a bit, take her to the South or to Diamond City but he wasn't sure if he could risk it in case the woman was human.

He placed his hands in his pockets and started to walk towards Cortova, however he walked past her and to the side of the ship.
"If you get this thing to fly again I might be able to put a good word in with my friends in the South. Smuggle you onto Gladius-II." He explained "But I can't do that for just anybody, Cortova"
He leaned against the side of the ship "I'm Albert." He said "But people around here call me Venkman 'cause I can talk to ghosts."

New York
Anti-Venom would hiss in response, not taking the threat as an idle one. At the same time, he was focused on the infected and the sick. A voice to speak to Parasoul over a radio.
"Listen to me." Reed spoke, sounding out of breath "Whatever you do, don't hurt that creature. I used it to make the cure...Look, he might seem intimidating but so long as you aren't infected and you don't attack him, you'll be safe."

Anti-Venom stared at the girls before making his way down another corridor.
"I'm sending SHIELD agents to your location to help with the cleanup. They'll take Anti-Venom off your hands." He reassured

He leaned over a table in his lab and looked at a console.
Cure progression: 99.95%

The streets were clear, the underground was clear and with most of the remaining symbiotes on the Dreadnought, all that remained in the city were those hiding in buildings. Reed knew that eventually they would grow hungry and have to search for food, having to leave the buildings. It could take days, even weeks or months but symbiotes would be back on the streets. When that happened, all SHIELD had to do was target them with the cure.

D.Va and Magnus: Hellicarrier Dreadnought
D.Va caught a glimpse of the now upgraded Quinjet flying at full speed towards the Dreadnought
"You gotta tell me how you guys did that. Not sure on the colours, but I'd really love that for my girl here." D.Va said, letting out a slight laugh. Her communications were filled by the sounds on gunfire again "Oops, no time for chat."

She flipped the MEKA over and flew underneath the Dreadnought, having Quinjets and Iron-Symbiotes chase after her. She pushed the MEKA to top speed and then pulled back, launching a barrage of rockets at one of the Quinjets.
-
Magnus was thrown back as the now upgraded Quinjet flew forwards, blasting a hole in the side of the Dreadnought and flying through it. The pilot had a look of shock on his face.
"What the..." He quickly snapped himself back into focus, shaking his head and opening the doors. Magnus was the first out, wielding his flaming sword in one hand and holding the Shield of Heroic Memories in the other.

The swarm had gathered around the Quinjet and started to slowly approach it, their mouths open and revealing long tongues and sets of sharp teeth. Those closer to the front were the ordinary infected, the men women and children of New York who acted as cannon fodder while further to the back were larger symbiotes, those in armour that had merged with the symbiote and the bruisers.
One giant stepped in front of the others. He had hardened, rock-like skin and large hands which he pounded together.

"Tell Reed he failed." It hissed "You can't stop us."

Magnus stepped outside of the jet and turned to face his teammates. He gave them a friendly wink before turning back
"This one's for Qrow you bastards." He muttered. He charged forwards, letting out a war cry.

-
A floor down, the rogue Quinjet was surrounded by a dozen symbiotes. They did not attack at first, but waited for Nadia to make her move.

Cortova-Wasteland
Cortova listens to him, chuckling as he mentions smuggling her to the other planet. “Huh. That’s new, normally I’m the one doing the smuggling.” She looks over at her ship, sighing in annoyance. “Shouldn’t be too difficult to get the old girl up and running again. Got some sand in places sand shouldn’t be, and the navigation systems are useless, but I should be able to fix her up.”

She pauses for a moment, his comment about his name getting to her. “Ghosts, Huh…” She says softly, a somewhat distant look in her eyes. For a moment, she wonders how many of her contracts stuck around after she killed them. She hopes not many. It doesn’t sound like a pleasant existence.

She’s shakes her head to clear it, as she hears Queen whisper in her earpiece. She has no appreciation for human sentiment, having none of her own. “You want to come on in? It’s pretty hot out here, and the environment control is still working fine.” She offers, pressing the button on her arm to open the main entrance.

Captain Cold and Jolie: Metro-Gotham
"Daddy, what are you talking about?" Lily asked, fear in her eyes and confusion in her voice "I just want to go home."
The twisted versions of Batman would focus on the dark knight himself, while a dozen of them ran into the city. They would try to hold Batman down, their claws going for his face in an attempt to pull his mask off.

"Let me see inside that head of yours..." Crane whispered "You may not be the Batman of my Earth, but you think like him. Yes...There's plenty for me to play around with. The Batman of my Earth had his identity exposed. I may have feared the Bat, but I don't fear some rich kid in a costume who still can't get over mommy and daddy...

I'll let you pick. What shall I go for first, Bruce?"

-
Snart would pass through corridor after corridor in the depths of the Asylum, always ending up back in the same place with both the monster Crane had made and the fire always being just a few steps behind him.

Phantom Thief of Hearts Phantom Thief of Hearts

Jolie's eyes turned black as she activated her Vigor, allowing her to throw one of the thugs through a window. She looked down at Thor and nodded, firing off a few more shots into the weak points of the thugs armour, dropping them or at the very least giving Thor an advantage...Not that he needed it.

The God of Thunder charged through the warehouse, tossing thugs aside and drawing the fire of others. He walked up towards the leader and held him by the throat, lifting him into the air and tossing him through a window. He grinned up at Jolie and nodded only to be shot from behind with a charged-up energy blast. He was thrown forwards, hitting against one of the concrete walls and leaving a large dent in it.
"I'm alright!" He shouted
Jolie shook her head and targeted the thug, spoiling his aim as he fired at her. With another shot, she knocked his rifle from his hands and then jumped from the security office, running towards him and striking him in the side of the head. The first blow dazed him, allowing Jolie to remove his helmet and hit him across the head with it, dropping the thug.

Jolie moved towards one of the warehouse's rooms, dodging a few energy blasts on her way. Kicking the door from it's hinges, she entered the room. It was full of her gear, as well as a few stockpiled weapons. She touched the Chevy and pulled the keys from her pockets.

She'd made a few modifications to it since arriving on Gladius. Bulletproof tires, windows and of course some minor armour plating. She smiled as she grabbed the remainder of her gear, taking an energy rifle for good measure and started the car's engine.
To Adam, it would look like the thugs were aiming at him but before any thug could pull the trigger, they turned their attention to the warehouse doors, opening fire on Scarecrow's minions.

Jolie's smile faded as she heard screaming coming from outside. She stepped out of the car and opened fire on the garage doors with the energy rifle, blowing a hole in it. She immediately read their aura...Only to find nothing. It wasn't even like the creatures were any kind of undead. They had no aura at all.

"Que diable (what the fuck)." She muttered, her eyes widening.
-
Smoke would appear in front of Bruce's face, showing him images of the twisted Batmen entering the warehouse and going directly for the thugs.
"And this is only the start, Bruce. This city will become my world. This warehouse is nothing more than a demonstration."

Venkman: The Wasteland
"I'm afraid I can't." Venkman replied, shaking his head "Sorry, but I have a prior commitment right now. Something about stopping killer robots from taking over the world. So, as much as the kid inside of me would like to see inside a spaceship, I do have an army to stop."

He cleared his throat "Although, I could get both you and your ship to safety. There's just something I have to know first."
He took a step towards her "Are you human?" He asked "Nothing personal, it's just that if I use magic around humans...Well, there's side effects. Bad ones."

Above Gladius-1
"Of course." Thrawn replied, coldly "Turning you into some kind of martyr wouldn't help anyone."
As he spoke, the escape pods were pulled towards a Star Destroyer via Tractor Beams. In the hangar bar, hundreds of Clone troopers, two AT-ATs and a few pieces of artillery were standing by just in case.

As Thrawn waited for Kenobi to be arrested, he had time to respond to the other calls.
"I am not out of my mind, Vader." He replied with a sigh "I am acting on behalf of the Gladius Defence Fleet."
He stepped towards the hologram "I did not betray the Empire, the Empire died along with countless worlds...Oh, and before we proceed with negotiations, know that if you try to use the force to assassinate me, or any of my men we will bombard your ship. Do not make the same mistake as Kenobi. Do not start a fight you cannot win."

He then turned towards the younger Vader "Anakin Skywalker." He muttered, speaking under his breath "Well, General Skywalker. Your companion decided to throw negotiation out of the airlock when he captured my men. Men who had been sent over to negotiate, as I agreed with Yularen. He has surrendered his ship, crew and soldiers over to the Gladius Defence Fleet and has agreed to stand trial."

Thrawn paused, allowing his words to sink in and waiting on Skywalker's next move.
"Grand Admiral." An ensign cut in "We're being hailed by Victor Von Doom. He says it's urgent."

She pauses, confused. “Ah… are you not human, then? I thought we both were.” She turns to look at him, also kind of confused on the magic point. Maybe that’s just what he calls his ghost seeing ability? Or maybe in his world, there truly is magic. She muses.

She shakes her head quickly. “Anyway, killer robots? Not what I’m used to fighting, but a blaster should do the trick, right?” She asks, pulling hers out, but not in a threatening way, just showing it to him so he can see if it would work. She’s not worried handing him her weapon, as if she doesn’t see him as a threat.

“I’d be happy to offer my help in the fight, since you’ve been so kind as to help me out.”

Jeremiah brightened somewhat at Christine's inquiry, "I'm the King of my people, what else?" Turning on his bar stool to face Christine, he raised his empty glass to his face, before pausing, and placing it back on the bar, realizing that he had emptied it earlier. "The Xanthous Scholars," he elaborated. "We searched high and low for all possible knowledge. We knew our Gods were hiding things from us. We sought to go around them. And look at me... none the worse for wear for it." He then giggled, as if remembering a funny memory. Or perhaps he was just as unhinged as he seemed.

"Well," Jeremiah continued a sigh, "They're all dead now. Probably." Shrugging rather nonchalantly, excitement dampened, he turned back on his seat to face the bar, idly playing with his empty glass.

"Now, as our worlds converge, I'll do whatever I damned please."

He paused now, examining the label of his Nuka-Cola closely. A period of quiet passed as Jeremiah seemed to stall, wondering what else to say. Finally, he settled on something.

"Well, don't just sit there. Tell me about yourself. And this place, if you'll be so kind. Give me something to ponder. Sate the desires of this old knowledge seeker, and I'm sure we'll become fast friends." In spite of his uninterested, rather saddened tone, at least he still seemed interested in talking to Christine.
