Elizabeth
She listened to Drake trying to guess her nickname, giggling at the last two. She shook her head.
"No, my nickname is "Eli", that's pretty much it." She said quietly. Well, that was her own nickname, that she lazily thought up. After all, she wasn't really that creative when it came to impressing people, she usually stayed away from social interactions with strangers.

Her eyes slightly widened as her hand was grabbed and she was lead into the class, walking behind Drake to his desk. She realised that he wanted to lead her somewhere, and so she didn't protest, still turning slightly red. There, Elizabeth, after letting go of the boy's hand, examined his desk. The pink sunglasses got her interested, and so she sat at the desk next to Drake. By this point her blush had completely subsided
"Are... those yours?" She asked, meekly reaching out for them and examining them.

Drake

Eli. Now that was a unique nickname, and Drake loved it. When they made it to the desks and she asked about his sunglasses, Drake nodded his head. "Yep. Those are mine. Pink is like my favorite color, and I look super good in those." He explained as he sat back down in his spinny chair and started, well, spinning. What else would you do in a spinny chair?

"See, and you can sit right next to me so that you're not with one of these mean people." Drake quickly stopped his spinny chair to glare at the back of Bryan's head, before the glare was quickly replaced with a bright smile once again, and Drake resumed his spinning. "So Eli, what brings you to Westbrook? What is your story? Why did you move?"

Elizabeth

Eli looked through the glasses, bringing them closer to her eyes. The view was... pinky, yet not as much as she thought. After putting them on for a moment, she took them off, laying them down where they were previously. These weren't her's and she wasn't going to take them for longer than she needed..

After a short while, Drake started to spin around. The girl simply leaned back and watched him, smirking lightly. They were supposted to learn stuff, and yet here she was, just watching the boy spin and spin. He suddenly stopped and stared at the back of some guy's head, saying with a straight face that he was "one of these mean people". Seeing his smile returning, she took it as a joke, and giggled quietly.

"Well, my grandmother lives in this state on the Great Cranberry Island. I lived in Portland for my whole life, but my father reasoned that I should probably get some time away from the big city, and sent me there. It was closer to Westbrook, and I've got my dog close by." She said, remembering her dachshund and smiling widely.
"Then I had some life stuff to take care of, and now that granny has left, I take care of the household until she returns... with the help of Chicka, of course"
This guy felt nice to talk to, Elizabeth thought. She completely forgot what she was doing. The teacher seemed to be okay with it, at least that's what she reasoned, not hearing him protest to them just chatting and spinning and testing glasses and whatnot.

"You look really hot in those." Drake commented as she tried on the glasses for a split second before setting them back down. Luckily, right now was basically just free work -- it was the week of Homecoming, and many of the teachers seemed to just give up on keeping the kids quiet and doing work during this week. Which meant that Drake had plenty of time to talk with Eli... not that actual learning would have stopped him, anyway. So he quickly stopped his spinning, sitting for a moment while the dizziness faded, and then picked up the sunglasses, putting them on his face to show her. "See? Like, it took me years to perfect looking great in these. And it all came with confidence." Drake explained and looked towards his darkened computer monitor to make sure he looked alright before he spun his chair back to face Eli. He leaned back, stretching his legs out in front of him.

"So you've started school in literally the worst week. Homecoming is this Friday. Do you have a date?" He asked. If not, Drake would be more than willing to accompany her. She was sweet, new, and not too bad on the eyes. Plus, his plans had just been to take a broken Alaska as friends... which he would probably still do, regardless of what Eli said. After all, friends and their happiness always came first for Drake. That and he wasn't like many of the other students who were super focused on getting into relationships and first kisses, and blah, blah, blah. Drake's brain more worried about where he was going to get his next high.

"Ooh, an island. Now that is fancy. And how sweet, a dog." Although inwardly, Drake wanted to cry. Dogs were not his friend -- not at all. "What kind of dog? Because like one time, I was walking through the park with my brother, and this big dog like, attacked me and look at this." He pulled his hair back from the side of his face to show the scar there. "See?! Dogs are vicious. So I guess at least you're safe because like no one is going to mess with you and the house if there's a dog there." In Drake's short career of breaking and entering, he'd never once stepped into a house with any dog. Not even a Chihuahua.

The girl's cheeks went red as soon as Drake said that she looked hot in her glasses. Well, that was a new experience, she thought, as her heart sped up and her face turned a shade of red she never knew she could produce. She giggled shyly, looking down at the floor. She was certain she did not look hot, but well... a compliment is a compliment, she reasoned..

"W-W-Well... thanks... heh.. uhm, I g-guess you look hot too" She responded to him, looking back up from the floor once she felt her blush disappear, and into his glasses. Well, now she was awkward... but oh well, it happens..
Well, after she thought about it, it felt nice to be told you look great in something, and why not return the favor?

After he told her about the Homecoming and a date, she froze. She did not, in fact, have a date. In fact, she had no idea about who these people were, and who was who. So far, the only interaction this girl had was with a boy in a wolf's costume, and Drake. She slowly shook her head.
"I.. do not have a date... This is my first day at school, pretty much" She said quietly, the blush slowly making it's way back onto her cheeks, but this time not as visibly as previously.

But, she then listened to him talk about dogs and his experience with them. She frowned lightly at him saying that "Dogs are vicious. ".
"Not all dogs are vicious, you know. They only are vicious towards you if you either break into their household, or treat them poorly. It's either that or the dog has been trained to behave like that. Chicka was raised in a loving household, trained to serve her lady, which is my granny, as best as she could." She said. That was her personal viewpoint, and she hoped Drake would look at it from someone else's point of view

"Oh I know I do." Drake said, jokingly, and flipped his dark hair out of the way of the sunglasses. Hey, confidence went a long way... for most people. For Drake, confidence wasn't what he was lacking in. Well maybe true confidence since for the most part, it was just some kind of lie that he put up to keep people interested in him. Or just to make sure that they didn't look closer at the broken kid. No one bothered to pay attention to someone they thought was confident.

"Well if you want, I can totally take you to Homecoming. Like, not as a legitimate date -- like as friends, unless you want it to be a real date." What? He liked making people happy, and if she wanted the works, Drake would do whatever he could to make sure that she was happy and that her first Homecoming at Westbrook would be marvelous. "I'm actually planning on going with a few friends, I think. So you could totally just tag along. They're awesome." Okay, so Nova was awesome and nice, although she would be going with Jace. Alaska took a little more getting used to but as far as Drake knew, she was definitely going alone.

"Well hey, I've never met a nice dog." All the dogs where he lived where pretty much trained to be aggressive, and then treated poorly on top of that. Other than the deep scar from the time he was mauled, Drake had been bitten a few other times, albeit not nearly as severely. And most of the time, it was unprovoked. Walking to school with Mason was a hassle nowadays. "But I'll take your word for it. She sounds adorable and not super vicious."

Then, the teacher called for everyone to be quiet, apparently growing annoyed at the gangs of kids who wouldn't shut up. Shrugging, Drake turned towards his computer and booted it. "Let me know what you decide about Homecoming, okay?" He asked her with a grin, then pushed his sunglasses up on top of his head and turned towards the computer.

The girl smiled shyly at his offer that he would take her to the Homecoming as a date/friend/real date... Well, he seemed sweet enough, but so far she only had an hour's worth of talk with him, and still wasn't sure about what was going on. But hey, she'll keep him in mind. Maybe it'll work out?

She smiled at his remark that maybe Chicka was a nice dog. She was, she thought. Her granny raised her pretty well, and she loved playing with the little "urwipołć", as her granny called her in Polish. It meant something like a "dummy" or, as she googled, "scapegrace", but she found it to be fitting.

"Yeah, she is a dachshund, a puppy as well" She said.

Eli was going to continue talking with Drake, but then she heard the teacher's voice, telling everyone to basically shut it. She jumped in her seat slightly, and turned around, turning on her PC. She occasionally glanced over at Drake, still thinking about his request. Her gaze turned towards the PC. Good, her blush was subsiding, thank goodness... Maybe... she'll think about it in the pool, where she's headed after this, she thought
.
But first off, she needs to eat something, and so she was willing to go to the dining area, or wherever food was served.

As it seemed to always be, Ash was the first to the table. So she took her spot, pulling out her phone and scrolling through Twitter while she waited for Grace and the others to show up. Although, to be honest, the only one she cared about anymore at this table was Grace thanks to the whole Ryder thing. A good example of why was when Mason approached, making a crude joke that only got a glare from Ash before she turned back to her phone to wait for someone better.

Of course, with the whole Homecoming thing coming up, Ash also had questions for Grace. She wanted to know what the whole thing would be like, without having to actually help make it look good.

So she waited, sinking down in her seat a bit while she looked at her phone, for Grace to come over. As usual, Ash also hadn't brought or grabbed any lunch -- she was still on a self-proclaimed diet to try and lose more weight.

----------------------------------------

Mason
tumblr_inline_pav9njjdTc1rw8cq9_250.gif

As usual, Mason had gotten his lunch and then made his way over to the table with the other football players, cheerleaders, and whoever else was either dumb enough to sit by them, or ballsy enough to try. Mason plopped down across from Ash, kicking his legs up on the chair next to him and leaning back. "So, Ash, slept with anyone else this weekend?"

All that earned him was a dirty look from the blonde cheerleader, so Mason shrugged and turned back to his feed, taking a sip of the milk. Cafeteria food was always something that Mason had disliked, but it was free and sometimes, it was all him or Drake had to eat for the entire day, so he grudgingly still took it.

Sawyer
The lunch bell was Sawyer's favorite thing on Earth right now. After sitting half asleep in Physics for 45 minutes with Mr.Schmidt glaring at her the whole time, she was ready to get the hell out of here. The second the bell rang everyone in the classroom was up and out of their seats. The door clogged up as students tried to shove their way out. Sawyer eventually gave up trying to get out of the far door and changed her course for the other door, which was unfortunately right by Mr.Schmidt's desk. Just as she was about to escape to the freedom of the hallway, all her hopes and dreams were crushed by one voice.

"Miss Andrews, come here for a second, please." Sawyer sucked in a deep breath and turned around to face him with the fakest smile she could muster. Mr. Schmidt sat with his elbows up in the desk and his chin resting on interlocked fingers like he was some kind of cool guy. "I know you like to think that you're high and mighty, but you're only a junior, Andrews, and frankly if you keep up this attitude you'll find yourself flunking out. I can guarantee that. Now I'm sure you'd rather hang out with that girl of yours, what's her name? Grace, is it? Well, I can tell you you'll be seeing a lot less of her if you don't straighten out." He sat back up in his seat and cleared his throat, a smile appearing on his face as he did so. "Right then, off you go." He waved his hand as if to shoo her.

Sawyer's jaw worked as she turned around and roughly forced her way out of the door, letting it slam shut behind her. The audacity that guy had. Even as Sawyer shoved her books in her locker and made her way to the lunch room, she was still steaming. It wouldn't have bothered her at all if he hadn't brought up Grace, but now he'd started a fight she was determined to win.

Sawyer practically slammed her tray down next to Ash once she'd made her way through the lunch line. As of late, she'd been sitting at Ash's table a lot more do to Grace being there. She stabbed her fork into whatever barely-counts-as-food item she had been given but made to move to eat it. Instead, she just glared down at it. Sawyer made effort to speak to either Mason or Ash she was too busy planning ways to murder someone.

June
June stood in front of the Newspaper room very disappointed. The teacher wasn’t here so she couldn’t even come in here to each lunch like she had been after everything that’s happened with the blogs. She held her tray and looked around. She had no choice, but to brave the cafeteria.

She made her way there slowly and sighed as she was ambushed with noise. Then she had to find a stupid table. She glanced up and saw Mason, smiling for a moment before seeing Ash. Her smile disappeared again. She couldn’t talk to Ash. Therefore sitting with him was out of the question. And she didn’t see Raven anywhere. She figeted for a moment and decided she looked weird for just standing there without a purpose.

She made her way over to an almost empty table. She put her stuff down and felt absolutely pitiful. She looked over to group at the table and saw them glance back. For some reason, her hand reached up to touch her once broken shoulder as if to cover it. They looked away and she looked back at the food.

Don’t you think Ruby could have felt the same way? You’re too much baggage. This time the voice had a certain tone to it. It sounded like Georgia was in her ear. You except people to feel sorry for you. Mason and Raven always have to babysit you. Look, she glanced up and looked over at the large table now filling with people, they want lives away from you. You were the one who wrote down the secrets, and now they carry that burden too.

She looked back at her food and stabbed the corn with her fork. She slowly reached up and touched the scar on her cheek again.

She hated the cafeteria.

Elizabeth

The lunch bell rang. Now, finally having that lesson done, she stood up from her desk and got out of the class as quick as possible, not wanting to bump into anyone. Her eyes were scanning the hallway and in the corner, she saw it - Lunch Room. She headed towards that area, hoping that the food there would be at the very least affordable to her.

Well, she made it... somehow. By following the signs very carefully, she made it into the room. She looked around to scan the surroundings. She spotted a group of people sitting by a table, all talking to each other. They seemed to be the populars here, at least that's the impression Eli got from them, and so she decided not to disturb them, instead heading to take a look at the menu that was hanging on the wall. She was in a mood for a sandvich, and so she decided to take a simple one from the menu - One with butter, cheese, and meat.

She got it, and now she was sitting down by the table closest to the exit, happily eating her sandvich. God, did she need some nourishment. The girl was not paying any attention to her surroundings, too busy eating, hoping to be done with it and just go on her way, finally going to the pool and seeing how good it actually was.

Rameel
Rameel sighed, glancing down at his phone while he sat in his 2018 Dodge Charger. During the entire first half of the school day, he hadn't opted to talking to a single person at the new school, reminiscing Raeleigh High and everything he'd miss from the South Den. A couple students had already tried to talk to him, though he hadn't really made much of an effort in small-talk. The notification icon popped up on his phone, a message from Rainey, his cousin back at the Den. "u better not be sulking, u big baby. ur in the real city, at least try to have fun! u dont have to act hard anymore, no one's watching." He smirked, shaking his head lightly, glancing out the window of his car once again. "might as well. just tell unc' i said asked wassup." Rameel replied, before pushing the door open and standing up onto his feet. He adjusted the waist of his grey track pants, glancing down at the school, emitting a long breath before making his way down the pavement and inside. Lights of his car blinking as he locked the car at his exit.

It was lunch period for him, and so he made his way to the cafeteria, unsure of where he was really to stay without any connections or friends yet. He could feel the eyes of a couple students land on him though, it was hard to be nonchalant when you were 6'5". Clenching his jaw, a habit he'd picked up for whenever he was anxious or nervous, Rameel made his way to the cafeteria, grabbing a plate of whatever they had to dish. A step up from the Den, but it still didn't seem like much. It wasn't until he glanced back for the second time that his eyes landed on Mason Rivera, a football star he knew from games against Westbrook. Smirking slightly at the idea of playing with a former rival, in spite of the fact that he and Mason were more of friends than actual rivals on the field, keeping in touch after games and meeting up to see other teams play.

There was another blonde at the table, a cheerleader he recognized from away games at Westbrook. Following suit was another brunette, but wasn't too sure who she was either. "The more the merrier," he said under a breath, making his way towards the table. Rameel aimed a slight nod towards Mason, before glancing towards the two other girls at the table.

"So... Whats up?" Rameel asked. He wasn't necessarily shy, but earlier hadn't really an urge to talk to anybody but his old friends. Rameel took a quick glance down at where Ash's lunch should've been before turning back to the rest of the group as others seated themselves too. He hoped this table could replace, or at least come close to being what Raeleigh had.

Grace
Grace was smart enough to bring lunch this time. Walking her way over to where Ash was sitting. Glancing over the cafeteria, noticing June was alone, maybe she should just... her thoughts were interrupted by making awkward eye-contact with Bryan. He asked her out a few times, that obviously didn’t happen. She’s guessing he read the blog too. Well.. of course he did. The whole school did.

Moving around the guy she didn’t recognize, and sitting down next to Mason, across from Sawyer and Ash. “Hey.” She greeted them with a smile. Frowning for a moment, taking notice of Ash’s lunch.. which wasn’t there obviously, but again.. she didn’t bring it up. Looking at the new guy “I’m Grace.” She introduced herself to him, Glancing over at Sawyer for a moment. “You okay?” Grace asked, offering a soft smile.

Sawyer
Sawyer had calmed down a little bit by the time Grace and a guy she didn't know had appeared at the table. She glanced at the rather tall dude and gave him an acknowledging nod of her head before turning back to Grace to answer her question.

"I'm fine." She sighed, offering a smile if her own, "Mr. Schmidt was just being an asshole as usual." Sawyer twirled her fork around in the air and then brought it back down into the food on her plate. Pushing her tray away she leaned on her elbows.

"How has your day been?" She questioned Grace but before she could get an answer the doors to the cafeteria swung open. Sawyer turned her head and almost got whiplash from the double take she did. There, standing in the doorway, was the absolute worst person she had ever had the pleasure of knowing, her ex, Natalie Fucking Porter. The last she'd heard, Natalie had moved to Italy with her parents but here she was right in front of Sawyer's eyes.

Natalie didn't even bother with the lunch line as she glanced around the cafeteria like a cat stalking its prey. Her eyes skimmed over everyone else with disinterest until they landed on Sawyer and the rest of her table. Suddenly, the cat pounced. Natalie was on them in a flash, taking a seat right next to Sawyer which cause her to scoot so far over she was practically leaning on Ash. Though she would never admit it, Sawyer looked like a deer in headlights. Natalie grinned.

"Miss me?"

Raven

Later, after that ridiculous encounter with June and Mason in the hallway. She was glad it worked out though the hostility between her and Mason, it wasn’t new.. but it was very clear he caught on to the fact she liked June. Raven strutted through the cafeteria grabbing whatever the school decided to call lunch today. Her gaze caught sight of someone who looked very familiar, but she’d only seen the back of them. She just shook it off as a small smile came across her face when she noticed June, it faded when she realized she was alone. That was a problem.

Well, Raven always thought problems can be fixed. Dropping her tray on the table, she sat down. “MJ.” Raven greeted. playfully narrowing her eyes at her. “I didn’t peg you for the broody type.” Smiling, and leaned an elbow on the table, studying her face. “What’s on your mind?”

Ryder

giphy.gif

Ryder was slightly nervous to sit next to Ash at lunch after what had happened, he still wasn't sure where they stood but at least most of the school had moved onto newer gossip than their hookup. The two best friends had usually sat at tables near each other, though last year Ryder had avoided the cheerleaders (except Ash) like the plague. He hoped none of her friends would scream at him, hell he hoped Ash wouldn't scream at him for acting "coupley" in public. The two had been very tense around each other, trying to be near each other and continue their friendship without brining too much attention and speculation on their relationship.

"You say shit like that again and I'll cripple that other leg of yours." Ryder threatened Mason, glaring at him from across the table as he sat beside Ash. Usually, Ryder would've just punched him and let his fist do the talking for him, however Ash had yelled at him for fighting so much so he would try and use his words first. If Mason didn't listen then Ash couldn't say he hadn't tried.

"How was your weekend?" The football player asked, turning to the blonde with a cheeky smile as he gently nudged her with his shoulder. It seemed she was lacking a lunch so he waved a fry in front of her face. "Want some?" He offered, having packed an unnecessarily large lunch. The athlete could demolish an entire buffet in one bite, he could spare some food for his small friend.

Chase

giphy.gif

The oldest Vaughn was tired of dealing with his siblings and wanted to get as far away from the twins as possible, choosing to retreat to the back corner of the cafeteria and find an empty table. Sadly, since he was late there was no table unoccupied, so he found a table as close to empty as possible and approached the brunette and petite red-head who were sitting there.

"Can I sit here?" He asked, offering both girls a bright smile. Most people knew Chase because of his younger siblings, but he hoped these two would leave the topic alone and talk to him about literally anything else. He couldn't wait to graduate and get as far away from Westbrook as possible. Come next fall he was going to be an only child as far as any of his new college friends would know.

Alaska

original.gif

While things had calmed down immensely since the whole blog incident, things were still weird between pretty much everyone. Chase had lectured both twins on how to act like normal, non-violent people and stop ruining his reputation. Neither had really paid attention, though it seemed Ryder was getting into less fights, though that seemed to be Ash's accomplishment. Ryder had confided in his sister about his dilemma, and she felt bad for being partially to blame for the awkwardness between the two best friends now. While she wasn't sure where she and Ash stood anymore, she still liked the blonde and was going to try her best to nudge them in the right direction.

School had been hell since the Ryder vs. Kanen showdown, even though the twins had made up over a month ago everyone still blamed her for her brother's face getting bashed in, even if he had started it. The brunette mostly spent all her time with Drake and Nova, the only two people who didn't hate her at Westbrook.

"How's the hottest guy at Westbrook doing?" She teased as she sat down beside Drake, offering him a smile as she pulled her lunch out of her bag and handed her friend a cookie. She'd brought one for all three of them, though Nova was late. Alaska was never good with words, so she tried to show her appreciation through actions, like bringing them food or trying to murder people who hurt them. Both friends seemed to prefer cookies over death. After the blog incident she was worried about both of them, Drake seemed to be handling it all very well but Nova had been much quieter and reserved than usual. As much as she tried it seemed there wasn't a way to make up for all the horrible things that had happened to the.

~Hajar Giles~

1546547240930.png

American Schools... Jesus they suck... The gray-white cloud of tobacco smoke passed through Hajar's lips, coiling through the air like a dragon as she tucked her small body back into a secluded corner she had found in the back of the school, from the looks of it, everyone used this little corner to smoke since it was littered with cigarette butts and trash. Thankfully, for now, Hajar was the only out there right now and she hoped it would stay that way for the duration of her smoke break. While the schools in London were just as full of puffed up snobby little shits, she had always been able to find those East Enders to hang out with so she couldn't feel as out of place. But Westbrook? Well there was nothing, zip, just no one that the gang banger from the UK could roll with. Voices caught her attention so she tossed her cigarette down and ground it out with the heel of her boot as she started leaving the little corner, settling her eyes on the trio of boys who were taking her place in the smoke hole. Her eyes were dead and set straight ahead as she attempted to pass by one of the boys, when she felt a hand grab her on the thigh and begin to pull her back. "Look at this hottie here.." One of the boys spoke up, his hand was on her thigh, Hajar just went still as stone and stood there. They made more lewd jokes but Hajar's gaze slowly settled on the tall blonde who had first touched her, her walnut brown eyes were going black with rage. Without a word, her slender fingers coiled into a fist and crashed into his jaw with a sickening crack that knocked him backwards. The two boys with him started to shout but Hajar went after her target, landing a ruthless kick in the groin that brought this trash of a man to his knees. Her touch was light as cupped the male's chin in her palm, staring directly into his eyes, "You're a waste, a burning human dumpster fire, and a dead man walking if you touch a girl again." For added effect, she produced the pearl handled butterfly knife, the sling of the blade made the entire group in the smoke hole fall to silence. "Fuck with me again, no one will find you." Her British accent made her voice sound like a hiss, the death rattle made by a rattlesnake before it struck the final blow. Stupid jackass... Her thoughts were calm and collected as she left the smoke hole, sliding her blade back into the hidden pocket of leather jacket, the phoenix inked on her shoulder peaked out from her tank top as she strode into the back door, heading towards the cafeteria. Hajar stood in the middle of the cafeteria towards the front, her dark eyes and foul face, along with the black clothing she wore made her stick out like a sore thumb. "What the fuck you looking at?" She snarled at a table that had begun to stare at her before she started to stalk through the middle aisle of all the tables, heading towards the bathrooms on the other side. Fucking idiot got blood on my jacket, gotta wash this off before anyone sees...

June
She sighed for a moment calming down just as she heard a tray slamming down onto the table. For some reason, she already knew who was here. She glanced over at Raven and saw she was only being nice. However, this just proved the point she was fearing. She probably saw her alone and felt the need to help. She looked away from her to her food. “I’m not brooding or anything. I’m just... tired.” An easy excuse. “Wait, where’s Shiloh? Aren’t you suppose to be with him?” She hadn’t meant for it to come out sharp so she quickly caught herself. “But it’s okay if you’re not.” She bit her lip and decided to shut up to eat some of her corn. That was until she saw someone from the corner of her eye walking over.

After the blog, she remembered people looking at her. She was the face of it after all. She became someone who you needed to avoid. No one came after her, or better yet anyone she was aware of. And the only one that tried to mend things was Alaska and her older brother, Chase. It didn’t shock her that he wanted to sit with them, she just wondered why today? Regardless she nodded to the seat in front of her. “Yeah, it’s open.” She watched him for a moment before looking down at her food. What could she possibly say to him? And what could she possibly say to Raven now?

Raven

Raven nodded when June said she was tired. “Mmhm. Tired.” Raven repeated, she was lying. Raven’s good at seeking out the truth. Something June should’ve realized a long time ago. But if she didn’t want to talk about it she didn’t want to force her. Her smile faded when she mentioned Shiloh. “Shouldn’t you be with Mason?” She sighed, regretting it. There wasn’t a need to be bitchy. Much less to June. Although the question made her think was June by any chance.. jealous? “He’s my homecoming date.” shaking her head. “Not my boyfriend.” She corrected.

Raven shrugged. “I can’t hang out with my favorite girl?” She said softly, eying her for a moment too long, she tore her gaze away when someone caught her attention asked if he could sit here. “Be my guest.” She gestured to the table in front of them.

“You’re.. Chase, right?” She asked, briefly remembering the flirting that occurred online. Then realizing she flirted with both siblings.. Sorry not sorry. Have you seen that family?

“Any homecoming plans Chase?” She rolled her eyes and groaned at herself. “Don’t answer that. I’m so done talking about homecoming and who’s going with who.” She said propping herself under her chin, looking around the cafeteria. Finally realizing who that familiar boy was.

Oh my god, Rameel. Raven tried desperately to ignore anyone from her old school, especially him. And he was talking to.. Mason? What are the odds.. because obviously they’re just not in her favor.

Ryan had sat through classes the same way. Bored and uninterested. He only cared about one thing, and that was to see Ash at the end of the day. When the lunch bell rang Ryan went about his usual business. Standing in line while waiting for the normal slop that the school was mandated to give out. It looked more like brown vomit and smelled like it too. He sighed as he made it to the end of the line and paid the lunch lady. Ryan had walked out and looked around. He could see Sawyer, sitting with Ash. It wouldn't be till later that he would feel fine sitting with her.

He turned and sighed. Looks like he wouldn't be able to eat with his best friend today. He shurged and started to walk away. The classes were starting to bore him. He needed some fun. He found a place to eat. He sat down and took a bite of the food, and instantly put his spoon down. He wasn't going to eat that. Nope, it was a hard nope at that. He stood up and went to dump his tray when he had accidently shoulder checked a girl with a black mohack. "Shit." He said looking at her. She had a sweet leather jacket. It was almost as good as Ryan's if not just a little bit better then his. "My bad..." He said looking the girl up and down. She deffinetly had a punk look. "Interesting." He thought. "Maybe she could help with my boredom." He thought as a smile crept across his face. "I know a place that can get that brown shit off your jacket along with the blood among other things." He said.

Punk girls were interesting and always a scrappy bunch. He wouldn't doubt that she would probably try and act tough, maybe even throw a punch. If she did then Ryan would have no problem stopping her. He had height and weight on his side. If she was faster then she would be better, but Ryan was ready. It was easy to see. He was staring this girl down. Something was gonna happen.

The hockey player was caught off-guard by the brunette's comment, suddenly remembering her offering to buy him when he'd joking tried to sell the twins. Neither of them mentioned his siblings which was a relief, maybe he would sit with these two from now on.

"Yeah, that's me. The only sane member of the Vaughn family." He joked, smiling as he sat down across the table from the girls. It was a good thing his sister hadn't succeeded in her attack on June, otherwise this would've been awkward. Okay, it was still a little weird, but he couldn't control what his siblings did, though he'd tried many times unsuccessfully. The red-head seemed nice, he would never have believed she wrote that blog.

"I..well I don't have a date. I don't really see the point." Chase shrugged, even though Raven had told him not to answer. Usually girls talked about homecoming non-stop, personally he couldn't have cared any less.

If looks could kill, then Hajar would’ve been a serial killer and this dude who had just spilled brown slop would have exploded into one million and one pieces with bones ricocheting off the walls. This jacket was not only one of the most expensive but it was also a gift from Malcolm before the triplets had split up, escaping in their own separate ways from Sokolov. It was special with its own little pockets and stitchings that made it unique, it was probably one of the few things that Malcom actually bought with money rather then stole. For a minute, she was contemplating just cracking him in the face like she had that piece of trash just a few minutes ago... but something was different about this guy, he wasn’t a piece of shit, maybe just an asshole. “Okay.” Her words pushed pass clenched teeth but her face and muscles relaxed from their tension, “Show me where I can get this cleaned up? In private, no one likes seeing blood.” Hajar didn’t smile, she rarely smiled, but her head cocked curiously to the side as she looked at him with dark eyes.

She frowned when Raven mentioned Mason. Of course she should be sitting with him yet she knew the hostility they would have there, Georgia leaking the blogs or not. “He sure think it’s more though.” She mumbled and gently pushed some corn from out of its transparent box. I highly doubt I’m her favorite girl.

She looked at Chase and Raven as they struck up a conversation. Of course, about homecoming. “You can’t ask a question and expect someone to answer. And you don’t have a date? That’s pretty surprising honestly.” She said with a small shrug. “Back at my old school people would advertise that they were open. Pretty desperate, but it became a game almost.” She looked at the two again. “Which reminds me. You two have been at Westbrook longer than me. Is there anything I need to know about Westbrook homecoming that is different from any other homecoming?” She asked. She wanted to hold a normal conversation instead of one that held a little malice behind it. She needed to talk.

Ryan was surprised he figured that she was gonna swing on him. When her face relaxed. "Damn I thought you were going to swing." He said before walking over and giving his tray up. He walked back over to her. "Come on." He said before leading her away. He lead her down a hallway to his locker. He opened it and grabbed a bottle that was labbed cleaner. After he lead her into the home ec classroom. That was the only room that had a sink in it that had a sink. "Use this to clean it. It's Hydrogen Poroxide. It'll break down the chemicals and clean it up." He said grabbing one of the hand towels that was on the counter. "Dab it on this rag and dab it off. After that use the dry side to wipe away the poroxide away. That should take care of it." He said.

He leaned against the counter. "I pegged you for the punk rocker type, who wouldn't mind beating someone up for looking at you the wrong way. Shit I thought I was gonna have some fun today. Looks like I was wrong." He said looking out the window. "Hell. I feel like skipping this place." He said with a sigh. It wouldn't be hard skipping. The teachers there were basically nonexsistant so he could easily get out. "But it's no fun going alone." He said looking at her. If she was truely a punk she would have no problem skipping. He would obviusly come back for the end of the day. He needed to talk to Ash, but whats the harm with cutting class.

Everything seemed to happen at once. Suddenly there was some girl that Ash didn't quite recognize, but she obviously made Sawyer uncomfortable because the girl was now practically on top of Ash. So Ash started scooting her chair over to give Sawyer extra room, only to realize that Ryder had come out of nowhere and was sitting on the other side of her, causing Ash to blush brightly as she scooted herself over to him. Well, it was better than holding Sawyer on her lap.

Ash decided to let Grace and Sawyer handle whatever the heck was going on, and instead she smiled at the new guy -- Rameel, right? -- and introduced her. "Hello, I'm Ash. Nice to meet you." Well, for being one of Mason's friends, he was surprisingly sweet. And then, her attention turned from Rameel to look at Ryder, rolling her eyes as he insulted Mason, and then wincing at Mason's retort. Did the dude want to get punched? Probably.

"Umm... no, I'm good. I'm not hungry." Ash replied quietly, and wrinkled her nose up at the fry he was waving in front of her. Her thoughts were still spinning with the idea of talking to Ryan after school but for now, she could relax and just focus on Ryder... right? Probably. Either way, all that and just the fact that she typically avoided lunch ruined her appetite.

Mason

Mason disagreed strongly with Rameel as more people kept coming over, one by one, until the table was practically overflowing. Ryder's sassy comment towards Mason didn't go unnoticed as he took his feet off the chair to make room for whoever the hell else decided to approach. "So tell me, Ryder... did you get the nickname Minuteman from how long you can last in bed, or how long you can last in a fight?" He leaned forward across the table a bit as he spoke, just tempting Ryder to do something.

"Well Rameel, as you can see, everyone brought their personal drama. But I'm great." Mainly because he was taking June to Homecoming -- hey, leave him alone. He was unusually thrilled about it, okay?! He'd never taken a girl to a dance that he wasn't planning on sleeping with. "What about you? Are you ready for the game this Friday?"

Yes, Mason hated the fact that he couldn't play, and he couldn't help but feel a little hatred towards Kanen as he thought about it. This was supposed to be his year to secure a scholarship so he could actually attend college but instead, Mason was stuck cheering his team on from the sidelines. At least he could still wear his jersey and sit with the team.

"Oh you know, just chilling and planning how to ask this girl out to Homecoming with my hottest guy good looks." Drake replied with a shrug as he pushed his pink sunglasses up on his head to grin at Alaska. Wow, she was so nice with her compliments towards him. He was far from the hottest guy, obviously. He took the cookie with a little squeal of excitement. Hey, chocolate and candy in general were always great and managed to bring up his mood. Generally, anyway.

"So tell me, Alaska, how would you want a guy to ask you out to Homecoming?" He asked. Yes, his plan was to ask Alaska, but he wanted to make this a great proposal -- even if it was strictly as friends. Right? Right. Drake wasn't interested in the whole dating thing, plus he still liked to admire Chase and Ryder, and dating Alaska would just bring that down. Dang... the entire Vaughn trio was hot as all get out. For a moment, his thoughts shifted dreamily before coming back to the present.

Right. Focus on the prize, which was to make Alaska forget about all of the Kanen nonsense. Even if it had happened a month ago, Drake wanted her to know that she could do way better than that meanie bo beanie.
