At his question, Juliette clenched her jaw ever so slightly. Why did he keep bringing it up? Rather than showing how annoyed she was fetfing, she leaned in and kissed him gently before shaking her head. "The earliest I'll know is the beginning of vest week," she said with a small sigh. She opened her mouth to speak again when a familiar voice made her skin crawl. Making a point to sit on Nicholai's lap, she forced herself to look up at Lucia as she grabbed his hand to keep him from doing anything stupid. "You seem pretty happy for not having a child to deal with," she spat coldly to the woman. "What the hell do you want, and it better be good because it's taking everything I have not to beat your ass right here," Juliette added angrily.

Nicholai glared at lucia "what are you doing here and what do you want" he held Juliette hand tightly "i think your lost, you have no business with me anymore" he clenched his jaw tightly so he didn't start cursing her our right away. This is the closest they had been since the day she had liam.

Smiling Ryker stood up "well I don't know anyone really so I'm sure we can make some flyers" he looked down at skyler "but right now we have dinner plans" he smiled and reached his hand down to help her up

Juliette glanced down at their hands, wincing ever so slightly at his grip. "Nic...my hand isn't made of steel," she said softly as she pulled it away and wrapped her arm around his neck before looking up at Lucia. "You have no reason to be near either of us," she said as she narrowed her eyes at her.

 

[Quiet Is Violent]

Gale looks at his phone. No reply. Huh. Whatever. It's not like she likes him back. She found her baby-daddy or something. She's happy without him. Which sucks, but at least she's happy. He stands up and shakes his can of paint violently, turning back to his piece. All that's left to do is sign it. He squats, and carefully signs the bottom right hand corner with a cursive "Galaxy". Then he stands again. He could show it to Brogan, but she'd have to be alright jumping a fence. Maybe... He picks up his phone and takes a picture of the painting. There. He sends the picture to Brogan.

Brogan looked at her phone and saw the picture. She smiled "that's amazing" she texted back she always knew he was a good artists. She thought for a second and decided to text him "want to hang out for a bit". She walked outside to her car and sat for awhile

Nic looked over at her "oh sorry hunny". He looked back over at lucia glaring

Gale bites his lip. Does he? He's covered in paint, but then again, he's bored. And it's Brogan, so he's always free for her. He texts back:

Leaning down, Juliette kissed his cheek before getting up and glancing around. "I'm gonna go get my stuff. I forgot it over there," she said with a smile as she headed off, knowing she would snap if she stayed. She picked up her bag and sketchbook before hesitantly making her way back over.

Lucia backed up as if threatened to play innocent. "I'm sorry," She ignored Juliette's comments about Liam. "I- I- wanted to see Liam.." Her eyes became glossy and she put her hands in her back pockets. "I'd understand if you won't want me to.. but I just know I should be.. a better mother." Although these weren't her intentions she knew that maybe she'd hit a soft spot and get a pass. It was taking a lot for her not to spit out a nasty remark to Juliette.

When she returned, Juliette threw her things in the back seat before returning to the other side of the car, hearing Lucia say she wanted to see Liam. "You can't be fucking serious. Nic you seriously can't buy this bull," she said, outraged at her words before rounding on Lucia. "If you really wanted to be a better mother, you would have said something a hell of a lot sooner," she snarled as she narrowed her eyes, her fists clenching by her side with the desire to punch her.

Lucia closes her eyes and turns to look at Juliette. "Some people take longer to handle things the right way than others. Sorry I wasn't there in the beginning but really it's not your concern since it's my son." She finally gets out the nicest comeback she could and returns to staring at Nicholai. "I'm not tossing bullshit, I want to see my son. And I also gave you the right to tell me no, but all in all I carried him for nine months and it's been lonely these past 16 without something there. Please, I know it's not an excuse, but it's your choice to give me a chance not hers." Lucia's nods her head towards Juliette.

Nicholai couldn't take it. He jolted out of the car getting right in lucias face "he is not your fucking son, you don't have a son!" His voice became louder drawing attention to them "you were a fuckin egg doner, and the day you signed over your rights you signed your fate bitch" he got really close on her staring darkly into her eyes "don't ever let me hear the words your son or my son's name come out you mouth again" he said behind clenched jaws. His breathing was heavy and his hands tightened into fist. He waited a Ong time to tell her off and out her in front off the scool. Every one that herd now knows miss perfect was a mom and a terrible one at that

Brogan smiled at her phone before replying. "Where do you want to meet?" She started her car smiling. She was ready to hang out with gale again,it had been a while she loved hanging out with him. She never knew how he felt and that has been weighing on her lately.

"Look," She wipes a bit of spit off of her face, "Its been a little over a year and I'm trying to get back in his life unlike some parents who leave and never come back. God damn, it scared me and I left and you took responsibility which I am thankful for. Now I just want to come back but you're being a dumb ass by preventing a child from having their mother in the future. Don't get in my face again for trying to do something right. Ever." Lucia looks up at him and taps her foot. "I'm trying Nicholai, I'm finally deciding to try. Don't turn into the bad guy for making a stupid decision. I know what that's all about unfortunately."

Ava smiles and nods at the two. "Alright, have fun." She stands and makes her way into the gym to practice some dances, but was stopped by the presence of the gym teacher. "Hey Mr..?" She pauses hoping he would finish of the sentence unable to herself. "I'm Ava. I was just coming to.. practice." He was awfully cute for a teacher and the thought began to linger in her head on how old he was.

Nicholai rolled his eyes "the only good thing you ever did was sty out of his life.. He has a new family and your not in it" " you made that choice don't turn this around on me" he looked around yelling out to everyone that could hear "hey everyone lucia gave birth to a child and abandoned it! Lucia is a liar and a bitch" he turned and glared at her "stay away from MY family and MY son" he turned around and got in the car slamming the door.

tomson scanned ava for a few moments thinking not bad at all but it would have to be done on the dl while on school grounds then spoke up and said" My name mr tomson yeah not the most fun name in the world but we can't have it all right but that aside so you've come to practice there's some mats set up with some stuff to help with stretches if you need help let me know". Mr tomson went back to making sure all the volley ball stuff is set up right.

Juliette was about to say something in retort to Lucia's words, but before she could, Nicholai was screaming in her face. The pure anger she saw made her jump ever so slightly, unable to do much else. She had never seen him that angry before. Juliette cautiously placed herself in between them facing Nicholai and placing a hand over his heart where she knew the tattoo she drew was. "Calm down sweetie. She's not worth it. Let's just go before either one of us do something that could put us in jail okay? She's not his mother and you know that. That's all that matters," she whispered softly, completely ignoring Lucia at this point. When he got into the car, she rolled her eyes and turned to Lucia, wasting no time punching her one hard time in the face. "He can't legally hit you, so I did. Stay the hell away," she spat before going to the other side and getting in, quickly taking his keys from him.

Lucia looked around embarrassed by his uncalled for screaming. "Wow. You can't keep me away from him for making a stupid decision once. I'm going to keep trying because that's what a mother does when she loves her son." Her body was now fueling with anger and she was proud to call Liam her son no matter what choices she made. Ava's gaze turns to Juliette and she winks then sends Nicholai a text. "Got it? Need to make sure you still have the same number for when you decide on letting me see Liam. Bye now."

Ava nods and walks over to the mat, she began stretching and doing cartwheels just for the fun of it. She couldn't help but watch Mr. Tomson put the volleyball net up. "So do you coach volleyball?" The conversation just had to keep going.

Mr tomson continueing setting up the net after a few minutes it was done thinking for a moment then said" Yeah just recently left teaching the semi pro volley teams but my boss was a real slave driver and i wasn't having much fuc so i left and thought i'd pass my skills on to others, by the ways it looks as though you look after your self well something tells me your not the normal cheer leader type many talk about i have an instict for this kind of thing".

Gale smiles and starts to put away his paints. "Dunno. Bus stop?" He texts back, stacking the bricks again. The bus stop closest to him is about five minutes away, but he probably have time to get there before brogan does.

Ava blushes and nods. "Yeah, I'm.. different than others I guess you can say." She continues stretching and finally comes to a stop. "I was thinking of joining the volleyball team this year. Would I be able to even thought I'm new?"

Nicholai was sitting in the car shaking. He was so mad,how was she going to just up and say that to him. He was terrified. He knew she couldn't legally do anything because she signed papers giving up her rights. He glanced over at Juliette, What if he tried to hurt her, what if she was pregnant and she tried to hurt the baby. What if she tried to hurt Liam. He sat there staring at the steering wheel shaking. He didn't want to hurt Juliette so he tried not to touch her. He took a deep breath. She wasn't going to win.

Brogan texted back "sure". She took out the parking lot and headed to the bus stop. She sat there waiting on Gale to walk up. When she seen him finally she smiled. "Hey" She called out the window waving.

Mr topson smiled then said" Yeah it's fine i'd like that and i'll help you get use to things since your new to this sport, before i forget some people put powder on their hands or wrap in bandages to prevent to much sweat and to strengthen their hands but it's not commonly used", Tompson paused for a moment then said" I can't show you favortism during class because it looks bad that doesn't mean i won't help you after".
