In Character Roleplay

Welcome to Thunder!

nikita_wip8.jpg

This is the main room, where you will gather for announcements or events. Today, we are welcoming our newest recruits. There will be a speech, given by Henry, followed by a few shorter speeches by Alex, Cassandra, Lyla, and Allen. All in all, it's a fairly formal matter, but after the speeches the crowd will disperse, and mingling will commence. There is food and drink (no alcohol). Or perhaps you wanna take the chance to head to the gym area to get out some frustrations. Either way, you are not allowed back to your rooms until close to bedtime. Today is considered a "free day". No assignments, no [formal] training. Also, no using your power to hurt another Thunder member.

Caleb had planned on skipping the ceremony entirely. Despite the fact that he was an intimidating guy, he didn't go out of his way to intimidate the newcomers. Or anyone else, for that matter, unless they deserved it. His demeanor just came off that way, to pretty much everyone except Arianna, it seemed. He'd been on the way to the gym when Alex found him, one of the other few who weren't intimidated by him. It helped that he was staff, and his ability was to freeze someone in place. Not that Caleb would ever use his power against Alex or the other staff members; they'd given him a second chance at life, and he wasn't gonna squander it.

When he'd first arrived, he'd tried getting into their minds using his telepathy, mostly out of curiosity. Though he was able to get into others minds fairly easily, somehow, the minds of the staff were all blocked. He wasn't sure if it was something maybe they were able to take, or learn how to do, and he'd never bothered to ask. Every now and then he would try again; always the same result.

Alex had told him he should go to the ceremony, but the way he said it didn't make it sound like a request. Caleb and Alex had stared at each other for a moment, but finally, Caleb caved and turned on his heel, marching towards the common area. He'd found Arianna fairly quickly, standing by herself with her tank top tied up to expose her belly. He lifted a brow towards her and her outfit choice as he approached, but said nothing.

Arianna had found a section of the floor not too occupied, and was choosing to look a little standoffish today. She'd tied up her shirt and stood with her arms crossed across her chest, trying to look fierce with her hair tied up in a tight ponytail. It wasn't much longer after that that she spotted Caleb, and her expression softened. She couldn't help it; he was like her big brother, and she didn't like that he was so closed off. Yet here she was, trying to be the same.

Uncrossing her arms as he approached, she let them drop to her sides, spotting his raised eyebrow. "What?" She asked innocently, glancing towards the door where the newcomers stood, behind the staff. Lyla had just finished her speech, and she was the last one, so the newcomers would be allowed to mingle any minute. Realizing Caleb hadn't said anything, she turned to look at him. "What?" She asked again, a slightly whine to her voice.

He just shook his head in response, to which she responded by rolling her eyes and turning back to the new people. "New friends. Potentials, anyway. Right, Caleb?" She smirked in his direction, his stoic expression not changing. "You're so much fun, I swear."

It wasn't easy for Archie to make friends here. He wasn't new, but since he's been here, he hasn't really created relationships or friendships with anyone, he decided to stay quiet. He watched everyone disperse after the speeches were given, and he rested against the wall, sighing softly as he hummed to himself. He was wearing overalls and a light green shirt. it was a coincidence that his favorite color was green, I mean, he manipulated plants for Christ's sake! He eyed Caleb and Arianna speaking together and he shook his head, not in disrespect, he wasn't a rude guy. He knew everyone's name, it seemed like, but he never spoke. He only spoke if he had to, like in a speech in a ceremony like this. He played with his dusty brown hair as he eyed other people, like Deangelo, and Isadora. He hoped he wouldn't get in trouble for using his powers for himself, he made a rose grow out of his hand and he smelled it, smiling slightly. He looked up and he thought a bit, 'Well, this might be another good year.'

Leon sighed deeply as he walked into the Main Room. This was his first year here, and it wasn't going to be easy for him to make friends either, it was just his personality. When he walked by, there was some type of presence, and it wasn't him only. It was a dark-like presence, something odd and unusual. Like always, he was wearing a black hat, a black shirt, black ripped jeans, and red sneakers. He looked around, his dark brown eyes piercing into everyone else's. He smiled mischeviously as he rested against a wall and he ended up sitting down, holding his knees to his chest. His black hair draped over his eyes, and he played around with his snake ear cuff, and then he stared at his tattoo. He looked over at Rhys, and shook his head, in disappointment. "Stupid flower boy." He said, he then looked at everyone that was coming in, humming a tune under his breath. He didn't expect anyone to approach him, probably because of how intimidating he looked compared to everyone else, even though he was a pretty attractive boy.

Lucas Blitzer

Current Location: Main Hall
Interacted with: n/a
Currently Interacting with: Open
Feeling: Off balance and lost

One moment Lucas was in Thunder's nursing chambers, and now he was leaning off balance against the cold steel wall of the main room. The healers must have led him out here but his mind hadn't processed it. Lucas was vaguely aware of the hand clasped around his forearm. Had he died again? It would explain why he couldn't recognize half the people crowded within the hall. He was surprised the healers had brought him out here with all of them when he was so unstable. There was one time when he had come back and he had spent the following hours lashing out at anyone who dared walk too close. They had restrained him until his mind had gotten back to functioning the way it should.

So what was happening here? Was there a major loss in staff? Perhaps a rogue soldier had successfully done off with someone he disliked. Lucas tried to stand up straight so he could get a better look over the crowd but the second he did, his left leg gave out beneath him and the healers had to catch him before he broke his nose against the floor.

"Just keep leaning against the wall Blitzer. You're still recovering and we don't need you drawing the audiences attention. Frankly if this hadn't been a mandatory meeting we would still have you in the healing ward resting." The nurse said in an increasingly annoyed tone. A mandatory meeting? Maybe it was the death of a staff member. Or...

It clicked in Lucas's mind now. Were they finally extending curfew?

The healers steadied Lucas back against the freezing wall and he peered off in the direction of the stage.

Angelina walked into the main room with her usual smile on her face. Today they were meeting new recruits and taking some time to have a relaxed day. Shehad only been in Thunder for a year. To her it had felt even longer, in the beginning she had a hard time adjusting to her situation. She had refused to cooperate and listen to orders. Her tune had changed quickly when she was shown that they hadn’t been kidding when they said that she’d join willingly or die. So here she was a year later, well adjusted and thriving. Or well thriving in a mental sense. Her powers were a different story completely. Despite her hard work Angelina felt as if she still wasn’t strong enough. Her abilities were good but she had no control over them. They tended to react depending on the circumstances, something that she didn’t like. Angelina was excellent when it came to fighting hand to hand and she knew how to handle her fair share of weapons. But because of her lack of control she was still at a level four. Angelina wasn’t the most patient person, she wanted to climb the ranks quickly to show everyone just what she was made of. As she stepped further into the room Angelina took her time to look everyone older. There were some new faces in the crowd, the recruits had a variety of expressions on their faces. Some looked unsure and others looked scared or nervous. It reminded her of her first time meeting everyone. She could remember clearly how her heart had pounded and her hands went clammy. She had managed to introduce herself in the end, being the social girl that she was.

Angelina turned her attention to Arianna, as usual she was by Celeb’s side. The other girl was someone that she’d call a friend of hers. She was the friendly type and fun to be around. Her companion though was the opposite. The two of them didn’t talk much or at all. Angelina would admit to herself that he was a bit intimidating. His eyes seemed to stare right through her. Angelina respected him as someone higher than her and because of his skill. She tended leave the two of them be when they were together. She preferred to catch Arianna by herself. Next was Rhys who was posted up on the wall, in his hand was a beautiful rose. Angelina admired his ability as to manipulate plants. His ability could be both beautiful and destructive, a deadly but admirable combination. He wasn’t the most talkative person in this place, from what she gathered he preferred to stay to himself most of the time. Angelina headed over to a group of recruits. She figured that it would ease their nerves if they were approached rather than having to strike a conversation themselves.

Dominic wasn't having a good time. Then again, he was never having a good time.

He stood off in the corner of the assembly room, examining everyone that was attendence. The ceremony that he was currently at was intended for the newest recruits to Thunder. He remembered his own ceremony vividly; a ton of fake smiles and greetings from strangers he didn't know. They treated him like some odd commodity, like something they'd never seen before. However, they had good reason to. Not everyone could hear a feather falling to the ground from half a mile away.

He was sure no one could do that actually. His senses were what made him unique, along with his vastly superior intellect; if a couple odd looks and intrigued glances was what came because of that, then so be it.

His black eyes scanned the room, watching everyone and everything. There were too many people in the room for him to focus on one thing in particular, which only frustrated him. After spotting Arianna and Caleb, he tried honing in on what they were talking about. Arianna was doing most of the talking, as expected, and seemed to just be teasing Caleb about how boring he was.

Then there was Rhys, the flower boy. He had been at Thunder for about a year and a half now, though, Dominic hadn't said too much to him during that time. The boy was too nice and passive for his liking; easily manipulated. Traits like those didn't bode well for a supposed assassin. Nearby Rhys was Leon, the new boy who could apparently summon demons. Whether that was true or not, only time would tell.

Leon seemed to be trying to appear menacing, which would have worked on anyone other than Dominic. Or perhaps Caleb, who was the only person in Thunder who slightly scared him.

Dominic continued to look around, analyzing everyone. He spotted Angelina, the pretty amber-haired girl with a face full of freckles who joined the organization a year ago. He found her ability to be quite interesting, though useless in most situations. Perhaps it could prove to useful in a future mission, he thought to himself.

Rolling a black domino piece with seven white dots on the surface between his fingers, he irritably waited for the speeches to start so he could get back to his room.

Archie knew he wasn't going to be able to stay here until bedtime. He knew he had to do something, something that will prevent him from getting bored, and possibly falling asleep. Talking wasn't really his thing, so what else could he do? Wait for someone to come up and talk to him? He didn't look as intimidating as Leon did, there wasn't really a way for someone that could summon and control demons to look nice, and be sweet. He played with the rose petals in his hand and he looked around, and he looked at Dominic, his heart dropping. Both Dominic and Caleb scared the hell out of him, he wouldn't even get close to either of them. He thought he would spend his time analyzing other people, which would probably keep him awake. He looked at Angelina, she seemed to catch his attention. It was said that she could adapt to things very quick, he thought that it was a cool power, that anyone would want! He honestly thought his power was basic, something that many people really wouldn't want to have. He sighed softly as he looked over at Lucas, who seemed to be struggling with healers at his side. He instantly inferred that there was something wrong, but he didn't want to get nosy and all up in his business. He shook his head, and then he looked over at Arianna, who could manipulate the weather, which was beyond cool. Archie shook his head and smiled a bit as he looked down, waiting for other people to come in.

"What the hell." Rod muttered to himself. This wacky wierd private miltary assassin stuff was crazy. It must be some elaborate joke or television show. Did his family really think he was dead? He didn't want that sort of pain for his parents and brothers. "I know I said I would join thier goofball orginization, but I have to escape ASAP" Rod thought to himself "They're kidnappin' people against thier will, and that just aint right." He glanced around at some of the already indoctrinated people around him. They had a wide range to them. From happy to sad to angry lookin' all these folks were part of this collective. "I s'pose once this ceremony is over I can ask some of them about what the hell is really happenin' here" For now Rodney just watched and listened to the ceremony, lookin' as interested as he could.

Leon really didn't know what to do to pass the time. Why do the staff have the shitty rule of them not going back to their rooms until bedtime?! He then realized that they gave them the option to go to the gym "to get out some frustations". He got up and he looked at Angelina and Dominic before going to the gym. He was a couple feet shorter than the two, which made him angry, but he didn't hold a grudge. He shook it off easily as he was on his way to the gym, and he got stopped by the same person, Alex.
"Can I like.. go into the gym?" Leon asked, there was of course attitude in his voice as he pointed past Alex and to the doorway to the gym. He looked at the guy, who advised him the same thing he did Caleb : For him to go back to the ceremony, and make friends or whatever.
Make friends?! Who the.. Leon stopped his thoughts as he shook his head, he was trying to have a good year.. at this hellhole.
He then looked at Alex and nodded, turning around and going back to the ceremony. He adjusted his hat and he groaned, he truly didn't want to be here, he wanted to be alone in his room. This is a place for assassins, not some type of fucking friendship camp.

"It's just a headache, all I need is some pain killers, how hard is that to understand?" August snapped, earning a glare from the nurse attending to her. It had been fifteen minutes, and all August wanted was like, a Tylenol or something, but no.

"It could be a side effect of-" August wasn't having it, and promptly interrupted her.

"You know what, I'll just deal with it. I don't have time for this," she muttered, getting up and pushing past the nurse, who just sighed. August would rather deal with a head ache rather than some idiot who thought There was another reason for a headache than just bullshit. August didn't want to go to this meeting assembly...whatever it was, she just didn't want to go. She's only been with Thunder for about six months, and already, didn't like most of the people she "worked" with. Plus, she hated forced social interaction, so this was just gonna be an ordeal she didn't want to deal with.

Without waiting around any longer, August got moving to where everyone was told to meet. She really wasn't looking forward to this. Like mentioned before, most of the people there got on her nerves. Walking into the assembly room, she sighed and looked around for someone to talk to. Her eyes fell on someone she hadn't seen in her six months there, so ignoring everyone else, she walked over to him. "Hallo," She started crossing her arms, "You new?" Her German accent hung to her words. Vacuum Vacuum

Rodney heard a voice come from just his right and physically jumped. Fear showing plain in his eyes he looked to the source while assuming a poor fighting stance and shaking visibly. After a moment he realized he wasn't actually in danger, for the moment, and tried to assume a more casual stance. "Uuuuuh... Yes?" Rod stammered out adjusting his preemo cowboy hat. "Will that be a problem missy?" Shifting his eyes quickly from side to side hoping a minimal amount of people noticed his outburst, he then locked eyes with the woman in front of him. He tried his best not to look away, but it was damn hard, she could be some psycho assassin for all The Rod knew. A thought lingered in the back of his mind that he would be far more comfortable with a gun strapped to his body. FireMaiden FireMaiden

Her first thought was that this guy wasn't the brightest. "Du bist ein Idiot, nicht wahr?" She muttered to herself, since there was a very good chance this guy didn't know German. "No, it's not. I was just asked since I've never seen you before," August explained. "You must be why they've called an assembly," The girl muttered. But she smirked, keeping eye contact with him, "Am I...making you uncomfortable?" She asked, cocking an eyebrow. This was actually kinda funny. Her training has left her better able to read people, so and this guy was wearing all his emotions on his face. This was actually fun, "Anyway, I'm August, it's nice to meet you."

Moon stood in a corner with his headphones on not wanting to mingle with anyone. This was the one day out of the entire year that he dreaded the most. Sucking on a piece of candy, he kept his hands in his pocket and his eyes wandered the room looking for potential partners in missions. If it was up to him, he would have never have come but Lyla had thoroughly warned him that there would be consequences if he didn't.

Scanning the room, he saw many people that he worked alongside and gave a nod to most of them. Although he didn't interact much with his 'co-workers', he tried his best to keep the relationship between all of them stable. Sometimes he would give the younger ones a piece of candy who appreciated the gesture but a lot of the older members seemed to not like it as much.

Moon started to get a little peckish so he started teleporting around looking for food. The one thing he missed was alcohol but juice and soda would be a good enough substitute. He finally found a tray of cupcakes and a twinkle formed in his eye. Nothing would stop him from getting those cupcakes....

It made Angelina smile when the recruits visibly relaxed as she talked to them. She knew that they would adjust better with a little kindness or she hoped that they did at least. It would be better for everything went as smoothly as possible. When she decided that her job was done Angelina excused herself. She wanted to chat a bit with someone what she was familiar with. She glanced toward Arianna but dismissed the thought when she saw the Celeb was still with her. Angelina’s sharp gaze eventually settled on Dominic who was brooding as usual or maybe he was actually enjoying himself? Angelina chuckled under her breath, he looked as if he was being held here against his will. It was hard to read him, he seemed to only be capable of making one expression. Angelina grinned and made her way over to him. She doubted that he’d do much talking or even hold a conversation with her. It didn’t matter though, she could talk enough for the both of them. When she reached Mr Tall, dark, and menacing she smiled sweetly at him. Again Angelina was sure that she wouldn’t get a smile in return. “Dominic, you’re the life of the party as usual. Honestly keep it down.” Her tone was joking. “So what do you think of the newbies? It kinda reminds me of my first time here. I was never as hell. What about you?” She stood beside him.”

Dominic leaned against a wall, still observing the Thunder employees within the hall. Lucas had bumbled his way into the room, followed by a couple of healers from the infirmary.

What’s his deal?

He cast an arched eyebrow and a confused expression in the man’s direction until the sound of a small pop moon noise filled his ears. Swiveling around, he saw Moon jumping around the room in search of something sweet to eat. He rolled his eyes at the boy.

Out the corner of his eye, he detected Angelina smiling at him as if they were best friends. He immediately knew why.

She’s bored.

He eyed her cautiously as she walked up to him. When she told her joke at his expense, he gave her a dry laugh. “Very funny.” His face remained stoic and unimpressed. “Don’t act like you want to be here either, Angelina.”

Dominic then addressed her question, which was regarding the new recruits. At the moment, there were only two: Leon and the dumb one, Rod. Leon seemed to be promising ability wise, as did Rod. However, Dominic didn’t see himself getting along with either.

“They’re okay,” he replied to the girl beside him. He rolled he domino between his nimble fingers. “I suppose.”

“And to answer your question, I was not nervous during my ceremony,” he answered. “I never get nervous.”

That was true to some extent. He usually only got nervous when his sense got overloaded, which might of happened any second now considering the situation he was in.

Everything was hitting him all at once; the pleasant, yet strong, smell of Angelina’s hair, the sound of multiple people talking all at once, and not to mention agonizing feeling of having to interact with people.

At least Angelina was competent enough for him to have a conversation with. The others, he wasn’t so sure.

Rodney chuckled nervously. Eye contact was no longer possible and he glanced up at the cieling for a short break while saying "Well it's not everyday that you're kidnapped and have to dive headfirst into a facility filled with assassins." Introductions though, that was something he could handle, something comfortable. Well thank you, I can see the mirth in your eyes. And I’m not acting, unlike you Dom I actually like meeting new people. You never know, you might a powerful ally.” Angelina replied. His dry tone didn’t dampen her mood in the least. She looked over the recruits with her arms crossed over her chest. One was currently speaking to Augustina, the cowboy hat that he worn made her feel as if he was a southerner like herself. Her accent was faint so others had a hard time guessing where she was from. Angelina finally took notice of Lucas. Her eyebrows furrowed in concern as she watched him. “He really shouldn’t be up and moving.” She thought. She looked back to Dominic. “They look promising but then again I say that about all of the newbies. It’ll be fun to see what sort of powers that they have.” She grinned. Angelina could remember how excited she had been when she managed to come into her own, the freedom of using her powers without worrying about what others thought of her. She had strained herself during the beginning of her training, her excitement and the feeling of being powerful had intoxicated her. Angelina glanced at Dominic and rolled her eyes playfully. “Right, Mr. Badass doesn’t do nervous. I was a fool to even ask someone as stoic as yourself that.” She said sarcastically. “I doubt that though, I mean you are human after all.” She shrugged her shoulders. “I’ll see you express some other emotion before I die, it’s a part of my bucket list actually.” She was about to playfully shove him but she paused halfway. Angelina eyed him warily and ever so slowly have him a soft nudge his her hand. “So Dom, how about we train together after this? It’ll be both fun and beneficial.”

Leon looked around, more people have gotten here since he's left. He looked at Rodney and he shook his head, both in dissapointment and dissaprovment. He then eyed Moon and didn't do much, he didn't even shake his head, which was surprising. He did go over to the table and take one of the cupcakes, knowng that Moon wanted one. He chuckled under his breath as he started eating it and he looked at him, not bothering to strike up a conversation. He was finished with the cupcake pretty quickly. And after he was finished, he tapped his fingers on the table out of habit, and he was wondering where the vodka was. He looked all over the table, sighing deeply as he remembered that the staff said that there were no alcoholic drinks. He then sighed as he went to his normal spot, leaning against the wall as he watched Dominc and Angeline talk. He then looked at Rodney and Augustina talking, "Aye you." He said to Moon, he raised a brow as he waited for an answer. Teacup Cat Teacup Cat

Dominic didn’t pay Angelina’s own responses too much mind. He had zoned out a bit as he had felt a blistering headache coming along. He cursed under his breath after feeling around in the pockets of his black cargo pants, realizing he had forgotten his pills.

Every now and then he would get migraines that messed with his heightened senses. They usually occured when he was being overwhelmed by too many things at once, which happened to be happening right now. A scowl surfaced on his face as he rubbed his temples briefly.

He then turned to the girl beside him, his lips upturned in a slight smile. “Contrary to your beliefs, I am quite capable of expressing emotion.” He looked her up and down. “Perhaps I could show you sometime.”

He then nodded at her, agreeing to her proposition. “Training sounds good.”

She had to laugh lightly at his question, "No, I'm not. If I was," She paused, keeping eye contact with him again, before she smirked, "I would have tried to kill you already." Despite her smirk, August was completely serious. But, she took his hand, and shook it. "Here's to working with contract killers." She paused, before giving him another smirk, "Ich wünsche Ihnen Glück." This time, her phrase was that of well meaning, but again, she knew he probably didnt know what it meant. "Anyway, how's it feel to have left your old life behind for one like this?" Everyone felt different about it, August for one was elated to have revived the offer. Vacuum Vacuum

The words "I would have tried to kill you already" echoed in Rod's head. In an attempt to contain his shock and fear his eyes became suddenly hard and somewhat distant. The meaningless other language which Rod thought sounded German washed over him as he was stunned considering his own mortality. But she smirked... maybe she was joking?
Her words of his now lost life shocked him in a very different way, and snapped him back to reality. Rod's face softened.
"I'm going to miss my family." the corners of his mouth pulled back into a tight frown. "They'll be devestated, thinking I died and all" He squinted his eyes to battle back tears, but looked straight into her eyes. He was not ashamed of his feelings or his thoughts of his family so there was no need to hide these emotions. "I hope I can somehow make the world better for them by doing work for this place."
Rodney then had a thought. Maybe this girl didn't have such a good family, maybe it feels like I'm rubbing it in her face. He straightened himself out clearing his throat "I'm sorry ma'am that was inappropriate of me." Reverting to ma'am may have been a bit much, but it was drilled into Rodney since he was a boy. Russel Corsair

latest
The ceremony was a bore, like it was every year. Russel hated it but if the brass thought it was worth doing then it probably was. He barely payed attention to it and payed even less attention to the recruits actually taking part in it. When it was all said and done he was thankful and stepped away from the groups of people that began forming. Everyone trying to make new friends. He didn't really feel like being a part of it. Russ did a quick scan of the room trying to see if he could find Amelia. She would no doubt have something for him to do but since she wasn't here he figured it was fine to go somewhere else. And that meant only one place. The gym.

The hulking man exited the room, completely unaware that his lost brother was merely a few feet away from him. He stalked the halls, keeping an eye out for any recruits that might have already gotten lost. The man was wearing a black muscle shirt and some athletic shorts, pretty much the same thing he always wore. It was damn near close to the standard uniform but Russel preferred to always be ready to work out. Which meant not wearing unnecessary clothing.

Once in the gym the man instantly felt more relaxed. This place felt like home even more than the personalized room he had. He'd spent much of his life at Thunder in this room when not on missions, not preferring to do anything else. He lived here so much that he even had a personal corner of the gym. Though to be fair he needed personalized equipment anyway. Bench pressing five hundreds pounds was not even classified as a workout anymore. He burned more calories just breathing than he did with that thing.

The muscled out assassin walked over to the lateral pull down machine and decided how hard he felt like working out. He decided to start off light today, setting the machine for ten tons of weight. When he sat back down and began working out the madness began. Every time Russel released the weights and they slammed back down, it sounded like a sonic boom through the gym. Russel had actually complained at first but they said there was nothing they could do. Now it was almost like a game to Russel, seeing how loud he could be in the gym. The bells of his training regimen ringing out, as it were.

Deangelo Corsair

He was flying. Flying over everything and free as a bird. It was amazing and he felt incredibly free. But then something happened. The earth cracked open. The entire world began to shake and he didn't know what was happening. He thought he was going to die. Lava began spewing up from the earth's core. Something...Something was rising up out of the ground. Deangelo could only watch from the sky as the giant monolith continued to rise. It blocked out the sun, casting a shadow on the entire earth. Deangelo floated to the side so he could see what it was. When he realized he nearly screamed in terror. It was a giant mozzarella stick and the lava was actually marinara sauce flowing from the earth.

BANG

Deangelo jumped awake, looking around. It took him a moment to even realize where he was. There was some banging sound coming from somewhere and his stomach was growling loudly. D let out a yawn and rubbed his eyes, looking for the nearest source of food that he could find. The narcoleptic has managed to fall asleep on his feet during the ceremony. Though to be fair it had been incredibly boring, he was sure he wasn't the only one to fall asleep.

The would be assassin shuffled his feet towards the table of food. He looked more like a zombie than a person at the moment with the way he was moving. His head was still cloudy and was begging from him to go to sleep but he cared about his stomach more. His two loves often fought like that. The need to sleep and the need to stuff his face. He'd tried to do both at once one time but it hadn't worked out at all.

Deangelo pushed past people like they weren't even there so that he could pile up his plate. They even had mozzarella sticks much to his delight. He was beginning to think maybe this place wouldn't be so bad after all. Where was he again? He looked around while munching on a mozzarella stick as if he just noticed he wasn't in his home. The food was doing a good job of clearing away the fog of sleep.

With a fully stacked plated Deangelo moved to the first group of people he could see, standing right next to them while he stuffed his face. "Hi. Where are we?" The narcoleptic had been asleep for nearly three years now, not that anyone had told him that. He had just fallen asleep after the crash and woken up here as far as he could remember.

Archie raised a brow as he heard a loud noise coming from the gym, almost flinching and jumping. He put the rose in one of his overall pockets and he went to the gym, trying to figure out where the noise was coming from. It was getting on his nerves, and he wanted it to stop. It was ear-splitting, and annoying. He played with his hair before walking into the gym to see Russel. He raised his eyebrows out of habit and he waved. He didn't want to come off stand-offish or rude, so he tried to be as nice as possible. He smiled as he looked at him, "Could you.. probably like keep it down? You're kind of loud, y'know?" He said as he shrugged and he hoped that wasn't too ill-mannered. Archie could hear well, but his ears were as sensitive as he was.

“If I didn’t know any better I’d say that you’re actually flirting Dom. Again it’s hard to read you so I wouldn’t know.” Angelina shrugged casually shrugged her shoulders. The young woman gave him a quick once over. She stopped talking to listen to Russel’s speech. It was pretty much the same from when she had arrived. The bulky assassin looked as serious as always as he spoke. Angelina watched as he stepped down and swiftly walked out of the room. She assumed that he was going to the gym. Angelina turned her attention back to Dominic. “Lets go.” She said before turning and heading for the exit. Angelina didn’t turn to see if he was coming as she made her way to the gym. Angelina paused as she drew nearer. The larger banging sound would probably bother Dominic, scratch that it would most likely drive him made. “We should probably take this somewhere less noisy.” She was thinking out loud.
