I would think that she does, assuming that Elsbet made the letters that put her in contact with everyone in the first place.
Alice did read a majority of the letters to see who was going- and after that introduction of everyone, she could probably just use the power of elimination to figure out Elsbet was the leader and the letter sender.

Who is next? Also with the letters, that might be a bit complicated because, multiple of our characters don't really have a house or a longtermplace they stay.
