Honey looked at the menu. There were a lot of choices, some of which where very expensive. She bit down on her lip, looking over at him. "I honestly don't know half of the things on here." she said. She was regretting not taking French now.

Tadashi looked a little sheepish. "I thought they had an english menu for us "unlearned folk". " Tadashi looked helplessly at the mess of words and vowels. "I guess I'll have the escargot, they sound decent."

Honey looked at him, bewildered. "The only thing I know of French is that dish, but knock yourself out. Hope you like slime." She said in a happy voice.

"Oh, it can't be any worse than live squid can it?" Tadashi said, waving his hand. "Besides, its always good to try new things." Tadashi felt a little embarrassed that he didn't know how to pronounce it, maybe he could just point to it?

Honey smiled. "Oh it can be.' She said lightly to him, deciding to go with a French pastry that she thought she had heard of before. She smiled at him.

Tadashi regarded Honey with playful suspicion. "Is there something you're not telling me about my dish? Because I still owe you a cheek kiss, stinky french breath or not."

Honey blushed. "It's basically live snails." She said to him.

Tadashi tried to hide his disgust as he contemplated going to a familiar favorite, le frites de la france, but he resolved to try new things and this was definetly new.


"Well, it can't be that bad. I will understand if you don't to be near my mouth afterwards though."

Honey nodded, smiling at him. 'I don't want to have a snail kiss me." She said to him.

Tadashi smiled and playfully tapped her on the head. "Well I still have to get back at you somehow~" Tadashi reminded her.

Honey smiled. "Have fun with that." She said softly.

"Oh I will, don't you doubt that." Tadashi turned his attention to the waiter and spoke in obviously broken and mispronounced french. "Um le Escargot et la poisson sil-vous plait?" Tadashi hoped he wasn't being too embarrassing...

Honey smiled at him, glad he could speak more French than her. (Sorry, my eyes kind of hurt)

Tadashi let out a sheepish grin. "Sorry, I only took French for my graduation requirements..."

(Nah, took my contacts out, though I think I have a minor concussion from basketball)


Honey smiled. "I took Japanese, but I am from japan, so it makes it easier."

(Oh gosh basketball, those falling balls from the sky give me PTSD)


Tadashi gave Honey Lemon a funny look. "Really? Huh, I thought you came from somewhere in Europe because of your... tallness." Indeed Honey did tower over most of the other people in the group...

Honey laughed, smiling. "No, I came from japan. My real name is Aiko Miyazaki after all." she said to him, smiling.

Tadashi looked amusedly at Honey Lemon. "Huh, I guess you learn something new everyday." But then Tadashi eyes lit a little bit. "Whats it like in Japan? Are the stories about robots roaming streets really true?"

Honey smiled and laughed. "It is, we have a lot of robots roaming around, it's a Japanese thing." She said to him, fiddling with the hem of her shirt.

Tadashi's eyes lit up like so many of his robots, going to Tokyo was a lifelong desire, staying there for a job was a lifelong goal. "Dude, it sounds like paradise. If only I had the time and money to go..." Tadashi said sadly.

Honey smiled. 'If you get lucky enough, you might be able to accompany me to Japan." She said to him.

Tadashi stared blankly at her. "You're, you're kidding...dude that would literally be the happiest day of my life."

Honey smiled. "You would have to earn it." She said to him, looking at him.

Tadashi let out a short, playful groan. "Alllllright, how many times do I have to play lab rat?"


Tadashi hoped that the tests would be relatively painless.

Honey smiled. 'Hmm, 100, if you are lucky, 50, if you find another way to please me, none." she said to him.
