At that point, Chognak decides if it hits or not, but once again, that decision should be based off of common scene. Like, if Jelly throws a knife at Chognak in plan sight, depending on how fast the knife is, Chognak may be able to dodge. However if Jelly throws a knife at Chognak, who happens to have no legs, Chognak should not be able to dodge that. So I leave what hits and what misses to the players, but, if it seems unfair I will but in. No one should be able to dodge 50 times in a row without getting tired.
