Realistic or Modern Washington High School: Student Chronicles

Zori stopped the car, letting Syo out before waving at her goodbye. She wasn't too far from where Regan lived.

He pulled off once more before glancing at her. "It's alright. I don't mind it at all."

"Are you sure? It's like you've been my chauffeur all day" Regan joked with a light laugh. She looked out the window and bit her lip. She didn't really want to go back home, knowing what was waiting for her there: angry parents and something she didn't want to have to deal with.

Zori shrugged, shaking his head. "I'm sure. I don't mind at all. It's not like I drive that much anyway." He said with a chuckle. "Okay that's a lie. I drive way too much." He glanced at Regan. "...You alright?"

"Hm? Yeah I'm fine. I just..."Regan quickly glanced at Zori then looked away. "Not really in the mood to go home right now but whatever" she shrugged.

Zori frowned a bit at her and went silent for a few minutes. "... We don't have to go back to your house." He said softly. "If you don't want to I can drop you off at another friend's house. Or if not that you could certainly spend it at mine." He said with a small shrug.

((I'm heading to bed now. Goodnight!))

((Aawwwee!!!!( :( )))

Alex waved goodbye to all their friends, and looked to Solana. His dark eyes admiring her again, "so, what do you do around here, to keep yourself entertained?" He smiles lightly aso he approaches the stairs, he guessed her room was up stairs.

Solana shrugged as she followed him. "I usually read... Maybe watch some TV." She said, blushing a bit. "I'm not the most exciting person out there."

"Are you sure?" Regan asked Zori with a raised eyebrow. "You won't mind if I go to your house for a bit?"

Alex stopped at the top of the stairs, "That doesn't matter." He smiles gently, "I like you how you are." He blushes and stares at her for a moment, his hand in his pocket fidgeting with his phone case.

Zori shook his head. "I certainly wouldn't mind. Not at all. We could binge watch Netflix and go to school like zombies tomorrow." He said with a chuckle.

Solana blushed at his compliment, biting her lip as she looked away. "... I appreciate that." She said softly, slipping past him. She pulls him to her room, opening the door. "It's a bit messy..." She said, walking in and pushing some things out of the way. "Sorry."

Alex smirks, was she pushing him away? Or pulling him in? He looks around, "better than Lexi's room, she is like a little pretty piggy." He examines some of the books, allowing her to clean up a bit without him getting in the way and pestering her. Alex glances to her, "you read a lot huh?"

Regan laughed then nodded her head. "Alright. Sounds like a lot of fun" she said with a smile. "Especially the Netflix part."

Solana looked up at Alex as she put some clothes in her hamper and nodded, a sheepish smile on her face. "Yeah, I do. It's just something that I enjoy... Maybe a little too much. I don't know."

"Then to Netflix we go!" Zori said, sending her a grin as he sped up, driving past her house and to his. It only took a few minutes but they finally reached his home. He parked happily, hopping out of the car when he shut the car off.

Regan slowly got out of the car and looked at Zori's house. "Thanks for letting me come over. Your parents won't mind?"

Zori thought about it before shrugging. "I honestly don't know." He answered, walking her to the front door. "I've never really invited anyone over before." He said, unlocking the door. "Well... Not just a girl. It's usually a group."

"Okay, well hopefully they won't mind then" Regan said as they walk into the house. "Are they home?" she asked curiously.

Alex smiles, "Cute." He says softly as he examined other features of her room. He sniffled slightly, and grunted. "Do you have a dog?" He asks as he rubs his nose.

Zori shrugged. "Ma!" He shouted out into the house. Seconds later a 'WHAT?' came back to them. He nodded. "They're here. Come on, we can hang out in the basement. It's got a huge big screen TV." He said with a grin.

Solana sat down on her bed, grabbing the remote and turning her tv on before holding the remote out for Alex to take. "No dog. A cat though. Tabby. Name's Twiddles. He's hiding around here somewhere."

Alex sat beside her, "I'm allergic." He smiles weakly. "Not deathly allergic, but allergic." He takes the remote gently, flicking onto MTV were Ridiculousness was on showing skateboarding fails. Alex looks to Solana, "so, your mom doesn't care that a guy is laying in your bed?"

"Oh I'm sorry. Since Twiddles doesn't know you he won't be coming out at all so hopefully that helps." She said with a small smile. She hopped off the bed, grabbing one of the books on her desk before sitting back down on the bed. She glanced up at him.

"My mom doesn't care because my mom doesn't know." She mumbled, blushing. "She'll probably have a fit once she finds out."

Alex smiles, laying back on her bed. He exhales heavily, the shirt outlining his muscles on his Abdomen. He runs his fingers through his thick coal black hair, before shifting, glancing to Solana, before shutting his eyes, not to sleep, but to rest them.

Regan smiled and followed Zori downstairs to the basement. "Wow. This is probably the best basement I've seen in my whole life" she chuckled. "It's huge."

Solana had already begun reading, her eyes focused on the words in her book. She glanced up at him, a small smile on her face when she noticed his eyes were closed. Without really thinking, she moved closer, letting her hands run though his hair as she continued to read.

"Thanks. Me and Pops fixed it up." He said, plopping down on one of the couches. "Took about two years but it was worth it." He grabbed the remote, changing the channel to Netflix and looking at her. "You get to choose."

Regan sat down next to Zori on the couch and took the remote, looking through the different movies. "Hmm...how about Mean Girls?" she asked with a laugh, looking at him to see his reaction.
