Galletius is fine, kinda glassy but that's more of a personal complaint. Really it just looks like Zuriel with his army of deamons he fought and Eryx with his deamon prince of chaos undivided are the only real issues. The Triad being a chaos cult is fine but they would have summoned a mid level deamon (to tired to remember real terminology) and I'd say the actual number of deamons Zuriel fought is probably not that high, but him killing a greater deamon of slaanesh is fine given his strength but all the chaos cultists would be of Slaanesh. Also the number of encounters with chaos so far in the crusade have been rather low. I should of stated all this sooner and I'm sorry, but I am balancing a complete lack of time lately and just never got around to it.

He's supposed to very much be a brains over brawn kind of character. If he comes up against a Leman Russ esque foe, he's getting his back snapped like a twig in not too long in a straight fight.

From what I remember from the Horus Heresy book series, book one the Sons of Horus encounter a demon who possesses a Space Marine, Samus, and from what Horus says this is a pretty rare event, even mid/late great crusade

But yeah Horus sits him down for a basic run down of the warp, and the understanding of demons and chaos is pretty slim at best. No idea about the chaos gods or greater or lesser demons. Just see them as another Xenos essentially.

They are talking about how other primarchs already have had major battles with chaos one even slaying a daemon prince of chaos undivided.

If you want chaos I suggest going subtle maybe some personality flaw.

Well, I have this idea about my Primarch landing on a xenos world, who instead of murdering him straight away, raised him as one of their own. Then, Emps comes along and gives the world an Exterminatus

My character defeated a daemon of Chaos Undivided. I never said it was a Prince or Greater Daemon.

The only undivided daemons are furries and belekor not to mention a lesser demon would not be smart enough to make a cult it has to be greater or a prince.
