If I specify someone as the leader, you can still play them. Just keep in mind that they're the leader of the designated organization. Make sure that it factors into your character profile. If you want your character to be the leader of an organization, make sure that they are A: and upperclassman, and B: You put in your character profile that you want them to be the leader of the club/frat/team they're in.
