Kharia blinked awake, groggy from her deep sleep. She felt better, now that she had recovered from her injuries, and realized she had woken from a noise. Was someone calling her? "Hello? The door's open." She caked out warily, then realized she was only wearing a night shirt. "U-um give me a minute!" She caked out after leaping out of her bed to get dressed.

Yuu nodded as he set the lunchbox in front of the door and leaned against the wall "Hurry up!" Yuu said as he opened his lunchbox and saw the same food he packed inside the lunchbox,Yuu closed the lunchbox and set it near Kharia's lunchbox He crossed his arms and leaned against the wall

"Perfect." Steve uttered as he got up. He was lying on a roof, staring at the sky. From up there he could see people gather in the courtyard once again and rubbed his neck with a slight smirk, thinking about Sadie for a second.


He stretched and sighed, jumping off the roof, landing in the middle of the courtyard. Steve never had the chance -and the guts- to talk to lance over the whole week, but he was in front of him now. Once the assignment was over he'd ask him for additional lessons as he was the only one who could effectively teach steve something. He had to become strong after all, since this aku guy needed capable warriors. He could use that to sway that midget.


His eyes suddenly fell upon sadie and with a smirk he walked up to her, bowed down and planted a relatively small peck on her lips, while placing his large hand on her lower back, saying: "good morning." With a large grin. He was glad that things worked out like this.

Kharia finished changing and was relieved to hear Yuu's voice through the door, then proceeded to open it. "Good morning." She told him with a smile as she found him leaning against the wall nearby. She kissed him on the lips and then noticed the lunch boxes. "What are those?" She asked him, confused. Kharia never 'packed' her food, so she didn't really understand the concept of a lunchbox.

When one deathclaw fell the others instantly spread out and went to searching for the perpetrator. Smelling the and listening to the sounds around them they started to move away from Hat as something else had caught their attention. Shepard (who was slightly impressed at Hat's skill) had moved to another location. She had gone to the other side of the field and knowing how a death claw worked only half hid from them. She was using her self as bait so Hat would get another clear shot, really she wanted to see if his shot was uck or skill since she could take these tiny enemies out with no hassle. The desert monster didn't even notice the fallen death claw as it was too busy devouring the carcass off the Gryphon.

Lance had his arms crossed as he waited for everyone to get here, but only see Necros, Steve and Pb arrive slightly pissed him off. "I'm giving everyone five minutes (one post) before I go and get them myself. I hate it when people take their damn time even after they were ordered to do something." He muttered as he glared at the academy his patience waning.

Neckros sighed as the professor looked at his watch impatiently. They are probably scared. He thought as Lance started muttering about dragging the students to the courtyard. We were almost killed in Professor Flare's class, and one of us actually did die in Lance's last task. He thought about Yuu for a second, and hoped he wouldn't have to get him a new body. Idly he ran his hand over his amulet before speaking up. "Sir!" He said stepping forward, "Will we require the usage of our amulets in class today? I ask because I still have about three days before I can reuse mine after Miss Flare sent me and Kharia after Axalanthius, I was rendered unconscious so she had to use hers to get us back. We did a quick jump when she got out of the infirmary, but that was only four days ago." @Peaceswore

Nightmare woke up in the ground. He looked around and saw darkness. Without thinking he reached his hand out of the dirt and grabbed a root so he could pull himself out. When he was completely uncovered he heard a man's voice and walked towards it. There was some random people near where he slept. He reached for some Hellfire ash and threw it at Lance so he could get his attention. "What's going on? Has the academy finally gotten students and teachers? Last I remember before I went dormant was the school done being built and some person, Aku I think, questioning who dug in the dirt." His ash hit the ground and he reached for some more. "I'm not exactly a student but would you mind if I joined? I would like to become one officially. I waited in the dirt the first day of school but it seems I waited too long."

As the Deathclaws began to move away from one another, Hat grinned. Separating like that would make it harder for Hat to switch from target to target after each shot, but separating would also make it even harder to pinpoint Hat’s location. Spotting Shepard, Hat shifted his aim to the Deathclaw farthest from her. When he dropped the targeted deathclaw, the noise should instinctively make the other deathclaws go investigate the direction of the body rather than towards Shepard. Hat figured if she could deal with that massive kraken, she could probably deal with a few deathclaws, but he figured it wouldn’t be kind to bother her. Adjusting the focuses on the scope, Hat began to charge another shot up as Skull cheerfully quipped,


“Hat has two lines one should never cross… Horizontal and Vertical.”


Sighing in annoyance, Hat chanted his poem once more and the rifle coughed again. As the bullet flew across the apocalyptic landscape at a velocity of 783 m/s, Hat Looked away from the scope and down at Skull before saying,


“Why do you do that anyway?”


“Do what?”


Looking back through the scope Hat managed to catch the end of the beast’s spasms, and shifted his towards another Deathclaw as he absently replied,


“Do your little quips… like the horizontal, vertical thing...”


“I don’t know, why do you always get a new tattoo after killing a human, even if you didn’t know them? Why do you always pray to the gods at noon and midnight? Why do you always shoot on the final word of that poem you like so much? It just is something I do. Deal with it Hat.”


Adjusting the focuses again Hat aimed at the same weak point as the other two Deathclaws and said,


“Its annoying, so stop it…”


“Not going to happen buddy…”


Sighing Hat charged the bullet again and chanted his prayer before pulling the trigger. Unlike before however, the rifle did not cough. It clicked. Sighing, Hat pulled his gaze away from the Deathclaws neck and lowered the rifle from his shoulder. Pulling back on the action, Hat stilled the built up electric charge of the bullet before pulling out the round that had jammed the rifle. Growling, Hat tossed the bullet to the ground in disgust, checking the condition of the action itself before he,


“Damn misfires. What the hell kind of a teacher lets their equipment fall into this poor of condition. Somebody needs to teach them how to clean a fucking rifle.”


Snickering at his displeasure, Skull said


“A bit grumpy are we there Mr. Mad Hatter?”


Slightly surprised by the sudden nickname Hat looked at the wolf and asked,


“What’s up with the new nickname Skull? And why the heck are you referencing Alice in wonderland?”


“Because I could and it sounded good in my head…”


“If I ever start wearing a stove hat I’ll let you know… Until then don’t call me that.”


“…Fine”


Looking back through the scope, Hat searched for the Deathclaw that had barely escaped its fate, however by then it had moved behind a rock, preventing Hat from getting a clear shot to its neck. Rather than trying to force the bullet through the rock, Hat decided to just go after easier prey, so as he shifted his aim, he muttered,


“Three targets left, 17 rounds.”


Kuro growled in frustration as he tried to wake the idiot up, but to no avail.


“Everest, wake up…”


Annoyed Kuro began to paw at Everest’s face in the attempt of waking him up.

After a few tries Kuro gave up on that and backed up to launch himself at Everest’s face to wake him up…..

Shepard silently watched as Hat took out the death claws only a few reaming she decided to focused on the monster that needed to be killed. "...... It took down a double S gryphon...and there is a good chance it took out two regular S rank gryphons. This may be a pain." She muttered before her normal clothes changed into a power suit. A Javelin now in hand. Putting on her tactical cloak she turned invisible and moved away from her spot. Only having a limited time she moved fast. When she got some distance in she aimed down the scope and once the sniper charged up she fired. A pink colored crystal shot out at neck breaking speeds and it skewered the creatures eye making it scream in pain.


It's tendrils moved around in a panic as it searched for the culprit that attacked it. One tendril crushed the death claw that was behind a rock not caring in the slightest about this. With Shepard's tactical cloak down for a bit, the monster spotted her and charged for her. She didn't freak out in the least and kept up her smirk as she waited for her powers to recharge as well for the beast to get closer.

Lance looked at Neckros and shook his head. "We will be using my portal to get you guys to your location. As soon as two people stop making goodly eyes... And the late dumbass gets here." He said as he thought of ways to make the lessons all the harder because of the latecomers. He then looked at Nightmare and sighed. "I don't care, just don't be late from now own. I made a schedule and I expect people to follow it." He grumbled as he tapped his finger onto his arm.

Nightmare looked at Lance and then pulled out more ash before throwing it again. "Ok. And technically I was never late. I just didn't know there were classes because I went dormant. I was always here." He waited for the ash to hit the ground and when it did he walked over to the girl who asked why he was under the ground. When he reached her he threw ash at her and then spoke through it. "I was dormant. I was there when the academy was finished being built. I waited for school to start but my dormancy lasted longer then I thought it wou--" He saw a beautiful flower and was hypnotized by it. He walked over to it and picked it before placing it in his inner pocket.

Neckros nodded and stepped back in line. He looked at the new comer, who was claiming to have been in hibernation since before the school's founding. He looked him up and down, a faint tingling in his forehead told him that there was more to this entity than meets the eye. Ally or enemy? He thought. Is he a force to be contended, controlled, or observed. This one needs careful observation.

Serene smiled at Dante as she ran a finger over his chest and she turned around to stand face to face with him. "Oh my love, I was just getting started, too bade, that means you'll be seeing less of me," she chuckled before shrugging.


"Oh wait, you wouldn't see me anyway, only a few...men over board," blinking slowly with a small smiled she returned her attention back to Lance, showing that she was clearly more interested in his carved face and muscles, purely for trouble making and to create jealously!

Dante looked at Serene and then saw she was staring at Lance. He scoffed and watched a pirate walk over to him and hand him a new coat. The coat was a Pirate Captain's coat. He took his coat off and put on his new one. "There. Now I feel like a captain." He put an arm around Serene and patted her shoulder before walking away.

"Not bad for a pirate, at least the treasure I found this morning is just as gorgeous," Serene chuckled, knowing that most of her powers were still undiscovered by others, not including her water bending and potion and deal making, oh the joys! She couldn't resist making them!

Steve stared at the dirt flinging monkey demon thingy sharing his ash with everyone by throwing it around and sighed. Sadie actually talked to that guy, which made steve sigh, especially as she introduced both of them. He raised a hand and uttered a short "hey."


Once again, more people and more waiting. What about the training? Since that thing with the phoenix happened steve was extremely eager to get stronger fast. No way in hell or heaven would he just watch sadie get hurt again! He glimpsed at her for a second and smiled to himself, being called her boyfriend felt nice.

Dante heard that Serene found a treasure, he stopped just to turn around and walk back beside her. "A treasure eh? That's good to hear." He reached into his pants pocket and pulled out a piece of paper containing information on Serene. "I do know about your powers. My crew can find out a lot about everyone. The only one I don't know about is that person talking to Sadie and Steve. He doesn't seem to be an official student. Oh. And I happen to know where your dorm is. So be prepared for a surprise visit from your, oh so loving, pirate captain."
