Kharia shrugged as Amatsu seemed to respond to Neckros. As they approached the pillars, she looked up, her brother beside her. They saw the pterodactyls above, and then heard a loud screech as a large raven-looking creature flew towards them from the sky. Kharia and Thariek began running towards a pillar, one for each of them, and began climbing, hoping that the bord would ignore them.

Kharia shrugged as Amatsu seemed to respond to Neckros. As they approached the pillars, she looked up, her brother beside her. Kharia and Thariek began running towards a pillar, one for each of them, and began climbing, hoping that the bord would ignore them.

Amatsu followed them both,Since he couldn't touch anything He was pretty much useless unless he gets a body

Kharia looked back at Amatsu as she separated from her brother. "Go follow someone else! Someone who's not pissed at you!" She exclaimed, upset. She began climbing the pillar quickly, since she was meant for speed. Her brother was slower, but he began advancing the pillar with ease as well.

The giant crow landed on the plateau and let out an even louder screech since it was far closer. Looking around it saw the students and Alexander knew the look it was giving them. "It's hungry.... It's really hungry." He whispered as he climbed down faster.


The crow saw a girl that was climbing down having already grabbed the amulet. With a flap of it's powerful wings it flew up in the air before doing a sudden dive trying to devour the girl in one bite.

Kharia looked back at Amatsu as she separated from her brother. "Go follow someone else! Someone who's not pissed at you!" She exclaimed, upset. She began climbing the pillar quickly, since she was meant for speed. Her brother was slower, but he began advancing the pillar with ease as well.

Amatsu looked at her and stopped following Amatsu stood quiet before disappearing

Lucia saw the crow dive at her and she watched it. Waiting. Waiting for the perfect time to jump.


When the crow was a few feet away Lucia jumped and landed on its head while holding on for her life. Luckily she knew that she could hold on no matter what it did. Thankfully she learned how to hold on to things that have certain textures. Feathers being one of them.


Lucia was being flung around and when it flew straight she'd try to attempt to control it but couldn't. "Wait. Hold on." She activated her hidden blade and stabbed its neck hoping it would act like a joystick.

The crow let out a loud screech when the Lucia jumped on it, however when it was stabbed it didn't feel a thing. Well it felt a small poke like a sewing needle poking your leg, it was barely noticeable. The bird flew high in the air and did all sorts of crazy somersaults and flips in order to get the girl off it's back and into it's stomach. However after a bit it stopped trying and divided for it's next meal.


With no hesitation it sped toward the demon girl who was on her way to grab the amulet. Once again it's beak open wide it was ready to have a snack.

Realising the bird hadn't noticed him, or took him for dead and inedible, he careful began crawling away.

When Lucia failed to control the crow she sighed but quickly started screaming as it started flailing around. "Oh shiiiiiiiiiiiiiii--" Then the crow stopped and dove at another student. "--iiit!" She slowly crawled to it's face and then drove a blade through its eye and then once it stopped doing whatever it is it was doing she stabbed the other eye. After a few minutes she switched her hidden blade with a hidden chain and throw it a pillar. "I really hope my Mentor was right about this thing being unbreakable."

Michael tosses Amatsu's old dead body to the side and shrugged at Sadie. "Not much we can do for him here. I mean I can help him once we get back but until then he is a ghost." Michael loos at the huge bird, taking into count its size, he sighs to him self knowing what he had to do. "Well Sadie, don't do anything like what I am about to do, its very dangerous. But you can't hit the jackpot without taking a gamble." Michael then rushes at the bird thinking 'This is the dumbest thing I have ever done.' Taking a big breath he looks up at the bird. "HEY TWEETY, DOWN HERE!" Michael yells to get the birds attention.

Kharia almost fell after the bird swooped at her. However, another student had stabbed the bird in the eye, causing the bird to lose its focus. Kharia quickly climbed the rest of the pillar, determined to grab her amulet and go. Once she reached the top, she grabbed her amulet, and began climbing down, momentarily losing her footing. She quickly regained it, despite the fact that her arm was almost useless.

The bird flew up high in the air and was about to make another dive for the demon girl, but it's attention was taken when Michael shouted at it. Glaring at the boy it did a sudden dive not caring about the passenger that was still on it's back. As it got lower it extended it's wings to slow it's decent. Before landing heavily on the temple where cracks were starting to form. It actually landed a few centimeters from Pb almost crushing him. The bird looked at Michael and screeched loudly before lunging over to him to gobble him up.

Pbtenchi held his breath, because breathing was a strong habit for him. And pretended with all his heart he was dead, which may have made him seem more alive. His body tensed perfectly still.

Michael smiles as the bird lands near him. "Bring it on Tweety." He says not moving at all and letting the bird devour him in one gulp. Michael know that with the size of the bird, he would be swallowed hole. Leaving his body completely unharmed....well for the most part. Landing in the hirds stomach he looks around. "Man this bird has a bigger gut then I thought." Michael knew he would uave some time to work before the digestion got dangerous, but he still didn't want to linger. He finds some skeleton remains from another meal. He picks up a femur and brakes it in half making the broken ends shap. "This will have to do." He then jabs through the the stomach of the bird with both parts of the broken bone, using his enhanced strength to rip open the birds gut.

Neckros looked at the scene before him, as the giant crow-like creature swooped down on the other students he was glad that his half-dead status rendered all metabolic functions irrelevant. He heard one of the students shout something, and he saw an amulet fall from the pillars as she tried to jump on the creature's back to try and kill it. Is that? No, it can't be. In his swift, and dignified manner, he stalked to the base of the pillar to find the amulet lying on the ground. If I still had flesh on my face, I'd have a big, stupid, shit-eating grin on my face. He leaned down and scooped up the amulet, placing it about his neck, and rushing back to grab the bags of bones. Lesson #4: Always take advantage of other people's stupidity, arrogance, and mistakes, and this is a big one on all three counts. He turned and looked at the lightning flying out of the creature's mouth. Lesson #5: When the odds are stacked against you, BEAT A STRATEGIC RETREAT! The attention of the other students drawn by the great beast, he bolted as fast as possible towards the entrance, he turned just in time to see the bird swallow one of the other students whole. Sucks to be that guy. He laughed as he walked back along the path he took in, it was much easier going back than it was going forward.

Sadie nodded at Micheal with a small chuckled, seeing Neckros grab the amulet Lucia dropped she nodded at him. "Smart, I'll be with you in a bit," Sadie grabbed her sword and started climbing up the pillar, feeling the stone crumble beneath her feet, she slipped completely and jammed her sword in the end just in time.


"I'm like bait swinging here," moving her body back and fourth to gain momentum, she spun herself round and back onto the pilar, looking over at Micheal, wait one second, the bird that just DEVOURED Micheal, she pulled out her grenade, pulling off the pin with her teeth, she threw it at the creatures feet.


"Damn hope that bird is slow, no doubt it could just fly over it," Sadie sighed before jumping upwards and grabbing her amulet, was it just this? Was this a fake test? Jewel? "I bloody well hope not love," she whispered to herself as she looked at the bird.


"BOOM!" she shouted just as the grenade went off.

Lucia saw a the crow devour a student but didn't let go until she saw the grenade. "Damn." Once the explosion went off she was knocked off the giant bird but quickly got up though she was wobbling around. When she regained her ability to walk properly she started caught up to the student who grabbed the amulet she dropped. "Good choice. I knew someone didn't want to kill the bird and wanted the amulet more. Have fun getting an amulet someone dropped to help other students."

Kharia reached the base of the pillar with her amulet in hand, her brother soon arriving beside her. She looked around, expecting to see Amatsu, but was slightly saddened at his disappearance. She ran with her brother over to Nekros, silent the whole way, and began to return to the temple.

Michael manages to squirm out of the birds stomach, through the hole he ripped oppen. 'Alright now the heart should be somewhere right here.' Michael thinks to himself as he reaches up the birds chest until his hand finds something squishy that beats. 'Ah, here we are.' Michael says grabbing the heart and crushing it. He can fell be birds body collapse. (useless Peacheswore says otherwise xD ) 'well now I just need to get out of this thing.' Michael then starts to punch the sternum of the enormous bird cracking and breaking through. He manages to rip a hole big enough through the birds chest thst he can crawl out, panting Michael says. "And I thought. .....they smelled.....bad......on the outside." He was of corse making a star wars reference, seeing that no one was around to hear his joke he snaps his finger. "Darn, no one hears me when I am funny. " shrugging Michael walks up to the head of the bird and looks into its eyes as jt is deying. "Oh bird don't fret because this isn't the last you have seen of me." He then walks down to its feat ripping one of the talons off and putting it in his pocket. "We will be reunited soon." Turning to the huge tower he stsrts to climb it. "I will need one hell of a shoy when I get back." Eventually he gets to the top and he grabss his amulet as well as one for Amatsu. "Finally, gosh this whole ordeal was just annoying. " slowly climbing down, when he gets to the bottom he starts to walk back to the temple as he attempts to whipe off the bird spit/blood. "I wond what kind of body I will make Amatsu? Hmmmmm, he will probably be a redhead." Michael tosses the two amulets in his hands as he walks back. TheBigBladeWolf

Alexander didn't re enter the Temple not wanting to activate any traps that didn't happen the first time they went through. So he carefully scaled down the temple finding this pretty easy since it was slanted. The amulet hanging around his neck and Yaku flying ahead of him. "Well.... I think I did okay...." He mumbled as he watched his step.


Lance was standing at the starting point and waiting for the students. He stood in front of the portal so no one could get by until he was handed the amulet. "Some did great, other acceptable, while the rest failed." He muttered as he rested his sheath sword on his shoulder.

Neckros stepped up to the instructor, taking the amulet off of his neck and handing it over. He stood at a stance he had taken up with his former master whenever his work was being examined, legs spread slightly apart, back straight with his right hand behind his back clenched in a fist and his left hand hanging loosely by his side. Waiting for further directions since the instructor seemed to be waiting to give an assessment of all students before they were allowed to return to the dormitories.

...A voice suddenly started speaking in his head...

Kharia and Thariek walked up to the teacher with their amulets on hand, Kharia's arm still in the makeshift splint. They stood in front of the teacher, giving him glares.

Alexander arrived shortly after the siblings. Upon arriving he also handed his amulet to Lance.


Lance placed his sword at his hip before grabbing the amulets which all looked the same but had a different color. He smirked and looked at the four. "You bastards passed. I hope you consider this easy after all this was only day one. Girly go to the nurses office and get your arm checked out. The rest of you call it a day." He said as he stepped out of the way so they could pass by him. "Oh. Aku says you should hold onto these. They could prove to be useful in the future." He said as he gave each of them their respected amulet back.


Alexander took the amulet and inspected it. "This my be useful? Okay I guess... Anyway. I'm starving!! Time to eat!" He shouted before running into the portal his stomach killing him from his hunger.

Michael walks back through the temple having memorized the safe tiles to step on. Michael stretches as he approaches Lance, complacently covered in bile and blood. "Can we go back already so i can get cleaned up?" He says handing him his amulet. "Oh, Amatsu here is your amulet....oh yeah....guess i will hold onto this for you until I can get you your new body." Michael puts the amulets in his pockets. "Finally I can go back." Michael says walking through the portal. Once he was back he snaps his fingers and suddenly all the blood and bile just flies off him. "So!!!!! Much better!" Michael smiles now able to do exactly what he wanted, but he would need to find some place privet. He touches the talon in his pocket as he thinks about where to go.
